I can only speak highly of the experience. The car was beautiful. Despite the almost two-hour delay of the flight, they waited for me and took me to my destination. The person was extremely kind. Truly excellent service. Keep up the good work.

On arrival it was great the driver was there waiting for us as we landed and was a nice breezy drive However, for our pickup to the airport, our driver never showed. We called and were told they will be 10-15 minutes but the driver never came. We had to run for 40 minutes to the train and then another 20 minutes run in the airport. We thankfully made it to our flight a minute before the gates closed but that's only because it was delayed. If it wasn't delayed we would have missed it. We never got a legitimate reason to why the driver didn't arrive and it would have been better customer service to tell us to find an alternative route earlier instead of waiting for a driver that wasn't coming.
