Went to decameron in Sept solo food was horrible not much of it. fruit was tinned they put sliced lemons out as fruit .they run out of drink .they took cocktail list down because they had very few drinks to make them .my room had a shower mat in that was covered in mould bathroom ceiling covered in mould ..there was a man there who stalked me and other guests and didn't do anything for 2 days then he was removed to mental hospital he bite someone's face it was a nightmare would never go back don't recommend this place to anyone

The driver was awesome, and the zip line men and waterfall guys were awesome, very friendly, and funny. When it came to horseback riding and the weigh in i was 5 lbs over weight limit because on my 5 was under weight limit, and that's why i booked it. They wouldn't let me go or refund me some of my money back. The lady doing the weigh-in was really rude. Othe than that we had a blast.

Booked my reservation online. Upon arrival, front desk was very rude. No greetings or welcoming. Lady in front explained no bags were allowed or phones and if you are caught TAKING PICTURES, your excursion will come to an end. Once the excursion was over, we come to realize it was so that they can sell you their pictures for ($20USD) even if the pictures were not clear. Also upon arrival we were told we had to pay insurance $10USD that was non refundable and if we did not proceed with the $10insurance we will be held accountable for any or all damages to the ATV. ATV's are not fully inspected prior to excursion. As I analyzed the ATV, I noticed the tire was low and had to bring it to their attention and was then provided one with more air. ATV's are not well maintained at all. Oh and let's not forget they ask for a tip.

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!!!! Do not do the day tour as the night tour will have you screaming, laughing and looking behind every door! Chaneese was our tour guide and I think she had more fun than we did! She was excellent! We had a group of 12 and all of us were different so it made the tour even more fun. The tour lasts about an hour, there are live actors all through out the house AND the grounds to keep you on your toes! You learn all about the history of Rose Hall and the story of Annie Patterson the white witch who still haunts the house. You also get to stop in the dungeon for a cocktail. Keep your eyes open at all times as you do not know what will happen in each room you tour! Excellent tour!!!!!!

Our group of 4 had a fantabulous time. I highly recommend this excursion. My only suggestion: Wear long pants or long socks to avoid your legs burning from the ATV motor

The experience was very great I will be doing it again. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Be sure to bring tips for staff that will be assisting in taking your photos etc.

Everything ran very smoothly from one excursion to the next. Included lunch in between which was nice and we got to experience Jamaican cuisine outside the hotel. All the employees and guides were super friendly and helpful. At the horseback riding, Tarzan was excellent and so fun! This tour is a full day but a must do!

This was an absolutely amazing tour. They started by picking us up from our hotel which was an unexpected surprise because I thought we might be to far to pick up in Runaway Bay. The horseback riding was absolutely my favorite part. The guides were absolutely amazing and Tarzan really made it an unforgettable experience for us. The guides for ATVing, zip lining, and Dunn’s River falls were also absolutely wonderful. I can say that each and every guide we had on 7/23/2023 for each activity was extremely helpful and made it the best experience possible. The guide for our entire trip was wonderful as well we learned so much from her. Lunch was also another nice surprise that was included with the 4 play and it was at a cute little place in town and the jerk chicken was the best we had on our trip. I would highly recommend this tour experience to everyone it really was one of a kind and unforgettable.

Dun’s Falls climb was tiring but very fun for whole family. And we all agreed that the zip lining is a must due to our amazing guides Shap and Duncan. They make jokes and even recorded us going on the zip lines.

Great day in Ocho Rios. We were picked up from our hotel around 8am in nearby Runaway Bay. The horse ride was fantastic, our tour guide Conrad was super accommodating and made sure we were comfortable with our bourses. The ATV drive was super fun, we ended at the beach for some nice photos. Then we were taken to a nice jerk chicken lunch where you could do some souvenir shopping. Then we went to Duun’s fall on a fun Bob Marley themed bus. The zip line and climb were fun. However with the climb there will be very limited time to take nice photos at the falls, you’ll get some photos from the company taking group photos, but nice individual photos at the fall will be hard to take, unless you come back on your own or opt out of doing the climb and exploring on your own. Overall great experience, tour does a great job accommodating tourists. We had a bit of a hick up on the return to our hotel at the end of day and had to wait for a few people to return from their excursions but we were returned to our pickup spot by end of day. Would 10/10 recommend.

We booked our tour with Island Routes the process was very easy. Our driver Jevaughn was amazing he kept us informed and was very friendly and professional. The main man Keemo our photographer/Tour Guide he made our trip one to remember, he kept us laughing and entertained. When we got to the location we were greeted by a group of friendly staff. They kept us in the loop about what to expect throughout the day. Our tour guide Horace and Shane was great too. Overall experience is one to remember. If you are an outdoor person like myself this is an experience you will truly remember.

Great experience and well worth the cost at the time I purchased! (around $200 each) This was an ALL DAY experience with transportation, a tour guide, and some delicious lunch. We even stopped at a popular local spot on the way to the excursion to pick up breakfast! Every excursion was very safe, the guides took their time to explain, and each excursion lasted a decent amount of time, the river climb even had a videographer following the entire time. Definitely pack a water proof phone holder landyard (game-changing) and water shoes!

Awesome experience! The guides were fun and we felt safe the entire way. We even got corny jokes from the guide that I plan to use…LOL this was definitely worth the money and I would do it again.

We had a wonderful time on the Tiki Boat to Booby Cay this week. We had a group of 11 and bought out the boat so we would have it to ourselves. It was our 2nd time and the experience was as good as the first. Beckham and Andrew provided excellent customer service - they were a blast. Jammy's cooking on Booby Cay was exceptional. We highly recommend this trip!

Norman was our driver to take us to our tour, and he was great! What a nice guy and very professional. He was on time for our pickup and gave us some history on Jamaica as we drove. Very professional.
