As much as the cruise in Ha long bay is over rated, this ship was wonderful. Good service, good food , not too much selling on bord.

We stayed in the Exclusive Suite on the Peony 1 cruise and again the staff were so welcoming and attentive. Our cabin was exceptional and the team kept us well informed as to the scheduled activities for the duration of our stay. The dinner service was amazing with so much quality food , with 5 courses and we were well looked after by Andrew. Our day trip to Viet Hai village and kayaking in the bay was a highlight as was the cruise at night. Overall a quality relaxing experience

Having a local guide was a big plus. He knew a lot about the history of the area and explained things clearly in English. I really appreciated his enthusiasm and pride when talking about his hometown. I had a great time on the boat. From the moment I got on, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. The food was really good, and the drink prices were fair. I loved happy hour-the cocktails were tasty and fun. As a vegetarian, I was grateful that he made sure I had a tasty veggie lunch. It really made my experience special! There were many activities to choose from, so I could join in or just relax. The staff were very friendly and always smiled, which made me feel welcome.

My time on the La Regina Legend cruise was amazing. The moment I stepped into my room, I was blown away by how spacious and comfortable it was. With a luxurious bathtub and a standing shower, it felt like a little slice of paradise. The food was delicious, especially dinner-it was really special! Our guide was fantastic. He told funny stories that made the trip even more fun. I really enjoyed every moment with him. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The transfer from Hanoi city was smooth and on time, which made everything easy. The itinerary was nice, but the views were the beat part of the trip. They took my breath away!

The crew were all very friendly and happy to help , the food was good and the day trip to the fishing village a real highlight. Our server Andrew couldn’t have been more obliging . Jack and Harry also looked after us making us feel comfortable . A great fun experience .

Highly recommend Peony cruises. We spent hours researching the many cruises and feel we definitely made the best choice choosing Peony. From the hotel pick up through to dropp back at hotel the amazing staff are attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, the boat is clean and well kept. Rooms are beautiful. They staff onboard go over and above to ensure every second of your trip is of the highest standard. Special shout out to Sara for making our trip very special and the chef for providing delicious food and catering to everyones preferences. The best cruise in Lan ha bay ,Amazing cruise experience around Vinh Ha Long on the Peony. All of the details of the cruise made it such a memorable experience and the staff were fantastic, especially Sam and Bobby. I was celebrating my birthday and they sure surprised me, twice! The room was made up and also during dinner, it felt incredibly special. The room was comfortable and the full views of the bay as you cruised along through the big windows in bedroom and bathroom were beautiful, and also the private balcony. We were surprised by the food, everything was tasty and top notch and there was a good mixture between international/modern cuisine as well as traditional meals of the region. The activities were fun and well organized (however, we had missed the messaging about the day boat for the second day if you’re doing the 3 day/2 night tour, make sure you pack your things for a full day on a different boat).

Lan ha bay was great places for relaxing. The Peony cruise was great! We loved the boat and the staff, especially the ship managers. The excursions were all great and included in the cost. We did the 3 night 2 day which I would recommend as you get to see and do a lot more. The first afternoon we went kayaking through some caves and then the next day had a day trip to Cat Ba island to visit a local village by bicycle. The last day before departing we went to a different part of Cat Ba to a very cool cave which had some bats in it. Food onboard was delicious and they made some nice cocktails (the 2-for-1 happy hour was a big hit).

We had a fantastic experience on board La Regina. Crew were extremely attentive and went beyond our expectations. Boat and room was beautiful, with lovely private balcony. Excursions were well thought out, especially our day trip to Cat Ba with kayaking. Enjoyed our evenings watching the sunset with amazing views.

We had an amazing hoi an tour & countryside. Dung is our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is an all in one to do things in Hoi An. Very interesting tour. Visited the local villages. Showed us how to make rice papers, rice wine, rattan mats, organic vegetable garden, Buffalo ride. The guide handled everything, tipping all the locals, paying for coffee, everything was so relaxed. Not to mention, its was very cool to have a ride in Motobike around Hoi An! Driving through rice paddies and alleys, it feel like a great adventure! Totally worth it! Our family enjoyed it very much and had loads of fun! Highly recommended the this tour, its definitely a highlight in Hoi An!

We got really good time on this cruise after spending few years stuck of Covid 19. The cruise was beautyfull, the limousine bus was nice and comfortable, the food was too much and delicious. Lucky Hou was the best part of our trip. Would love to come back here again

This cruise is one of the best cruise on Lan Ha Bay. We were warmly welcomed by office crew with some welcome drink, then get on the cruise with the group.
