If you come to Penang you must come to do this rope challenge. Walking on level 65 of Komptar, you are almost as tall as Penang Hill. There are 6 challenges and they are all very interesting and challenging. Thanks to Ash and Fiddi, you guys are the best and so accommodating. I have to reschedule due to the thunderstorm but the late afternoon session I was the only person so I have the undivided attention. If you need to get some adrenaline pumping, you must come here as this is probably the only one in the world that you can do this on a specially made course.

Consider reasonable price for such an experience, compare to other countries. Well trained staff to guide you through. No net below, only 1 safety rope to hang on to your life! What an experience.

We did the tour with Atiqah & Ashari and they were so nice and cool. We always felt safe and enjoyed this trip so much. It was sooo thrilling and they took a lot of cool photos of us and with us.

Very bad staff service! At first 5 of us go to counter at 4pm to asking about the ticket and time slot,the girl staff said 5pm is full need wait untill 6pm,we said ok no problem and ask need to paid 1st and leave down our name or not, but the staff said no need and come back at 6pm.When we go back at 5.45pm ,the girl said was fulled slot for 6pm. The supervisor said that they never confim our booking! The supervisor asked we want to play or not, if want just wait for 7pm slot with a very bad attitude. And he told us the booking comfirm or not is not the problem between he and us, just between the girl staff and us. We are very disappointed with this attitude. We are 4 Chinese girl, and another 2 group of the player at 6pm is all malay. The staff call them "VIP". Because of the "VIP" we need to wait one more hour. At the end, we didn't received any "SORRY" for this issue and it was wasting our time to wait nothing !!

Our instructor, Nasir Razak & Ash, took us through the 6 challenges offered with Gravityz. I felt safe the entire time and had an incredible experience. I literally hung off the side of a building and did a flying fox 239m in the sky! Thanks so much!

My friend and I had this prebooked. The ticket was easy to use. Once we arrived they got us ready and made sure our helmets and harness was all correct. My friend was a little worried but they helped her and were really kind. The experience was amazing!! Definitely recommend

This was truly an awesome experience. Initially it wa scary but the two instructors was funny and gave us the Confidence to complete it with ease.. Kudos to instructor azhari and zubir for their guidance and support. Thx guys!!!

The experience is very fun and interesting. The staffs (Nasir Razak & Dinie Mazlanare) both are very nice and helpful. They helps us take a lot of photo.

My first ever experience of doing this kind of activity. I really felt the adrenaline rush and nervousness when the first time I stepped out to the pathway outside. But with the encouragement and guidance from the instructors (Fidi and Ash), who were really cool, so helpful and supportive, I was able to gather my confidence to walk through the pathway and perform the challenges. The instructors patiently guided us to go through and complete all the challenges here until finish. The safety is ensured here and at the same time you would enjoy with its thrilled experience together with amazing view of Georgetown. Recommended and must try! Special thank you to my wife for introducing The Gravityz to me!
