They are simply wasting time by sending emails that refund is in process, from airline side they already confirmed that they did not charge anything still this guys not providing any refund from Feb. They charged 2 times for making changes but nothing done Worst staff Rohit Butt, Puneet Thakur this 2 staff first they said they did not receive any email once they received on 18th April after forwarding 50 times now they are saying to allow sometime from last 10days.

Arranged a week-long trip for my parents and in-laws to Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya from Hyderabad on March 9th, 2024. From 23.10.23 to 1.11.23 I availed the services of India Easy Trip. Mr.Kshitij Shaini Senior Sales Executive of India Easy Trip of was handling the the trip. It was really a pleasant experience right from the day I contacted till the end of tour. He gave me all informations properly. The price reasonable. Vehicle condition was good. Accommadtion was good. Driver Mr.Deepak Kumar was very good. We a group four peoples felt very comfortable throughout the 10 days trip. I’ve had many tours in India and Sunny was the best. Not only does he have deep knowledge regarding the Ashrams in the area of Rishikesh, he also has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the spiritual texts and traditions. We had conversations spanning Hinduism, buddhism, Christianity, and mystic Yogi teachings. Above all.Sunny is a wonderfully spirited individual perfectly suited for this particular tour!
