From Napflios we had Telia driving and Gianni (sp) providing real time information as we visited Epidaurus and Mycenae. Each stop including lunch was filled with information, good conversation and lots of laughter. Very comfortable spending 8 hours with our guides. Trip ended with a walking tour of Napflios. Highly recommended, very professional, very informative and easy to be around. Do this if you can.

Excellent and magical experience. All horses and stables were in beautiful condition and we had a superb time. Nikos and his staff obviously love all the animals and they make the trip truly wonderful.

Thanks to Mrs. Telia who is a briliant tour guide we had very enjoyable trip from Kalamata to Monemvasia with stops in Oitilo, Mystras and the cave Dyrou. It was our first time in the region of Mani. Arranged this tour from, the UK wanting to visit Nestor's Palace, Gouvia and Voidokilia bay. Delighted to, at last, visit ancient Pylos and tick another of the 'Homeric' sites off my list. A great day out. Telia was an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, interesting and nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything about the tour was tailored to what we wanted to do, including suggestions to enhance the experience. With my partner Matthew, during our holidays in Kalamata, we booked a trip with Aristoteleia and Pixida tours to the Mani villages and the Diros caves. It was an amazing experience as we learned a lot about the local culture and the achievements of the Maniates during the Ottoman occupation and Nazi invasion of Greece. Moreover we had a fabulous time at the stunning Diros’ caves and an unforgettable meal in Kardamyli at Tikla Cuzina & Wine Bar. Aristoteleia was fantastic during our tour and made this experience very enjoyable and unforgettable.

We actually did several trips with Pixida mainly because they were so good and the service was excellent. We went on the following: Diros Caves and Mani Peninsula Ancient Messene Ancient Olympia Tour Pylos and Methoni Tour On each tour Aristoteleia was great at making us feel at ese and her knowledge of the tours and visits was excellent. She allowed us time on our own to explore at our pace and supplied us with LOTS of information of the topics so we didn't feel we missed out at all. She also was felxible on teh tours to adapt them to exactly what we wanted. Well worth paying a little extra for this type of service. We actually recommended her and her company to other people in our hotel while we were there. Aristoteleia and Pixida made a big difference to our holiday and she stepped in and managed to fit us in when Tui had let us down badly at short notice. DEFINETLY RECOMMENDED

Also went out to Olympia, messene and the Diros caves with Aristoteleia. She was excellant and all the tours were VERY enjoyable. Would recommend paying a bit extra for the private tour and the flexibility it gives you. The extra notes that were provided for Olympia and Messene were great and very useful. Also very informative just to chat to someone about the local way of life etc. THANK YOU ARISTOTELEIA.

I have just returned from one day trip guided by Thelia. She made me make a decision of coming back to Kalamata region in the nearest future. Me and my daughter loved everything about the trip: the organization, the comfort of the van, but above all the sincerity and expertise of the guide. Thelia knows a lot of secrets and interesting curiosities connected with the region and shares them willingly with tourists. I will definitely come back and I order another tour with her!

Thank you Telia. Four weeks ago we took the tour Kalamata Historic Center Private Walking Tour for our group of 15 from Australia and it was a wonderful experience. Being in town for just the 2 nights this Pixida tour provided us with a fantastic introduction and historical experience of the beautiful city of Kalamata. Telia's enthusiasm, passion and friendly nature was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend this tour no matter how long or short your stay is. Telia is a wealth of knowledge and it was a pleasure to see Kalamata through the eyes of a local.

During our vacation in Kalamata 6 of us went on a tour of the Caves of Diros and the villages of Mani. The guide and driver was Aristoteleia who was excellent, good fun and very knowledgeable guide. We went to the cave then a walk around Areopoli and a nice lunch at Stoupa. Pixida are highly recommended NB - Good to see Aristoteleia again a week later doing a walking tour around old town Kalamata, which I now regret not going on.

Great tour the only problem was i had to do this tour because i was travelling alone and pixida tours dont cater for solo travellers. I wanted 4tho see more of kalamata but couldnt as i was travelling alone.

Although it was a long trip, the coach was comfortable and had air conditioning. The coach picked us up on time and we arrived at Olympia at the stated time. Our guide was brilliant with his knowledge and sense of humour. The site of Olympia was much larger than I was expecting, with much to see. The exhibits at the museum were impressive and tastefully displayed. The museum is new and spacious inside and a great place to escape the sun outside. Definitely worth a visit.
