Suspenso en medidas covid
Soy clienta habitual de hace muchos años, suelo ir un par o tres de veces al año. El sitio es una maravilla, la atención muy buena pero esta vez he ido un sábado y bastante agobiante. Se supone que vas a relajarte y nada más lejos de la realidad. Deberían limitar más el aforo ya que hemos tenido que esperar para entrar a las piscinas porque estaban ocupadas. No hay suficientes colgadores por lo que todos los albornoces estaban juntos con las respectivas mascarillas de la gente... Un desastre... Nos teníamos que ir asomando para ver si nos podíamos cambiar de piscina y había algún hueco libre... Los masajes cada vez son de peor calidad y nunca ves al mismo personal a pesar de ir con cierta frecuencia. Cuando prevalece más la facturación que la seguridad de los clientes pasan estas cosas. Quizá el error fue ir en fin de semana pero igualmente se debería limitar más el aforo para disfrutar de la experiencia.

Me esperaba algo mejor

Escribo haciendo la comparativa con AIRES Barcelona. En Vallromanes las instalaciones son mas pequeñas (aseo, piscinas, zona de masaje). Tuvimos mala suerte y los masajistas estaban resfriados, no da gusto que te hagan un masaje y escuches como el masajista se mete los mocos para adentro. Además, en el circuito había carteles de SILENCIO, pero parece que el responsable de hacerlo cumplir no fue ese día a trabajar. Personalmente prefiero mucho antes el AIRES de Barcelona.

Nos regalaron el bono con masaje de 30 minutos. Las instalaciones son bonitas, rollo antiguo, aunque la cantidad de gente y la presencia de un operario comprobando valores del agua, reducían el encanto. Eran 2 horas entre recorrido aguas y masaje. Entramos a las 13h y hasta las 15:30h no nos avisaron del masaje, suponemos que se les desbordó la agenda. Luego el masaje fue mecánico y prescindible. Puede que no tuviéramos suerte pero, sabiendo lo que cuesta, no volvería.

Excelente trato des de el minuto cero de todo el personal, instalaciones súper cuidadas y una mención especial para Gloria que me hizo un masaje de 10!! Repetiré seguro!!

Nada más llegar, nos mandan fuera de la entrada de unas maneras muy poco adecuadas. Una vez ya nos dicen que podemos pasar, nos atienden dos chicas, que sinceramente, de simpatía tenían un 1% es decir, nada. Una vez nos atienden nos dan las pulseras y nos dicen que ya podemos pasar. Pasamos a la zona de vestuarios donde para mi parecer habían demasiadas personas..
Una vez cambiados nos hacen el tour de las diferentes piscinas que hay. Al pasar un buen rato, nos llaman para hacernos el masaje de 30min. Nos toca un chico y una chica. A mi me tocó el chico el cual me di cuenta que me masajeaba con los brazos más que con las manos, y notaba todo el rato como sus pelos se pegaban a mi piel por el aceite, y bueno.. dejémoslo hay.. a mi pareja le tocó una chica, la cual me contó que allí donde ella encontraba contracturas le apretaba mucho mucho y después le soltaba, cuando teóricamente es un masaje relajante.. en mitad del masaje, se escuchaban gritos, risas de clientes duchándose, gente ( imagino que trabajadores ) entrando y saliendo de la sala donde nos estaban realizando el masaje.. vamos, que de relajante poco por no decir nada. Una vez finalizamos el masaje nos vamos al vestuario a cambiarnos y a irnos. Una vez pasamos por recepción las chicas de la entrada con su simpatía ni nos dirigen la palabra, únicamente para decirnos que devolvamos a las pulseras.
Enfin. Esta fue nuestra súper experiencia. Una vez y no más!
Pd: carísimo para lo que realmente es.

Escogimos la opción de Spa y masaje de 30 minutos en pareja. Hemos quedado encantados con la experiencia. Se agradece que haya poca gente. En cada espacio se cuida todo detalle para sentirte cómodo. El masaje se hace corto, así que en otra ocasión lo alargaremos. Una opción ideal para ir en pareja y disfrutar de un rato de relax y desconexión.
