I really had the best time in my 3 months internship with Divinguru Unawatuna. Every crew member accepted me from the beginning and they were always a great help in my whole journey. The divemaster and also boatmen are really trustworthy, they know there places really well and are always honest about conditions and everything around. Norbert and Elli are really the best instructors. Of course I had really much fun in my course but also how they act with the other students especially with the beginners is just amazing. I will definitely come back and hope to see all of them again (: 🩵

Online booking allowed me to plan my vacation. Discount for booking in advance was a pleasant bonus. At first I planned to get only OWD certification and some fun dives. Dive center staff helped me get the most out of my limited vacation time. As a result I got OWD, AOWD and Enriched Air certification. My instructor, Norbert, has perfect English, so I had no trouble understanding him even though English isn't my native language. During the dives I felt safe and comfortable. Once the skills were finished, training dives turned into fun dives. We were watching underwater life. Norbert drew my attention to sneaky aquatic life, so that I wouldn't have missed them. It took some time for me to master buoyancy control, but once I did, I had wonderful time exploring underwater world. Dive center organized pick up and drop off by tuk-tuk. It was very convenient and the driver was very nice. Unlike many other tuk-tuk drivers, he didn't try to suggest unwanted services. I am extremely happy I chose this dive center to start my journey into the underwater world.

Had such a good time doing my PADI Open Water course at Divinguru. It was such an amazing experience well well qualified, and very well english speaking instructor. Ellie made us feel very comfortable in the water and helped us to have the best diving experience. Thank you so much, I will never forget it! The start of many new adventures under water.

I chose to do my advanced open water course with Divinguru in Unawatuna and had the best time! The team were so lovely and my instructor, Norbert, was amazing. We did some really fun dives along with the learning and it was a great experience for me:)

One of the best diving centers in my experience as a diver, I was able to finish my Rescue Diver course, my instructor was Kartik, he did everything in the world to make me understand the importance of a Rescue diver and today he is a great friend of my Finally I did my Dive Master course with Norbert and Elli, it was an extraordinary adventure step by step, they helped me throughout the entire process, they advised me, educated me and turned me into a professional, I appreciate them very much and I will always be grateful for the support. Diving for me is incredible and I want to do it everywhere in the world but without a doubt in Sri Lanka the best is Divinguru. Everything was very professional from the beginning. Thank you Hans for the trust and allowing the entire process. Today as a Dive Marster I feel lucky to start my studies with you. Very professional diving center. Ellie was an excellent teacher. She was calm, patient, kind and human. Her and the team took security seriously but it was still very fun. Had a blast can’t wait for my next dive!

I did my open water PADI, cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional and safe, whilst also lots of fun and time to see lots of cool stuff.

I did my PADI Open Water at Divingguru and it was one of the best things I did during my visit to Sri Lanka. The school is absolutely professional run and everyone is so kind!! Especially Ellie is a wonderful diving instructor, I was a bit insecure going into the water but her patience and calmness made me feel safe immediatly. I had so much fun and would highly recommend the experience!

Best diving school in southern sri lanka! Everything was ran smoothly, safe and on time. Norbert our instructor was a great and patient teacher - he made learning fun and we were very relaxed in the water. Hans, the founder is also a fascinating man!

I had a great course. My instructor helped me a lot. They were very nice, fun days. I learned a lot in a short time.

After not diving for over a year, I did 2 refresher dives here and they were absolutely great! It was also my first time diving in the sea so I was really excited and a bit nervous too, but I immediately felt safe as divemaster Nico talked me through the theory again. I was able to ask him all my questions, he was super patient and calm, took all the time in the world and helped me feel confident both before and during the dives. I highly recommend diving with him, especially if it's been a while since your last dive. His experience and calmness help a lot. The dive center has great equipment that you can easily rent and everyone is very nice and helpful!

We had a great experience with getting our PADI licence. Such a calm and professional vibe, our instructor was Salim (working at multiple dive schools). He was amazing in telling us everything we needed to know and could explain in a relaxed way but still very in depth. Thank u guys!

I couldn't have felt safer!! I used to be super scared of water before and I went to the school looking for snorkeling, trying to fight my fears in the sea!! I end up doing my first dive - thanks to Nico! He breathes calmness and confidence, making you feel truly relaxed! Not only I did really enjoy it, but I'm sure this was the first of many of my future dives! Nico prepares us very well before going into the sea, respect our times and he makes us feel super safe! Truly recommend, and I wish I could do all my next dives with Nico again!
