Our driver suggested first dropping our luggage (we had a LOT of it) at our hotel as it was on the route; he had an audio guide that gave us some details before each stop, he took us to the best places for photos and within close walking distance of sights and suggested a delicious place for lunch. Cezar took us on a tour of Rome to see famous landmarks in addition to lesser known landmarks that were beautiful and interesting. Our 9 hours with Cezar were spectacular. Our driver was earlier than planned and met us outside the baggage area off the ship. The we didn't wait outside at all. the van was spacious, clean and we got there quickly and safely. All three transfers were excellent and the drivers were the best, punctual, polite, friendly, professional and spoke English. We were also able to pre-pay our transfer fees in advance from NY to avoid taking more Euros that necessary. Yet again Rome Cabs delivered as promised. Very smartly dressed driver met us as we exited customs He was a courteous and careful driver. Helped with the bags etc. no complaints at all. Good service.good quality clean large Minivan for 4.

RomeCabs made our transportation to and from FCO for our cruise so easy. Their customer service in making the reservations was outstanding. They quickly would answer any questions we had. The service turned out be as dependable and reliable as promised and their drivers were very personable. Take the worries out of Rome transportation and use their company.

Our driver was wonderful. On time and waiting for us. I actually used them for 3 transfers. One from airport to port; from port to hotel and from hotel to port again. Two out of 3 were seamless. The one from port to hotel took longer than expected due to heavy traffic in Rome. But we all got there safely. We were fortunate to get one driver twice and already had a nice rapport with him.
We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. And they take credit cards too!
Also communication was spot on. Including some changes I had to make. Just make sure you have a way for them to call you should they need more info.

Our driver was there waiting for us and promptly took us to his clean modern van and drove us to our hotel in Civitavecchia. The car was very comfortable for 4 adults and many suitcases. He even offered bottle water for our trip.

We used Rome Cabs to go from the airport to our Rome hotel, then from the hotel to the cruise terminal the next day, then from the cruise terminal to the hotel 10 days later, and finally from that hotel to the airport on our last day. The driver was there waiting for us as promised every time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and drove safely at all time. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

We actually used this service from airport to Port and from Port after the cruise back to a hotel in Rome. It was nice to see a smiling face when we got to the airport after an overnight flight. We booked a tour of the countryside on the way to the port. We figured that would help us stay up through the day. We saw some awesome sights on the way to the Port. We saw beautiful scenery and even a castle with furniture. We ate lunch at a wonderful restaurant up on a rather large hill. It was nice to see sights that are not the mainstream of tourist spots. The car was clean and our driver spoke English well. It was friendly and informative. This "half-day" trip is highly recommended by us. After our cruise our driver was promptly on site and took us to Rome for a 3 day stay. Very good service.

Romecabs are excellent. Michele, our driver, was great. He was on time, polite and helpful and drove very well. We will only use Romecabs, they are reliable and great at communicating. Don’t bother with anyone else, Romecabs are all you need! Brilliant.

Highly recommend this company and will use them every time we are in Rome. They were waiting for us at the airport even with though we had a 2 hour wait to get a covid test before leaving the airport. They arrived early when we needed to make our way back at the end of the trip and the drivers were wonderful!

This is a reputable company. The drivers are polite and arrived about 10 -15 minutes early. I did not need to prepay the transfers and was able to use my credit card to pay after arrival at my destination. The customer service responded promptly to my questions.

We need private transfer on 13 Nov from FCO to our hotel in Civitavecchia. Our cruise leaves the next day.

We are embarking on a Princess Cruise from Civitavecchia on Nov. 4. we need transportation from our hotel to the dock. Our hotel is near the Colosseum. My husband uses a small scooter which can disassemble into 5 pieces. It is very lightweight.
