The river tubing and the leaders were all wonderful. Very friendly and fun to be with. It is evident they enjoy the job. They were also very knowledgeable on the vegetation which was very interesting to learn about.
The tubes were cleaned and well kept. The river was relaxing, and the entire area was nice to grab a drink, sit at the pool, and have a snack. The entire place was clean and the river was cool and refreshing.
The transfers, the ticketing were chaotic to say the least. Upon arrival to at the port, they had many long lines, and although there were plenty of helpers, it was not organized with signage. We had to wait for about 30 minutes after everyone was ready for our bus to arrive. After the river ride, we were told that the bus would be ready in 20 minutes. We actually waited about 2 hours, getting back to the terminal close to departure time. Again very unorganized.
