I driver made us wait 30 mins and was not at the designated pick up point and did not have my name displayed. I had to vector him to us while we were both on the phone. He was from India and spoke very little English. From the time we finally met one another, he didn't utter a word.

Used this service roundtrip from Heathrow to Bedford Hotel London 13-20 March 2023. Both drivers were absolutely fabulous. On time both upon arrival and before departure. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with both drivers - very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will use this service next time I come to London.

Third time using and never again. Overseas grad student coming for a year to a rental with 2 suitcases, etc. Booked it, got message was "outside the box", paid extra to drop her in the right spot. Driver never contacted her prior to pickup as stated he would , she had to call when arrived at LHR, he didn't answer the first call. She explained where she was and then gave her grief about the pickup location at airport because she told him she was by a food stand but she was not standing in the door of said food store but was right across where she could clearly see him when he finally appeared. Finally got her into car and on the way, she said he drove like an F1 driver to the point she started getting carsick so instead of hurling in his car she asked him to pull over and let her catch breath. He did after asking more than once, grumbling the whole time under his breath. When she was done he proceeded to do drive like a maniac again. He stopped 4 BLOCKS AWAY FROM HER DESTINATION and dumped her and her bags there saying he couldn't find the place....... So with 100# of luggage and some kind neighbors she made it to her rental-no thanks for the driver. I paid EXTRA to have her dropped "out of the box"(which was across the street from where she needed to go). He not only dropped her within their "box" he didn't take her to where I paid for her to go. Have stopped recommending this company for LHR transfers. Disgraceful customer service and driver. I RECOMMEND A CAB OR UBER TO GET FROM LHR TO LONDON

We booked online from Australia and our driver was waiting for us at Heathrow. He was friendly, courteous and we had an enjoyable drive into town to our hotel. It was a lovely way to arrive in London after an arduous journey from Brisbane. The trip back to Heathrow at the end of our holiday was just as efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
