We start by wearing a dry suit that, because of the amount of space we have as well as the boots themselves, we look like we are wearing a new protective skin that has an internal atmosphere.
We entered the pool, felt the water hugging us without touching us. As we lay down, we felt the fact hold us firmly and gently, almost as if we were going to float above the water.
Listening to our own breathing is kind of enlarged, and it is easier for us to focus on it and let it somehow guide and pack the experience.
Since there is no gravity, all muscles, bones, joints are in complete rest.
The experience of floating with the momentum of music seems to transport us to a new world, a kind of return to the uterine world but with all awareness and lucidity. Music always accompanies and gives emotional and safety sustenance to the experience.
