Great trip with my driver Christos. Safe and well spoken. My main interest was the Minoan site of Phaistos and it did not disappoint. More primitive and accessible than Knossos. I was completely alone on my visit. But Christos made the trip even more enjoyable.

Excellent service, Christos was there on time with a big smile on his face. Money well spent as the Tui transfer was due to take 2hr 20 mins verses, 1hr 10mins!

Booked for a return transfer between Chania and Rethymno. Good communication beforehand, ready and waiting for us in arrivals with sign. Driver was friendly and helpful and car was modern, clean and roomy. We were offered bottled water for the journey. We forgot a small bag in the car and I was able to contact the office and the driver returned immediately which was very kind. On return the driver was again sat waiting for us and was friendly and helpful. The option to pay by card was also useful. Excellent all round and would not hesitate to recommend or use again if in Crete.

Our driver was prompt/ friendly - lovely clean roomy vehicle and very comfortable ride from Heraklion to Chania. It was drive we did not want to take on ourselves as we are not familiar with the roads of Crete. Our driver gave us safe transfer. Totally worth every penny !

First time in Crete and decided to take the stress out of the airport transfer from Chania to Rethymno and as a treat we booked a return taxi with Rethymno Easy Travel. We had an excellent experience from start to end, with an easy online booking process. Brilliant communication throughout by whatsapp once booking had been made. Our driver met us at the port and was waiting with a name sign. The van was very spacious for four people and the driver nice.

Company contacted me beforehand to clarify/confirm pick up place and time. Driver was friendly and on time at the pick up place. The price (90€ for a 1 hour taxi ride) is fair too.

I booked our transfer on the morning we were due to depart after deciding the bus transfer was going to be longer than expected with hotel drop offs. I booked via get your guide and received a confirmation and a what's app nessagd within 10 minutes of booking. From start to finish the service was excellent. Cleat communication and speedy replies. We had a 40 min delay and our luggage tool ages but our driver was there waiting. A Great journey and friendly professional driver. Thank you.
