          Do NOT take this tour!
The shuttle was 50 minutes late, no apologies. Seatbelts were tied up rendering them unusable. Driver gave false information about the exhibits. After seeing the memorial there was a two hour wait to go back. There were other exhibits but you had to pay more. The shuttle bus was old and uncomfortable. The A/C was on but didn’t cool off the bus. The driver cursed and made disparaging remarks about Hawaii. The city tour was ridiculous. The driver stopped to show local fish and got them to come to the surface by feeding them flavored salted chips, we found this appalling. I advise you plan ahead and get a FREE admission ticket on the park’s website. You’ll save money and 4+ hours of your time.

Our favorite part of the tour was when we actually got to go into the memorial. We were just expecting to go around the memorial and not inside. I thought that Jack was funny and Tony was cool.

          Very cool day
Island tour was amazing and made very enjoyable by our guild Darren. Sights and swimming topped off by some cool stops at the Dole pineapple farm and then the coffee mill, and of course shopping and food along the way.

          Sad day in History
We visited this memorial and felt an incredible appreciation for all military and all the sacrifice they have made and continue to make so that we can feel safe in our homelands. Amazed that the Arizona survivors have requested to have their ashes deposited with their fallen comrades when they pass is very touching.

A very important memorial that should not be missed
A memorial that is recognized all around the world, is a special place to remember the many young men who are forever interned in the wreckage below.

Pearl Harbor Museum and The Arizona
We got tickets the same day and visited Pearl Harbor on our own. It was very interesting and meaningful. I wouldn't have missed it! Be sure to watch the video beforehand, go through the museum while you are waiting to take the boat over to The Arizona to get the real effect. Many interesting statistics are there to see! Dec. 7 has a more profound meaning now! :-)

Cousin Nate took us on a great tour! his sense of humor was on point for the morning! He started us off with malasadas and coffee and then took us to the pearl harbor memorial. After that we drove through punchbowl and downtown Honolulu and stopped for a photo op at Iolani palace.

A Great Tour at a Great Value!
An excellent tour all around! It was a VERY early start, but well worth it to be first in line to enter the monument - it gets crowded quickly. The staff were entertaining and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour!

I made a reservation April 20,2022 because it says in trip advisor ticket sold out very quick. Then May 29,2022 around 5pm Aloha pearl harbor tours representative called me and canceling my booking and telling me she cannot do anything.its less than 24 hours notice.we are scheduled for a trip may 30. We already plan our activities while in Hawaii since we had only 7 days accomodation. Our 1 day was wasted. So i will not recommend booking at Aloha pearl harbor tours.they are worst- serious travellers

We chose to take the 5:30 am tour for Pearl Harbor. The bus picked us up on time and took us to the bus depot for donuts and coffee (much appreciated). Our tour guide for the day was “Cousin Nate”. He was very informative and entertaining as well as being a great bus driver! We arrived at the Pearl Harbor park about 6:45 am so we could get in line for the 7 am opening. Cousin Nate kept us informed and organized for all the activities at the Memorial and everything went very well. We were there from 7-10 am and we could have used another 30-45 minutes to see everything. From there, we toured the National Cemetery and drove by the palace. We were done by noon. I would highly recommend this tour. We are very glad we took it.

Total rip off! This buys you nothing but getting into the museum; you don’t go into the actual memorial because of reduced capacity (reduced capacity has been in effect for two years so this is how messed up this company is). If you buy a ticket you are given no guarantee to get in; instead you stand in a standby line while you watch others with an actual reservation go in. The standby line is three hours or more. You will be charged $4 for water and the other usual Oahu rip offs; also, you can’t leave the tour until 11:30. When I say tour, it involves a lady in a tour bus giving you a great tour while she is driving the bus BUT we didn’t pay for that; we paid to go into the Memorial. This whole experience is an insult.

This was a well organized and comprehensive tour. Pick up was on time at the designated hotel location, the driver was super friendly and knowledgeable and the drive was pleasant. They give you 1 hour or so of down time when you get to Pear Harbor to visit the site, watch the remembrance video and visit the small museum. You have the opportunity next to visit the USS Arizona and it takes roughly 1 hour. The rest of the trip included a stop at a cemetery and a 10 minutes stroll next to the capital for a return around noon. I got a Groupon for 50pct of the cost so roughly $35 and it was well worth it as a Uber ride plus entry would cost more! I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, David, was very entertaining and informative as he maneuvered our huge bus through the hustle bustle of Honolulu! We wound thru the streets of Honolulu, visiting the Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific and the king's palace (the iconic backdrop for Hawaii 5-0) en route to Pearl Harbor. Touring the Pearl Harbor museum and the Arizona Memorial is a sobering experience, but one that every American should do. The Pearl Harbor outdoor memorial walkway is very well done and moving. The Arizona Memorial is a stark reminder of the huge sacrifice our military men and women made to secure our freedom. No words can truly express the horror of December 7, 1941 but our collective memory as a country is the only tribute we can make to those who lost their lives on that day. Visit with an attitude of gratitude and remembrance....

