Many months later...I still dream about the canyons of SIerra de Guara. Yann kept us busy in canyons for 5 days in May 2024 and had excellent recommendations for our "rest" days. His knowledge of the area is unrivaled. Even with high flows, we were able to experience many different canyons. Our guide, JJ is a highly qualified guide as well as an enjoyable human being to spend time with in the canyon. Looking forward to returning soon!

They where so amazing my father and I want and next summer brought all our family with us. Made us special food because we have allergies. Best vacation ever!

We had a great time. Safety was paramount at all times, but they also made sure we had a great experience. They were also very flexible regarding the different physical abilities and the preference of each member of the team. When we went to Sierra de Guara the first time for Canyoning, the best thing that could happen to us was to find Expediciones. Very high level of experience and professionalism, meaning safety, and much fun. The guides know every stone in the canyons and lead you to find all hidden secrets to have as much adventure as possible. Chur is an extremely professional guide and a great person. Up to now, we have been there four times. And every time was exceptional. After the canyoning, it is always nice to sit at the camp and have a drink with the guides and the friends you have made there. - See you again at Expediciones!

I first contacted Yann half a year before our trip and what I got was an extremely detailed response, along with suggestions of where to stay and what to bring. We are a family of 3 with an almost 8 year old girl, and I wanted to add some nature to our two week holiday. None of us had been canyoning before, and weren't really sure what we had signed up for. We got assigned to Xavi/Javi, to take on Formiga for the day, and we knew we were in good hands. His philosophy is safety first, and to never push children into doing something that could make them turn away from the experience. As a family, we all managed to go through everything together, taking on obstacles one at a time, from 15m abseils, to 8-10m drops and low jumps, as well as short slides. This was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday and an experience all of us will remember. We only did one day, and the more active ones probably need to do more to experience different environments, but it was definitely one of the most fun days of the trip! Happy to represent the first two Asian countries in Yann's list!

These guys are great! We did three full days of canyoning with our family. Ever day was different, better than the day before, and an adventure every time. The days were really well organized, with a great lunch, and of course the best guide (Thanks Chur(ro))! Definitely going back someday!

This was the highlight of mine and my girlfriend's two week trip to Spain. Yann was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had leading up to our trip and we spent 2 days with Joaquin in the canyons. If we had one regret, it was that we didn't add an extra day or two to this portion of our trip. These guys are knowledgable, safety oriented and fun. Don't bother with any of the other canyoning or adventure companies. Make sure you don't miss out on this experience. 6 stars, we'll be back.

Second stay with Expediciones with my teenagers. Absolute success! Expediciones have great advantages : their knowledge of the canyons and their state (level of water, affluence) is perfect; they compose your canyoning trip with you according to your level going crescendo in the difficulty for more and more fun; they are extremely strict about security; they manage groups and levels for the greatest fun... Result : a renewed experience with great fun, wonderful views and good physical activity. Busy places/times avoided. For the second time, we had Chur as a guide. The guy is great! An expert with a tremendous experience of canyoning and rock climbing / alpinisme. Will never joke with security. Caring and patient. A great professional! We'll be back!

We had been canyoning as a family a couple of times before but were told that this is THE PLACE to canyon in Spain so I shot off an email to Expediciones just to get an idea. What I got in response was a thorough and personal message from Yann describing everything we needed to know and more including where to stay (we chose Casa Tejedor in the nearby town which was just perfect). He asked for information regarding our health and experience and put together 3 days of canyoning that met our skill level and far exceeded our expectations. Our guides the first day were Jonas and Inés, who did a great job ensuring everyone's safety while still leading an interesting and challenging trip through the canyon. Days 2 and 3 were spent with Chur as our guide through more challenging hikes and canyons. Chur knows these canyons like the back of his hand, probably even better. He observes keenly and pays great attention to detail, insisting that you listen carefully and follow the safety precautions to the letter. Because of this, we (2 adults and our 10 and 12 year old children) were able to confront the challenges presented to us throughout the hikes and canyons with confidence. Pre and post canyoning was time to have a snack, relax and enjoy the mountain sun and air which was a lovely way to move through the day; a little bit of everything. I should also mention the amazing lunches Expediciones packed for us. Each day's was different and looked forward to by my son in particular. Foosball, a drink and a chat with our new friends upon return from canyoning to Expediciones was a nice way to round out the day. I cannot recommend this experience enough and am already planning our next trip...

I have cantoned several times in different places (The Alps and the Picos de Europa) and I have to say this was the best. Yann was brilliant and Joachin, our guide was absolutely first-rate. The important thing with canyoning is to match the customer to the canyon and they did this brilliantly. My younger son had not canyoned before and is now an addict thanks to Expediciones. Both canyons were really fun and challenging. We always felt safe with our guide whose multi-lingual explanations were superb. We are already thinking about going back to Se Guara for next year's holidays. A truly wonderful experience for the experienced and beginners alike... and the T-shirts are very nice.

Our family of four toured Spain and wanted to add some adventure to our vacation so we drove to the beautiful mountains in Huesca and met up with Yann for two days of exploring their canyons. He matched us well with our guide Jose Luis and another family from Belgium. We had a blast. My kids and their kids enjoyed each others company. We all Got along great, and Jose Luis kept us safe and happy while showing us the incredible canyons. We ordered their picnic lunch which was delicious. It was complete with a hearty salad, bread, cheese and meat, chocolate, nutritious bars and fruit. Also a small flask of red wine to encourage a short siesta after lunch in the canyon before the natural water ride began. We really enjoyed rappelling, swimming and exploring the canyons and hope to do it again soon. Thanks to Jose Luis for a great time and an introduction to French!!! We spoke English and some Spanish. He spoke Spanish and French and the other family spoke Dutch, French and English. We all found a way to communicate and had a lot of fun doing it.

Went on our first Canyon trip. We didn't have much money to spare so we told them that this is a huge deal for us and asked several times if the canyon is exciting and challenging. They assured us that it was. Formiga was a cool experience but it wasn't that challenging. The guide was not that great either He ignored us when we asked question and treated us like children . The scenery was really good but the guide had a short temper and got really angry at the end. We only asked if we could go to the car and wait there (10 minutes walk) but It seemed like he was enjoying his siesta and talking to his friend guides more then actually listen to his customers. And the thing that I enjoyed least with this trip was that the guide pushed us all the time. One woman actually hit a canyonwall during a jump because he pushed her. The guide gave us also strict instructions to never remove our helmets, but didn't always use his. Right after giving a lecture to one person he tok of his own helmet. The guide instructed us in the use and importance of via ferrata equipment but didn't use the safetylines himself. This sets a bad example for the group.I would not use this company again if I'm not ensured to get a guide with pride in his/her profession. But the guy in the reseption was friendly and provided good service.

Great Experience Superb Team! We had a one day experience with the team in EXPEDICIONES. All reservation was done in Emails, very responsive and accurate. The team at EXPEDICIONES are very responsive, professional and patients. One of my sons is 9 years old and the way David and Chaime took care of him at that day was incredibly appreciated!
