They steal deposits from tourists, beware! They will put the deposit and charge on the same receipt, and then never return your deposit. When you file a claim, your bank will say you signed-off on both in person and there is "nothing they can do". These scumbags found a loophole to conduct financial fraud, but luckily for them the government and police is asleep at the wheel.

Stay away from this car rental company. We rented a car from them for 5 days with full insurance which was supposed to cover any damage to the car. We were charged Eur 300 as deposit apart from the cost of the rental - the deposit being repayable when the car was returned. Unfortunately we had an incident which resulted in scratching on the door panel (nothing big) but we had full insurance so there was nothing to worry about or so we thought ! When we returned the car we were charged another Eur 300 to cover for repairs which we were told would have to be claimed back from the insurance company. I have tried several times to contact both Sapphire at Athens Airport (who are the agents) and Carjet who are the company supplying the cars to inquire about how to recover my initial deposit and the extra costs that I was charged. I have had no replies from either party. These are not honest businesses. Stay away from them or you might find yourselves out of pocket.

We ordered a transfer the day before the car was there on time clean the driver was very professional and a very pleasant ride we will definitely use them again

And the driver was waiting for us the car was clean and comfortable and we had a nice Journey we will definitely recommend them again

TripAdvisor needs to take this company off of their platform. It is a scam that steals money. My card was charged 5X more that it was supposed to! Read other comments; many are having the same issues.

FRAUD DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They will steal your deposit, charge you for "insurance" you do not agree to. Then commit fraud on the contract with the cc dispute and get away with it! CRAZY!

Excellent service, Kostas Boulos was very friendly on time for pick up, was waiting for us with the name sign which was helpful for me to identify.

This trip has a very good price-performance ratio (25€ p.P.). We took this trip at the end of August on good weather (full program). It was the only trip we found that goes around the whole island. The boat was not too full (maybe due to season) and it was always possible to move freely through the ship. There was some music. While often in the background, sometimes it was used to underline the atmosphere of special destinations, which was quite fitting. While maybe it could be bothersome to some due to music taste and volume, I didn't mind it. There were also some places on the ship without music, for those who don't like it. The swimming stops were usually shorter than the promised 1 hour. While the first stop was the shortest with maybe 20 minutes (sulphur beach), the other 2 stops (ship wreck beach and cave swimming, much more exciting) were reasonably long (maybe 30-40 minutes?). My personal highlight was swimming in a cave (3rd stop). The atmosphere inside of it is very unique and cool.

Most horrible experience we have ever had on a trip. No spaces to sit. Horrible food. The whole downstairs was just filled with people laying and sleeping, which then took all the spaces. The music was Soo loud we couldn't relax. Also no pirates really seemed in character. It was so horrible that we ended up asking the bar for big black plastic bags, so we put our bags with things that couldn't get wet in the bags, and then we jumped off board at the first swim stop. Swam to the shore. And had a nice day on our own after. So we actually ended up, leaving the ship. Don't go on this ship. If you wanna see the island by boat, choose some of all the other trips with smaller boat.

We loved this cruise ship . Was magical , the crew made it all more special and funnier we had one of the best experiences of our lives . Ianis and the rest of the crew members were so kind ! Thank u . If you go to zakhyntos next summer you cant miss this trip in the pirate boat

Adter my reservation and after they took my money from Bank card, i get email that i am Uprgaded to another boat and tomorrow when we came they send us to the third boat (Pirate boat) what we didnt like. Pirate boat didnt make all stops that were said in descrpiption on booked trip. Because of this I want a partial refund!

Good: Shipwreck Beach and Keri caves in South were great experiences. Bad: We didn’t stop at Gerakas Beach as planned. Very loud Greek Music most of the day.

We rent a car from the office in Voula for a trip to Cap Sounio during our stay in Vouliagmeni. The booking via internet 12 hours before and the online confirmation was without any problems. Next morning the car was handed over at the reception desk of the hotel without additional charging. The explanation for the contract and handover was done individual and carefully. After our wonderful trip to Cap Sounio the car was picked up by the company at the Hotel in the evening. We received all required information regarding contract and payment online to our email / SMS. Great and perfect service from Sapphire Rental.

I used sapphire rental cars last minute by giving them a call while on a boat from Crete to Athens... I had 2 hours until I arrived and they met me at the port, gave me great advice while staying in Athens and then picked me up from the airport when I was done with the car and the cost was super cheap... all in all I will definitely be using them again when I go back to Athens!
