We had the pleasure of having Mike as our driver for the day, he picked us up from the Sheraton in Denarau and drove us to Suva to the Pure Fiji Factory waited for us for three hours and drove us back to the Sheraton, he gave us some local history on our travel and was so kind and pleasant to us all day, thank you Mike for spending the day driving us we really appreciate it, all the best Sammy and Bubby!

The views were absolutely stunning, and the service was exceptional. Overall, the time I spent there was incredibly enjoyable and memorable.

I reached out to reserve a driver for a couple hours to take us around Nadi between transferring from Port Denarau to the airport. They asked no questions about what the stops would be and charged $100 FJD for the 2 hrs. We were picked up and I directed the driver to 4 local stops (a temple, 2 local markets, and lunch). Then the driver dropped us at the airport. I later received an email that said I would be charged almost $200 FJD because we stopped at the Temple (a stop I directed, lasted 10 min, and the driver never left the car). The email said that stop makes it a tour and I should have mentioned wanting to go there. A total scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not book with them. I booked a bula pass with them. Turns out its increased in price and its just too bad that they dont tell you. You eont know its a couple hundred dearer till they have charged you. Also, they advertise a boat transfer to beachcomber.. guess what.. they no longer go there. You have to pay even more again for a private ride from southsea!! To resolve the problem, they suggest you lie to the resort and make it their issue. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! Worst communication in my life. Ruined my holiday before even leaving the country. Yuck service.

We have used Go Local many times before but this will be the last time. Posting here to warn others! We paid for return transfers at our pickup from Nadi airport to Denarau. On our return, prearranged and confirmed pickup from Denarau to Nadi Airport our driver DID NOT TURN UP (3rd Oct). we were given the run around by the office, being told they were on their way, 5mins away etc. It got to the point where we needed to jump in another taxi to make our flight, obviously needing to pay for this extra fare. We were promised a refund so delayed this post, but 4 weeks later still no refund so it is time to warn others. Please be warned and use another company!!!

Absolute rip off don’t book this trip. You can just get a taxi there from the hotel for about $20 and pay the entry fee. The company had no idea about our booking, the driver didn’t either, no water offered as promised and the driver didn’t even know to pay the entry fee. The waterfall was great but booking it through TripAdvisor was a huge rip off!! It would have cost us about $40 aud but instead we paid $310 for the same thing… very disappointing when they also wouldn’t offer a partial refund. DO NOT BOOK

The worst experience of my holiday Booked with this company to support the local industry Return trip from Nadi to Intercontinental Natadola. The ride to the resort was great. Clean car, nice helpful driver. The ride back to Nadi international airport was terrible the driver was 30 minutes late. The car was filthy both externally & internally. The external parts of the car had damage. The floor was covered in dirt the interior roof was badly stained. There was exhaust fumes in side the car. The car suspension was shot. When we went over a bad road surface he had to slow down. NEVER again do not use this company. I complained still waiting for part refund from 19July, it is now 4 weeks later & NO refund

A beautiful spot, lovely warm water & a great pool or pools to swim in. We went with a cruise group 2 bus loads so it was manic, but outside of a big group it would be a great way to spend a bit of time. It's a 25 minute or less walk, down a road then a reasonably steep track but we'll worth it.

Don’t do it! Don’t hit that book button! You’ll regret it if you book with these cowboys. So rude to rip an old couple off and not refund their money. If you can’t deliver a service, don’t offer it. Buyer beware!!!!

We were booked on the 5 hours guided tour to Suva from Denarau. The van that turned up, wasn't what you would expect for this tour. One hour into our trip we stopped for a toilet break, on exiting the van, the van self locked, leaving everybody, including driver, outside. We were stuck there for half an hour before they managed to open the van.1/2 hour back into our journey the van got a flat tire. The van was not carrying a spare tire, wheel brace or jack. After almost 2 hours waiting in the heat on the side of the road, we decided to ask a guy who stopped to help, if he could take us to Suva as he was on his way there. He also returned us back to Denarau. It was extra cost for us, but so grateful for his help. Go Local Fiji agreed to pay us some of our money back. We are still waiting for our refund. Give us back our money! P.S. When we managed contact by phone they sent a link asking us to pay them another $200 using our credit card....

Resort rang twice to change time of pickup We were told we did not have a reservation. Had to arrange other means of transport. Apparently, driver turned up at resort at &.20am although reservation was for 7am would probably have missed flight.

Don't look any further. This is the transfer company for you! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating even after our flight times were changed at the last minute. We were greeted with gifts and smiles and quickly began our 2.5 hour transfer. Both our arrival and departure transfer were great, the drivers were good company and the vehicles were comfortable. I really appreciate both of our drivers patience and professionalism, particularly when my two very young children were screaming in the back seat. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again next time we are in Fiji.

We were hoping to get a break from the high temperature in Fiji and our hopes got answered. Such a refreshing trip! The water at the waterfall is a blessing, cold and clear! We were accompanied through the rainforest by a local guide, it took us around 40 minutes each way. It is a hike mostly in the shade and you cross the streams a few times so you get a chance to cool down even in the hot weather. The waterfall is worth the effort!

The shuttle escorts were milling around the luggage area asking everyone if they were going to hotels etc. they then guided us to where we were supposed to be. Very easy.
