My parents both elderly were waiting and no one contacted them neither answered the emergency phone. Absolutely lack of transparency and efficiency. They called more than 10 times while they waited on the street. I will not recomen this agency to anyone.Written July 9, 2024

- Ashwin G0 contributionsExcellent way to spend your day visiting iconic attractionsThe full day trip is excellent and it's worth every penny spent. The guide is just amazing talking you through the attractions and history behind it. The stops at the light House, San Jose beach and cabo de gata were amazing with beautiful scenic views. We also took the boat trip at San Jose beach which is not included in the cabo de gata tour but is definitely worth it. Family loved the full day outing.Written July 30, 2023
- 419mayras0 contributionsEnglish Speaking People Should AvoidIf you are English speaking only you should avoid this Company! We signed up with Pepe Tours for a 3 day/2 night escorted tour of Morocco. We went with Pepe because they advertised " English Speaking Guides during the tour" and "Coach tours to Morocco from Spain with English speaking guides...." Within days after signing up they also sent us an email which we responded to asking us to confirm we wanted English speaking guides. What we got instead was being passed off to another firm called MundiMaroc who included us with only Spanish speaking guests. As a result, the initial hostess didn't speak any English, the tour guide in Tangier didn't speak any English, the tour guide in Chaquen who supposedly spoke English got sick and was not replaced so we had no guide. My husband who doesn't speak any Spanish or Arabic had no idea what was being said at each location. To add insult to injury, we were told after the conclusion of the tour that our bus driver was our designated English speaking guide even though he never spoke English because everyone other than my husband on the tour spoke Spanish. Pepe Tours are only the middle man. They have zero control even though you contract with them. They rely on the tour company on the ground and the tour company on the ground failed us. We were also told and the brochure confirmed it that our first day lunch as included in the price however MundIMaroc was not aware of that and we were charged. Pepe agreed to reimburse us if we could produce a receipt but MundIMaroc never gave us a receipt for the 22 euros as it was a group luncheon. The bus just dropped us off at the hotels and we were not escorted. We were told that the dinner was included but learned that the one in Tangier didn't include any drinks so at the end of the meal we were charged 25 euros for 2 waters and a glass of wine. Bottom line is we also during our Spain Holiday did tours with Get Your Guide and Viator and both provided English speaking guides and we got what we signed up for. We didn't with Pepe. No apologies either; just excuses for MundIMarocWritten July 28, 2023
- kgg930 contributionsWell worth it!The van diver (think Christian) was very friendly and took 1 route to Alhambra and a different back to Almeria to show us more of the area. His narration was very good. Once at Ahambra we had another guide who spent several hours with us in the palace. There were only 4 of us on this tour. The van could accommodate at least 12. We appreciated the fct that although the tour group was small, the agency did not cancel as another company did earlier in the cruise.Written April 30, 2023
- V377QJgarys0 contributionsGreat companyPicked us up on time at cruise port. Communicated well. Completed tour even though only 4 people signed up (unlike other operators we have experienced). Driver gave us a wonderful history as he drove us from Almeria to Granada and back (used 2 different routes so we could see different sites and history. Private guided tour of Alhambra was excellent.Written April 30, 2023
- Greg H0 contributionsPepe Tours, reassuring as what tour company to use in Manzanillo !We originally submitted a review outlining our unsatisfactory three day tour, to surrounding towns. We contacted Pepe, he and his daughter came to our condo, here in Manzanillo. Pepe was concerned regarding our review and wanted to make us happy, which we did come to an agreement. I was very impressed with Pepe’s thoughtful statement that his main concern was, “that vacationers coming to Manzanillo enjoy themselves and to be satisfied with the services provided here in Manzanillo”. That statement in its self is very reassuring, not only for my wife and I, but to future vacationers wondering what tour your company to use ! Thank you Pepe and your daughter. Thank you Pepe for addressing our concerns. andWritten April 2, 2023

We are from Charente-Maritime in France. We went there for the 2nd time. Place to absolutely see once in your life.
Very beautiful decor, very beautiful village, I still find that many of the Places are less passable than for our first visit. In addition, the magnificent but very hot weather, over 40°, did not help us. The shows are great, well done to the stuntmen, the horses despite the heat are strong and are treated very well which is very important. Well done to the people who take care of the horses. On the other hand, in terms of catering, it’s catastrophic. Very little choice for a free buffet for a price of 15e per person for the meal I ate for barely 5e really avoid the restaurant.

