Absolutely fantastic service! Gregory (our driver) wad easy to find and extremely friendly. We just expected a point to point transfer from the cruise port to the Park Hyatt at Harbour. However, Gregory gave us a "tour" while en route. He even stopped at some spots to allow us to witness the beauty of St Kitts and take photos - without us even prompting him to stop! Cadillac Escalade was clean and in great condition. Gregory's driving was comfortable and safe - something we did not experience on other islands with other travel providers. I was extremely pleased with the St Kitts/Nevis Luxury Taxi service. We used them for airport/hotel transfers, and for a day trip to Cockelshell Beach. Both times the car was on time and waiting for us, pickups likewise on time, and the drivers were professional, friendly and allowed us to stop and take a few pictures at a vista point. Great group!!!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour given by Gregory. He was right on time with a beautiful Escalade to show us around. He was fun and knowledgeable and this tour was a highlight of our cruise. My emails beforehand with Russell (the owner) gave me peace of mind that not doing and on board excursion was safe and going to be a great experience. If you are traveling to St. Kitts and want a great island tour and are worried about not using an excursion from the cruise line, worry no more. This was a great, private tour with an amazing guide for am amazing price. This is top notch customer service and quality. Mr. Chris James met us at the port as promised with our name displayed on his laptop. He was dressed very professionally and his vehicle was immaculate. He gave us a full tour of 'downtown' Basseterre before heading off to circumnavigate St Kitts. We stopped for photos at an acient sugar/rum mill and then went to Romney Manor. This is a nice stop to walk around and watch the short batik demo. We didn't buy anything. Cost for entry $3 each. Then continued on and up to the Fort. Admission $15. Incredible views, great exhibit; strenuous climb to top if you're not in shape. We continued around island. Chris's wife even baked us raisin cake treats--a very nice touch. Stopped at lava rocks. He pointed out his primary and secondary schools and gave us a very strong background on the island, the local politics and the people. The cost was $70 each before tip. With admissions and tip it ran $98/per person for the 2 of us. Lasted just under 4 hours. He had arranged for a beach admission, but we decided to skip it. He was gracious and knowledgeable throughout and very helpful. Highly recommend.

First off, this was the best tour that I have experienced! The service was exceptional!
