We chose the two-day car tour and relied on Romilson. We saw crazy places with waterfalls, caves and quarries (with snorkeling and swimming in two of them). Romilson is a fantastic guide and person, friendly, a lover of his job, precise and attentive to safety and always ready to provide super interesting details about the places visited (information that only a person originally from those same places can give). In addition, he took some of the most beautiful photos of our trip, highly recommended! For a complete experience, the advice is to do the two-day car tour + three days of trekking in Val do Pati. We did a 1-day tour to Morro do Pai Inacio and a few other stops. Our guides, Rodrigo and Marcos, were very attentive and helpful. We especially loved hearing about the history of Chapada Diamantina. Booking and pickup was smooth. Highly recommend it!

Warning. Be very careful when booking flights as part of a We booked a hotel with a well known travel booking holiday company that we have used numerous times and at the time of booking in the same session we were asked if we wanted to book flights. This was done. At no time were we alerted to the fact that this particular component was not refundable although the rest of the holiday package was (hotel and taxi) .Subsequent medical issues following an operation in mid September, after the booking was originally made, meant that the particular flights were not suitable with a 55 minute change of aircraft)and gate and possibly terminal) being insufficient for people with mobility issues travelling under special assistance.. Because the booking was allocated to an intermediary and not booked directly with the airline, and no advice given informing the class of ticket, all communication had to be undertaken with the intermediary used and therefore it was very difficult to pursue cancellation options. At this stage we will only likely get some taxes back (maybe up to approximately 30% of the original cost). Being a EU resident and travelling within the EU I find that this is an unacceptable practice.

We spent 7 days in Chapada Diamantina, 5 of .them in a trek Val di Paty Ofer from Zentur orginised every thing perfectly!!! We had the best and perfect guide Daniel who spoke hebrew and explain us about the erea ,history, calture etc. Ofer from Zentur was verry flexible with any question or damand we asked

You are collected from and returned to your accommodation, the transport is comfortable and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. We completed the 3 day package of tours and ever day was excellent! We especially loved the Cachoeira do Mosquito 😊 Thank you all for everything!

Honestly it was a mess to book this first, because the initial offer I saw at another website was not the current one and it was all very spontaneously on my side. But I'm glad it all worked out. ZenTur put in lots of effort to make it happen. I am happy I had the best guide of Chapada, Dairone. Trust me, he will male sure, you enjoy your trip and have great pictures. Loved my time there. 10/10

We decided last minute that we wanted to go on a tour of Cachoeira da Fumaça. There was no group tours for the next day, which I'm not surprised as it is a long and physically demanding hike. The staff at Zen Tur were honest about the fact there may not be very much water coming from the waterfall. They suggested we wait before booking for the group that was currently out on the tour to come back with a report. We went for dinner and got a video showing how much water there was, which was enough for us so we booked the tour private tour. The following morning, Romilson picked us up from our hotel on time and handed us our gluten-free/vegetarian lunches and off we went for the nearly 2 hour drive to the trail head. Romilson provided us a lot of information about the area, the history, and his love for the nature of Chapada Diamantina park during the drive. He stopped to let us take some pictures and get some photos of us. During the hike, he gave us some space but kept a close eye on us at all stages since the hike is a lot of climbing and also a bit of a slippery decent. At the falls, he took us to a couple great vantage points and took lots of picture for us. There was very little water by this point since the falls are very rain dependent but there was enough for us. But water or no water, the area is stunning! If you have the endurance, this hike is a must. On our drive back, we stopped at the Riachinho falls for a refreshing swim. A great way to cool off from hours in the sun. We loved our private tour with Zen Tur and Romilson. We wish we had more time to do another tour but I guess we will just have to come back.

We have done with ofer the one day tour of caves & observation and the two days tour to Buracão Waterfall They were both well organized and ofer has done as much as he can to please us. We have slept in his gouest house, but he also helped so much to our friends who slept some wherev else that we all spoke that he is all into it to help the tourist around. The first tour is a must if you are in the area, and the Buracão Waterfall is one of the best sights in brasil. It's a fall that it's not just to look at, but it's a fall to fill, to walk to swim in etc. Really amazing place.

Me and my friends took a few tours with ZENTUR and we loved then all! The guides are professionals, fun to be around, gives exstra info about all you see while touring and making great food :) . ZENTUR staff, and Ofer in particular, are an amazing people who helped us create tours that matches our will and helped us in any other matter that we needed help in! Thanks to them we decided to stay in Lencois for 2 weeks instead of 5 days and we'll definitely be back in the futur!

We spent 5 full days with Zen Tur visiting the main Chapada Diamantina sites. The sites visited, the organization, the transport, the food - all were 1st class quality and attention (even the excellent Fumaça hike lunch box). Our guide (for all the 5 days) was the champion (in knowledge, sympathy and languages) - Dairone: he was always enthusiastic to show us the nature’s "treasures", always in good mood and on time. Great professional! The trips were well organized by Marcela, with the close participation of Ofer (the owner) Highly recommended!!

The guide was amazing, he knew how to read the crowd and match the activities to our needs. The views there were amazing and it was a great experience. It was different than the rest of our trip to Brazil which contained more of the coastline cities. Also overall the planing and the help of the company were really good and made our trip really the best it was.

Zen tours and Ofer were absolutely amazing! Ofer helped us out with everything! From which package to take that would be our needs the best, to actually hearing our reviews and acting accordingly (like in one tour they didn't refill the food). The guides he has are amazing and very knowledgeable! I twisted my ankle one day, and Ofer changed a tour for us. Would definitely take him again abd recommend to my friends!
