Very pleasant journey accompanied by local tour guide Mr. Manuel Hu, for those who want to ‘look deep into the city’s soul’ rather than patterned style of thing, this trip definitely one of the best choices for you, We are a couples from mainland China and we started the trip at the second day after arriving Macau, Mr. Hu is a professional and friendly person, who brought us across the city by driving agency’s MPV, he helped us as much as he can and brought us to those most fascinating locations for history lovers and those locations definitely can’t be find in a common commercial trip, we had a very pleasant time for both Mr.Hu and I are history enthusiasts, we talked a lot about the history and local life of the Macanese and at the end of our journey he made various suggestions for best local food and souvenir options we can have, and brought us to the entrance of a local restaurant, which is one of his favorite, for some cantonese and south eastern Asia food; we are very appreciated for the tour Mr. Hu and his agency offered, and also hope this comment could be information for those who are wishing for an unforgettable trip in Macau.

We have joined a cultural workshop with the making of Portuguese egg tart that we can do it ourselves, everybody have so much fun.   The vehicle provided was new and very clean, he is so clear about any show's schedule and operating hours of the sites, He is kind and considerate, during such a tight schedule, he managed to be so attentive to all our needs.  We are touched by his enthusiasm towards introducing his home town, and sharing the untold stories which some are inherited by his grandfather.    Manuel is a cultural expert and had in depth knowledge of the history of Macau, a tour guide with so much passion.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Macau. Our tour guide Manuel had in depth knowledge of the history of Macau and wherever we went I could see other visitors listening to his passionate and informed commentary to us. He was also incredibly kind to our family and happily tailored the private tour to make it fun and interesting for our teenage children. He also included many special ‘surprise’ destinations we had not even heard about. The advantage of this smaller tour is that you can get to places that big buses cannot reach due to the narrow streets of Macau. We were dropped right in front of every attraction and wasted no time walking, so we could see more of Macau in a shorter time. The communication via WhatsApp was excellent and the on-line payment was very efficient. I could not fault anything about the tour and would recommend it to other travellers as the ONLY way to see Macau.

All staffs members are nice friendly professional and passionate. Their tailor-made service has made getting around in Macau with family members with elderly nice and easy. I had the privilege to be guided by the founder himself, Mr.Manuel on our private day tour around Macau. He was so humble and took extra care to ensure both my parents, who are senior citizen felt very comfortable throughout the tour. We took the family seniors for a 2d1n Macau Tour, with many places in mind and wanting the best convenience, we decided to book a car hire for our eventful day. Recommended by Grand Hyatt Macau - we have booked our tailor made private tour with Macau Explorer Cultural Travel, not only it's a regular car-hire, our "driver" is actually our tour guide, or it's more appropriate to say our tour-guide drives us around town. Manuel was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He met up with us at the HZMB port and started off our journey. He tried his very best to fulfill our overwhelming visit wish-list, made recommendations, telling us about the history of Macau, and last but not least - he could always find the best spot to drop us off - least walking for everyone, which is important as my mom couldn't walk to much!!
