We called the guide but he did not return our call until it was too late to cancel with a refund. When he finally picked up the phone, he told us that we needed to pay double if we wanted him to pick us up.because he needed to arrange transportation for us. None of this was mentioned on the trip advisor ad. We ended up cancelling and not getting our money refunded!!!!Written December 12, 2024
