Apart from the high quality of the instructors, they are really fair in the way they recommend to go surfing or cancel, depending on your level and the sea conditions. We are beginners and everything was explained very well in English with good attention for safety and off course for the surfing techniques itself. Sure enough our kids were standing on the boards after some very practical and hands on help. Our instructor was quite relaxed but took the surfing very serious. We had a great time! Without a doubt the best surf school in the area, my first experience was with them in Famara and there I experienced the love I feel for surfing.
Jhon, whom I admire as a person, transmitted to me all the knowledge that is needed in an easy and simple way to understand the safe practice of surfing and thus I discovered the LOVE FOR THIS SPORT.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to have met you and for having transmitted so much to me about this sport.
I also want to highlight Natali whom I also admire, she is the other 50% of Zahara surf when you meet her, from minute one she makes you feel as if you were at home, providing you with everything you need, a lot of love for you too Natali a thousand thanks for everything.
I hope we see each other soon, kisses for both of you ❤️🏄❤️.

Our children (11 and 14 years old) and a friend's daughter (5 years old) were with them this summer and the experience was great. The entire team, both Jon and Natalie and the other two teachers, are great: committed, responsible, organized, flexible and fun. They are professionals with a lot of experience and it shows. During the entire time the children were with them, they all made a 100% effort to teach them, adapting to each one's needs, taking great care of safety and also making it very fun.

I got a private class as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. Natalie and John were very kind and friendly and my boyfriend loved the class. It was genuinely a great day for both of us ! They both add this personal touch and really want to get to know you, it feels like hanging out with your friends more than anything:) I highly recommend the experience speaking for myself and my boyfriend !

We took a 4-hr surf class with our 6 and 8 year old kids, it was FABULOUS! I was nervous at first for myself and the kids but our instructors, Manuel and Salvador made us feel safe at all times! They were fun and respected our pace. Everyone at the school was attentive, caring, patient and very professional. Natalie answered our messages promptly and Jon was great at explaining everything we asked about. It was an unforgettable family activity to have done together and we will surely be coming back.

The best option for learning surf in the most charming area of Cadiz!!! Excellent, helpful, multi lingual professors, personalized treat, attention for details, child friendly, relaxing environment! Zahara de los Atunes has all the qualities for a great surfing experience, and thanks to Antonio and Jon you will be mastering the board earlier than you would expect it!! Highly recommended!

Excellent teachers, very professional, super nice, focus on fun while still learning as much as possible. If bad weather, no charges even if you booked ahead of time. Safety and fun come before the financial aspect. I wish, all businesses would be run like Zahara Surf! Thanks Jon, Nathalie from your Berlin fans D, R, M, O :-)

If you want to learn surfing, come to Zahara Surf. Great location, not as crowded as Fuerteventura (concerning the surfers) and Jon and Natalie are great in pushing you forward and correcting you, always with a smile on their faces :-) I learned a lot and I can’t wait for the next time on the board! Thanks a lot!!
