Very disappointed! Due to an hour time difference between Jamaica and our boat, we arrived at the meeting point 40 minutes late, thinking we were 20 minutes early. We had no cellphone service because we are international, finally after 25 minutes of waiting, one of the other tours offered us their phone to call, where we were told our guide waited for two hours( which is impossible because we were only 40 minutes late). We asked for another tour even if it was less time and we were told there was no possiblity. We then asked for a parcial refund and were once again refused. Think carefully about booking with these guys because they will not help you if you have any problems. Bad service!

Unfortunately the bus driver was a bit late so we did feel rushed because we had a deadline to get back on the cruise ship. But the tour itself and Oliver our driver surpassed our expectations. He shared some history and pointed out some cool spots. The falls are so beautiful and we had so much fun climbing them. Lunch was delicious even though we had to eat on the bus. Scotches our lunch spot was such a cool place and we would have liked to spend more time there. Our tubing guides were the best. Real deal as my husband says. Relaxing and fun. Sing alongs as well as serenade. So beautiful cruising down the river. Switching over to rafts was great. Boys vs. girls in an epic water fight and race to the end. I gave it a 5 because our time in Jamaica was amazing. Sharing it with my family…priceless!!!!!!

We stopped at Falmouth Jamaica on our cruise. We booked an independent tour through Real Tours Jamaica and had a fantastic time. Norris picked us up at the independent tours location and he was really friendly and fun. We did the River Sports Adventure which is about half hour away. Norris was a great tour guide telling us about the area and Jamaican history. The River Rapids Jamaica tour was so much fun, our family of five and my 80-year-old mother were all in tubes along with our guide. The rapids are gentle and there is a spot to stop and jump off a platform into the river. The river eventually gets calm and you change to rafts and paddle to the ocean where there is a beach you can enjoy. Norris was there waiting for us when we arrived. We had opted to pay a little extra to have a private bus and on the way back Norris stopped at some places so we could try some local foods, including fresh coconut water and patties. We wanted to get some souvenirs so Norris stopped at a good place. Our ship left early at 2:30 otherwise Norris wanted to show us Falmouth and some local sites. Booking was easy and I had called a few times for recommendations based on our available time. Real Tours was very thorough with multiple communications to make sure everything ready and clear on where to meet. Norris took pictures during our tour and later emailed them to us. My family had such a good time with Norris they want to go back to Jamaica and go on more tours. I would recommend Real Tours Jamaica.

I am a solo traveler and I booked online. The company called and informed me, the minimum guests are 2 people. The website is misleading and incorrect. The customer service from the company was pleasant.

We have a long day tour with Ordain and he took really great care of us. He got all of our tickets and we avoided all the long lines. Waited patiently for us after each activity. He made us laugh and made us feel really comfortable during the tour. We did Duns River, Tubing, Rafting @ Martha Brae, and Secret Falls. Not your typical tour but it was long and Ordain knew it all! Thank you Ordain!!

The tour guide for river rafting was absolutely amazing. He knows the river like the back of his hand! Dunns Falls is always a great experience!

Dunn River Falls was an amazing experience. Definitely have to do it if you are in that area. So well run with lots of help and amazing photo opportunities! Never seen anything like it !!

Reals good service ... The lady in office who making the reservation answer quickly and friendly. We have a private driver right on schedule time ... Communication is easy ... I realy recomand

This was such an amazing experience. From the begging of our booking, Samantha made sure we were picked up on time and had a great experience. Our driver, Marvin was on time and he was awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable. He took us to Dunn river falls and Tubing at white river Calypso. He waited for us to be done with the activities and even took pictures of us. We had a great time having lunch with him and learning about his life and family. Marvin, thank you again…. Ps: i will send you pics of our little girl :)

Everything was organized from start to finish!! Samantha helped us book for a group of 12 and made sure that everything went amazingly with several check-ins to our guides. Our driver Owen was safe and very accommodating. Our guide Thomesine was the biggest sweetheart and shared lots of amazing facts about Jamaica while we rode to our destination; she even gave me a gift for my birthday!! :') The lunch was sooooo delicious as well. Our tour guides for the actual excursions were CJ, Dwayne, and Sangie--we all had a blast and they took AMAZING pics with our devices!! The waterfall was so much fun to jump from and the tubing was a perfect way to end the trip. would recommend 10/10. Samantha even sang happy birthday to me:")

I had a great time in Jamaica. Chuck Norris and RealTours Jamaica made my experience even better. During Covid, Norris worked with me via ZOOM to help me fact-check the Jamaican content of my crime novel. However, when we finally met in January 2023, he showed me the locatuons where my story takes place. This allowed me to make the necessary modifications to perfect my manuscript. I have been to Jamaica once before and didn’t think it could get any better but I can say this time touring with Real Tours Jamaica surpassed any passed trips I’ve been on and met all my expectations! Our tour guide Norris was amazing and helped us to enjoy our trip to the fullest! He was able to put together an amazing itinerary full of excursions, sight seeing, and fun for my group the whole 7 days we were there. He is very knowledgeable about all things Jamaica and was able to also bring us to some of the best authentic food stops around town.
