- sweetfloss0 contributionsVery valuable way to appreciate San Marino! Our guide was easy to understand enthusiastic about her country and very knowledgeable. She took her job seriously and was prompt, understanding and happy to go above and beyond when some of our group wanted to climb higher. Highly recommend Sarah !!!Written September 27, 2024
- reneebochart0 contributionsNice tour guide, who was also multilingualThis tour was a great way to explore more of Riga, about which I was not much aware of, thanks to the nice tour guide, who was also multilingual. Riga has a craft brewing scene, which is wonderfully developed. I also tried the local garlic rye bread.Written July 31, 2024
- kirsty_mMelbourne0 contributionsLots of walking but no entry’s to anywhere. The description of this tour is misrepresented online. You do not go into anything. You do not go into a palace (Cecilienhof Palace or the Sanssouci Palace) or where the Potsdam conference took place. The guide points out some of these places, others were not mentioned at all for example ‘Explore a secret town used by the Soviet Secret Service and the ruins of a KGB jail’ did not happen. Our guide was engaged, but was not an amazing historian, and disappointingly, we didn’t learn a lot. It is a lot of walking, over 20,000 steps. We had 45 minutes free time in Potsdam which covers both the lunch break and ‘ Discover the charming city of Potsdam’ and ‘explore the Dutch Quarter’. If you chose to stay on in Potsdam after the tour to visit one of the palaces in Sanssouci Park, you must book a timed entry ticket in advance as there is not much chance of being able to get one when the tour ends.Written July 11, 2024
- bennos8130 contributionsNot a ghostly tales tour and language barrierSadly false advertising. Practically no mentioning of any ghosts of myth let alone stories or tales. Additionally the English of the guide was hard to understand so couldn’t always follow. For over 200$ paid for our group sadly one of the least interesting tours ever. Even the standard stuff about history can be told much more captivating, but if there is a language barrier under stable. Just don’t sell English tours then especially not for this title. Any extra effort like the guide putting on themed outfit or picking a spot to tell his stories that matches the theme like a dark alleyway is something that I was told after i would need to pay 300$ or more in Vilnius. Just skip this oneWritten June 9, 2024

- mancinimatters0 contributionsGrand buildings with magnificent historyIt was intriguing to hear from the tour guide about the magnificent history behind all the grand buildings that I saw during this walking tour. The Gediminas Castle was encaptivating. I enjoyed walking on the cobblestone streets of Old Vilnius. One must not miss this tour when in Lithuania.Written August 11, 2023
- Robyn H0 contributionsBrussels at its BestConor was our guide on this tour and he provided a comprehensive overview of what Brussels has to offer the tourist. It was a lovely sunny day and we saw the city at its best. He offered information about the history of the city and the interesting places to visit. It was certainly two hours well spent as we covered a lot of ground in that time. I would highly recommend Ambassador tours. Look out for the yellow umbrellas in the grand square.Written June 2, 2023
- 619jeffry0 contributionsLegends of Melbourne, a truly marvelous cityMelbourne is a picturesque city, with many impressive features dating from the late 19th century, when 'Melbourne was truly marvelous,' enriched by the Great Australian Gold Rush The tour takes in St Patrick's Catholic Cathedral, a marvelous structure built in neo-gothic style. Be sure to note the statues of legendary Irishmen, such as Archbishop Daniel Mannix, one of Australia's most influential churchmen. St Paul's Anglican Cathedral is in the heart of the city. Whereas St Patrick's is built of durable bluestone, St Paul's is built of sandstone. The interior of St Paul's is certainly impressive. Other features include the meticulous Treasury Gardens, which helped earn Victoria the soubriquet "the Garden State." Melburnians are proud of their parks and gardens, which are worth a leisurely exploration.Written February 21, 2023
- joaogburgos0 contributionsFantastic time!Having this tour with Alvaro was just amazing as he is really passionate about it and provided us with lots of valuable details about the Harry Portter saga and its history with the city. It even made many of us emotional. 10/10.Written October 9, 2022
- afern20220 contributionsGreat for team building and a fun way to see things in the city that you may not have otherwise noticedWe had 10 groups of 8-10 people. This was a team building activity for my company. We all enjoyed it. The guide was fun and friendly and good with communication. This is the perfect city to do this sort of thing in because of its walkability. I'd recommend that each person in the group has a phone, especially if your group is larger than 3 people or 4 people.Written October 7, 2022

Well put together tour. Coordinator knowledgeable, responsible, approachable and a total professional. The places to stay clean, spacious and the food marvelous. I have gone with Caravan to Panama, the Copper Canyon and once before to Costa Rica. Looking forward to when Brasil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile are affected to join in. Thanks Caravan and 'muchas gracias to Mr. Salazar for his friendship.

I liked the hospitality of the local guide that was provided. Visited the Statua di Domenico Modugno and also had a great cup of a special coffee during this walking tour, which was a mix of espresso, lemon, cream and amaretto and it was something unique for me. Memorable tour.
