Had a fantastic time with family , staff were amazing & the one man band was great to listen too. Dinner was sufficient plus first drink free , so great value .

Lovely phone member and staff were so accommodating even with the mixed weather it was nice to be out on the water cruising along the Gold Coast! When the rain arrived we went inside the cabin and enjoyed a lovely meal and some more wine.

This cruise was a debacle from beginning to end! It was overbooked with no staff. It left almost 1/2 hour late. There was one person working the bar then got pulled away to do other jobs onboard leaving a long queue of people waiting for drinks. The bar sold out of the white wine we drank after 1 glass. My brother was accidentally charged for 2 red wines and told he couldn’t obtain a refund for the second wine and that they had also run out of red wine so couldn’t be given a second one. The food was cold chook and extremely underwhelming. The toilet had some sort of issue and the fumes coming from it were horrendous. On arrival back to shore, we all stood at a locked gate unable to get out to the carpark with an uber waiting on the other side. The pilot finally left what looked like a date he was on whilst working and arrived to unlock the gate. The sunset was beautiful but they couldn’t really stuff that up 😂

We had a spectacular view of the fireworks display from the Gold Coast Braadwater. The music was a combination of a live band and party hits from a broad range of styles. Champagne upon boarding was a nice touch along with delicious canapes

horrible, bad description, could not find the boat at the location provided and confident boat did not show up. horrible costumer service could not reach anyone, waiting for a refund.

It was an amazing experience with lots of information we received from captain who was continuously engaging with the watchers on board and definitely a must go with them. I liked it and will be going with them from now onwards. As we were the vessel who travelled far and got a chance to see whales from very close proximity and unforgettable memory you have made for us. Me and my kids really loved it.

Prepare to be blown away by this experience. These are inspiring creatures became the highlight of my trip to the Gold Coast. I was so appreciative of Captain Dean's knowledge of the behaviours of these beautiful creatures. I left that boat wanting to preserve this opportunity for future generations. 100% would recommend!

I do not recommend this company! Really bad experience!!! We saw 2 whales at a very far distance(more than 100 metres) and that is! They didn’t care about it. We called saying that we had not seen whales, they said we had and hung up the call without worrying about it.

Captain Dan was entertaining and knowledgeable about the whales. Had a number of excellent sightings. Successful trip.

Not recommended!!! The day was not suitable for the excursion as there was a lot of swell. We saw some whales at a very far distance but not at all what we were sold. More than 100 metres. At the end of the trip many families were dissatisfied but the crew said they could not refund the money. I would not book with them again even if they were the only option on the Gold Coast.

Amazing experience. Whales came right up to the boat. They breached right in front of us. And there were a lot of them. And the captain and crew of the boat were great! Well worth doing.

have stage 4 cancer and this was on top of my bucket list. so i took my children and grandchildren on this adventure. i was not disappointed and nor was my family. great crew very knowledgeable and helpful. highly recommended for any age. my advise don't leave it to late to take this adventure.

Surreal day seeing the whales. Great view and service with free biscuits and tea and coffee. Lovely and informative staff! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time on the cruise last night - a great way to finish our Gold Coast holiday. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was lovely and adequate for the number of people onboard. Christian kept the mood with his songs. All in all, a great experience. The evening was a bit overcast but I can just imagine how lovely it would have been if the clouds had cleared.
