Horrible Driver that laugh at us told us to smoke weed Tour isn’t at all what they sold you get there 1h before the luminous lagoon tour start in order for you to spend money on drink and food The bus leave a hour after so your to late to have dinner at the hotel in order for you to buy food at the restaurant And as far as the tour is omg it’s a nightmare the boat drivers are completely impolite It not a luminous lagoon it a mud experience You enter into mud they are no lights absolutely no They were thunder and they still brought us into the sea They kept screaming at us while we were into the water go there remove the mud before coming back into the boat which is impossible to do you are swimming into mud We waited 1h and half to see the manager the morning after they told us to be there but he never showed No compassion was over I have read the other reviews and I know they are going to answer a automatic respond

DO NOT BOOK! we extended our trip an extra day and talked to several people about getting transportation pushed back & was offered no help , no refund & no discount. book a shuttle it’s a 5th of the price. unacceptable.

The dinner boat ride was amazing! The views, music, food, drinks, and crew was definitely on point filled with so much enjoyment. Thank you for a great time!!

Was told to be at the front lobby at 6:15 Am when my flight is at 10:00. It’s now 7:15 and no shuttle in sight. I saw someone mentioned they wasted an hour on their last day and they couldn’t be more accurate. I could’ve slept /ate breakfast but whatever I’m just a consumer right? Not to mention hotel staff at the Bahia principa mentioned that coming2 was “always late”. Will book a different shuttle next time and save myself the anxiety

The MBJ airport arrival area is a bit chaotic and it can make for finding and being assisted by the Coming2 people a bit confusing, but the service was ultimately smooth, safe and relatively efficient. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and modern. The drivers were friendly, informative, helpful and professional. The whole experience was fully safe & secure. There is no reason to shop elsewhere for your airport transfer needs. We stayed at the Bahia Principe and Coming2 is stationed right on the property. They can and do attend to all of your transportation needs with excellent customer service. We also bought a number of excursions from Coming2 as they offered a wonderful assortment of fun things to do. Their onsite staff were helpful and useful in helping me plan 8 different things to do for my group of 33 people. All excursions were executed safely, timely (in a Caribbean time kind of way) and with proper licensed vendors who were skilled, professional and fun. It was a 'no problem, mon' experience working with Coming2.

Private transportation from Bahia Principe to Royalton Hotel was $200 USD SAME DAY, $170 in advanced round-trip. Keep in mind my transportation round-trip was $140 with a different company. I understand making an honest dollar but this was highway robbery for non locals, for something 25 minutes away and renting a car is cheaper.

Good experience. Drivers were professional, and courteous. The only thing is that you will not travel in the vehicle that is shown on the website, but thy did a great job!

Peta-Gaye was amazing she was attentive and always there to help me and my group. Being an influencer and business owner can be a little difficult at times people that watch me on growing up hip hop will be hesitant to work with me but she made me feel right at home ! i cannot Wait to send more of my clients to her and the Coming2Jamaica team. They are always my go to from now on and will always be my go to for my travel with Cree travel club. Hospitality was top tier and 10!!! With her. We booked this transfer because it was the cheapest that we could find to get to Negril from MBJ airport. On arrival, check-in at the counter in the airport terminal was very easy. The bus was a little cramped because every seat was taken. We hit some traffic, made about a 10 minute bathroom pit stop, and then stopped at a few resorts before ours in Negril. The entire trip took about 2.5 hours. About 2 days before our departure date, we received a message with our scheduled pick-up time of 11:30AM. On that date, we waited about 20 minutes but no one came for us, so I called the number provided and the representative said that they'd look into it. A few minutes later we had a private car arrive for us! Not sure if that was intentional or if it was in response to my call, but either way the return trip was very quick (barely 1.5 hours) and comfortable.

Driver was courteous. He explained different attractions and gave some pointers on which excursions would be worthwhile. The ride was so smooth that I fell asleep part of the way. I am using the same company for transportation back to the airport.

BEWARE!!! I was offered a free airport transfer to Bahia and the driver named MIKE stole my laptop. I reported this to the staff of Coming2 and they claimed they would look at the cameras on the bus. I was then told the cameras for that specific time was “UNAVAILABLE” then the staff showed me photos of my recovered laptop bag WITHOUT my laptop. They also planted MARIJUANA in my laptop bag claiming that was all they found. I was then promised my bag would be returned (WITHOUT MY COMPUTER) and I wanted 5 days but nothing was returned. The staff member was named Peta and another woman was involved. I went to local police and I expect everyone involved to be reprimanded for lying about camera footage and the integrity of the driver MIKE who stole my laptop. I have my own video proving my laptop was on the bus but this company did nothing. DO NOT BOOK!! They will steal and lie

Incredibly disappointed on the customer service and experience. Waited 2 hours outside before I even left the airport. Was told that it would be a 45 minute wait for someone else on my flight to leave. After an hour and 30 minutes, I was finally put on another transportation company’s bus after the friendly transfer representatives for Delta Vacations and Amstar offered the representative a seat for me on their tour bus multiple stops bus for me to get dropped off. No accommodations or even attempt to rectify the situation was made. Terrible experience as a solo traveler as I was told that she didn’t want to put me on bus by myself. Disappointed and lost hours of my day.