Very disappointed. We were told a few days (August 1) before that our pick up time and pick up location were changed-no big deal! We were also told that due to the docks being damaged and getting repaired, we were not guaranteed tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial-NOT okay. This was the main reason I booked this tour for my family of 6. We were told we could stand in a line for tickets if they were taking people out to the memorial. So on August 4 we get to Pearl Harbor. I waited 3 hours in line for tickets. The docks seemed fine, and I noticed other people had reservations. How can that be???? When I had looked for reservations for August 4 (after I was told I might not have any), there were none to be found). I feel that this tour company just didn't feel like getting the tickets for their tours. Everyone I talked to in our tour group were also disappointed. Some weren't even told about not getting tickets until our tour guide shared it while on the tour. This is unacceptable to me. I have tried to call (put on. hold), I have tried to use the chat line (which tells me to email them), and I have emailed three times (with no results). I do NOT recommend this tour if you want to see the the USS Arizona Memorial. I am giving them a "1" due to the fact that we did get to see the Punchbowl Cemetery and parts of Honolulu), and the tour bus was from another tour company, E Noa Tours, which we were told they use at times. This tour guide was fine. Not having tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial and not being able to contact someone are my reasons for giving this tour a low rating.

My wife and I went to Honolulu for our Honeymoon! We had the greatest time of our life! We are in our mid/early 30’s.

I purchased tickets for the Pearl Harbour Tour through Groupon a couple months prior - (half price highly recommend)

Our tour guide Cousin Nate was such a nice man! I cannot give enough gratitude to how enjoyable he made this tour for everyone on the bus. Very welcoming, and beyond polite. You really get your money’s worth + more. My wife and I are modest people. It was a breath of fresh air to go on this tour. We highly recommend it!

Thank you Cousin Nate and crew for the fantastic time! We will NEVER forget the memories and very interesting information and history we learnt about the beautiful island of Oahu. And who can forget - Pearl Harbour 🙏🏼

Malasata’s are the best donuts you will ever eat!

The island of Oahu changed me. If you are reading this, and hesitating to see Hawaii for the first time... take my word for it. I have travelled all over. I left with a little bit of the Hawaiian spirit inside my heart. Mahalo!

An early start, but worth it to get in line at the memorial and avoid the crowds. Cousin Nate was a great tour guide and you could tell he enjoyed passing all his knowledge on to our party during the bus tour part of this trip. Great hospitality and a modern, comfortable bus.

The Pearl Harbor Memorial was excellent and we could have spent a lot longer there as there was so much to take in. The displays and presentations gave us all a real appreciation for this significant event in history. I would recommend any visitors to Hawaii adding this to their itinerary.

Scam alert. We bought a Groupon Voucher. The day before the tour they called us to tell us that Pearl Harbor was limiting tours and they might not be able to get us in the next day. I called the concierge at our hotel and found out that there were no problems for any tour groups getting into Pearl Harbor. Aloha Tours called me back later that day to tell me that our particular tour could not run, but they could give us a circle tour of Oahu. We said no, that we wanted Pearl Harbor. They then told us that we could take another Pearl Harbor tour with them later the same day as our tour, but at a significantly higher rate, and this was hurting them as much as it was hurting us. They are literally taking Groupon reservations and then switching them out the afternoon before the tour to milk people for more money. We were able to obtain a refund and book through our hotel to go to Pearl Harbor, but it was stressful and took a few hours to work out, taking away precious vacation time. Call their reservation number directly before buying a Groupon or booking online. They most likely will not answer their line, which is a good indication of their service.

The tour company is what is terrible. The day before the tour, they called me to state their bus broke down and they would not be able to take us until the day after which was too late for us as we were leaving for a cruise. We were lucky as we went their on our own. You can easily get to see the USS Arizona, the plane museum and the submarine but going to the memorial does not always happen unless you bought a ticket months in advance. That is why we booked with this company. We did get to wait in the reserve line which allows people on the boat if it is not filled with ticketholders. It was the last boat of the night all people waiting in this line did get on but there are earlier groups who wait three or four hours to get on a boat if they get on.