From the start we pre booked tickets the night before but forgot to add parking, €2.90, no problem as we were asked at the ticket office so then paid, but got no receipt nor did they ask for the registration number, could have had free parking under the shade. You can easily park across the road for free but that is not in the shade. Entrance is unappealling but should be ok when the work is completed. It would have been better to get more into the buildings rather than standing behind glass in doorways. The cowboy show is very amateur dramatics but the kids will like it. The can can girls have an annoying compere and they dont actually do the correct can can nor have the can can tune, which one would have expected. The saloon and dining room had air con. The buffet lunch though is very worth it with a lovely mixture of food suiting vegertarians also. The swimming pool looked okay for kids. The zoo, train ride and reptile house was very good and well worth seeing. It would have been great to have all members of staff in western outfits, all playing their part for authenticity.

A great day out.
Feel free to dress up in Western style clothes ... you won't look out of place.
Not just the 'Western town' ... there is also a Zoo and in the afternoon the small pool and water slides are open.
The town was apparently built for the film ' A few dollars more' and later used for ' The good, the bad and the ugly'
The western show is on a few times through the day and there's plenty of areas to stand and watch.
It does get very hot here so it's nice that the Saloon is open for drinks.
There are also a few shows in the Saloon through the day as well.
The Zoo is quite vast and takes some walking around, but is well worth it.

Poor animal welfare. Won't be going back. All in all, an expensive day out leaving me feeling guilty
It's such a shame, it clearly was something special at one point.
€5 to park, I have no idea why - it's in the middle of nowhere, it's not like you can park there and nip somewhere else!
The cowboy show was ok-ish, I think I figured out the storyline.. the restaurants were only open a very limited time, which led to long queues, same for the can can - so didn't bother with each because it meant standing out in the sun with 2 young kids.
What really let it down was the zoo.
I saw 3 exhibits with cracked glass.
Plenty of empty enclosures
The enclosures are really really small.
Animals were displaying repetitive behaviour. A meerkat kept pacing the same 1m patch up and down. A a leopard circled the enclosure round and round- in 30 seconds it's lap was complete. The bear looked bored to death. I could go on.
It's celebrating 50 years being open, and it wouldn't surprise me if it was exactly the same now as it was then. It certainly felt run down.
I won't be going back, and feel guilty going in the 1st place, there's not much in the way of animal welfare

The cowboy/ Western show was OK. It lasts around 20 minutes. Get to the best location to watch at least 20 minutes before it starts. As for the caged animals it's really very sad. Over here in the UK the animals get a decent area to do what they want, probably the best is the Yorkshire wildlife park, but all the other UK ones are great. It was really sad to see a beautiful tiger in such a small enclosure. Lions again in a very small enclosure, and for me personally was to see a huge bear at the bottom of an enclosure with nothing to do other than walking backwards and forwards. As for the shows here everything is Spanish with no translation to any other language. In my opinion it's a hot day out. It's not great value, and for me personally it's not great for the animals!

After standing in line for an hour we finally got in just to see absolutely nothing happening. Like a ghost town without any Citizens. There is a lot of potential to make it an adventure but nothing at all happend. No cowboys, no shooting, nothing arranged for children with grandparents willing to speed a fortune on entertainment and icecream. An om top of it - when we finally found something to eat, it was junkfood ending in the garbagecan. Come on - this can get much better. The potential is there.

Everything went according to plan.
We had a fabulous time from start to finish. Pepe Tours were so friendly and professional. They rang to say would pick us up closer to where original pick up was. They were there on time and we had a fab driver and your guide on a very clean, air-conditioned coach. We were dropped off at approx 10:00am and left at 5pm. Everything ran smoothly.
Mini Hollywood was ace! The mock bank said was worth watching and the animals were well looked after, in spacious enclosures. It was a lot bigger than we thought and to end a brill day, we made full use of the refreshing swimming pool.
Pepe Tours are well recommended and we were dropped back off at our accommodation.
Thank you Pepe Tours, we will book another excursion again for next y4ar and will definitely recommend.

A great day out for the entire family. Packed with fun.
The Wild West tour is first class, as is the rest of the park, the zoo is a good walk but transport is available for those unable to. Plenty of food and snacks. Live shows are 1st class.

We booked Pepe Tours online prior to our holiday as we knew we were going to visit Mini Hollywood. Great service. They called to see if we wanted to go at an earlier date as they had spaces - but we hadn't got to Spain yet.
They picked us up from our hotel at the allocated time and dropped us off at the allocated time.
Great little tour of Almeria en route in Spanish and English. Even stopped off for pictures for great scenary.
I would recommend booking rather than going direct as he was much cheaper.
