My family and I took our first trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica from 2/7-2/11. This was one of our first trips with your 2 year old to an Island and I wanted to make sure that we made arrangements that were easy, safe, on-time and hassle-free. We booked with Road Travel Jamaica via Jetblue Vacations and they were truly outstanding.
Roaxanne, our driver upon arrival, escorted us to the van and very helpful with our luggage. She had the best personality and made us feel so comfortable. She had the biggest smile, was very accommodating to our son and she was more than just a driver. On our route to the resort, she gave us tips on the island, how to get around and honestly, she was just amazing. She stayed in touch with me and even offered to take us around (schedule permitted). The day of our departure she kept in touch and made everything so much easier.
Andre, our driver for departure, was also great. He was knowledgeable, great conversation and was even kinda enough to help someone for something he could have easily said no too.
I was very impressed by the people that represent this company and will definitely book with them when I return back to Jamaica for another vacation.
