The customer service I received was absolutely amazing. You can tell they care about the customer. I didnt have any issues.

Loved the private tour with our driver Mark. He was a great driver and gave us some history about Jamaica. He took us to a store to shop for souvenirs. I personally, did not like the owners of the store. Their items are overpriced and they make up taxes which is a ridiculous amount. They say half off, but it’s just so you think you are a getting a deal. I suggest this tour take people to locals to buy souvenirs. They would appreciate the business. I loved Margaritaville, the ability to have lunch or grab a drink while hanging out at the beach was nice. They charge $15 for umbrella which was reasonable. The water was warm and I loved it because there are so many activities you can indulge in. The stop at Rick’s Cafe was the highlight. The sunsetting, dinner overlooking the ocean with the entertainment was everything. Absolutely loved it!! We had the perfect seats, upstairs and we could see the cliff divers, the people on stage, boats, and most importantly, the sun setting. I would definitely recommend a private tour for a group of people. It was well worth it and I was glad Mark was our driver. I can’t say enough about this tour…..Take This Tour!!

Nicholas was a Great driver. He made us feel safe while driving and in each spot. I definitely recommend. Margarataville had a Great vibe and jumping off the cliffs at Rick’s was Awesome!

Our driver was Shamar. We had an amazing time on Seven Mile beach at Margaritaville and hanging out at Rick's Cafe. Coming from Montego Bay, I recommend a private tour to Negril. Shamar shared history of the island and various towns that we passed through as well as gave us helpful tips and advice for other locations/activities. Next time we are in Jamaica I would definitely contact Shamar

A great experience, our driver was very friendly. He not only drove us to our resort he gave us a historic description of the neighborhoods and areas as we drove through them.

Great people! They were there ready for us when we arrived and then picked us up at the exact time they said. The bus transfer left 45 minutes before us going back and we arrived at the same time. Shamar and Mark were so super friendly! Thanks for the great service!

What fabulous people this family have! They were there when we arrived, came to the hotel at the exact time they said. Shamar drove us there and was so brilliantly friendly. Excellent service! Our driver, Shamar, was very pleasant and punctual for both airport to hotel and return transfers. We also booked her to take us to the Rocklands Bird Sancutary, located on the other side of Montego Bay. She added a wonderful driving tour of Montego Bay highlights. Shamar was great! Engaging, informative and a safe driver.

Mark took us from Montego Bay to Negril, Rick’s Cafe. The whole trip was filled with sightseeing and knowledge of Jamaica! We even stopped to get beef patties! Mark waited for us the whole time we enjoyed Rick’s Cafe and returned us to our resort safely. Mark’s daughter drove us to the airport to return home, she was equally just as wonderful! Great people with clean, reliable transportation.

Mark and his family is by far the best Transportation service in Jamaica. He stayed with us the entire trip even when we left for the beach and ricks cafe. He made it pain free without a worry in the world. Highly recommend. He felt more like a friend than a driver. Much love to him! If you’re looking for great service and knowledge along the way Di Jamaican Flava is the best on the island!!!

This was fun! It was a lot of jump scares. Very informative as well, but if you’re going to learn the history you may have a hard time focusing because you’re so busy waiting for something to jump out! Witches Brew is very strong and has a souvenir cup with which was neat. There’s also a nice gift shop.

Do not book with them. They put the wrong airport pickup on our tickets even though we supplied the flight numbers, etc. Then refused to refund!
