After this slowly walk we reach the grocery " Il Panino di Marino" where tradition and innovation live together. Marino, thanks to his long experience and love for his job, is capable to transform a simple sandwich in a “Panino Gourmet” composed only by Apulian ingredients.
The tour continue to The Abbey Madonna della Scala, a monastery dating back to the XI century. Then we move to a local farmhouse where you can learn how to make the real apulian panzerotto and enjoy a typical dinner with biological and genuine products of the masseria.
