Important and informative site for a first time visit to Oahu with enough time to see the grounds and fit in a restroom and snack break. Interesting and funny guide. Solemn experience. The tour cost little more than the transportation from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor but provided some highlights of the city. Bus parking is a distance from the entrance, so be prepared for the walk. We were put on a Stand By list for the ferry to the USS Arizona and were NEVER called - although we spoke to a ranger and were allowed to enter. Reservations are free - so it's probably worth booking online without waiting for the tour to handle the details.

This was both a heartbreaking and breathtaking tour. RJ was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were even some guests that were loud and RJ was very quick to make sure they were respectful of all on board. Visiting Pearl Harbor was definitely an experience and this tour provided enough time to take in a 25 minute film, includes the USS Arizona (ferry transportation), and a walk through museum. Remember, bring a clear bag if you need to because bags aren't allowed and take into account weather changes. It was pouring in December. Aloha! 🌺

RJ our tour guide was fabulous! He picked us up in a double-decker trolly, toured us downtown Honolulu with a commentary that was informative, interesting and humorous.
After our downtown Honolulu tour, we went to Pearl Harbour. We were there for about an hour and a half. We had easy access to the Arizona Memorial which is a short ferry ride hosted by park rangers who honour the story with facts and accounts of personal stories they’ve been told. There is a submarine tour (extra charge) many memorial monuments to read, a documentary film about Pearl Harbour (20 min), museum, gift shop, and lunch counter. We would have needed an extra hour there to do it all, but enjoyed the submarine tour and outside memorial monuments.
RJ then took us to the USS Missouri. Again, we had easy access. You could do a self-guided tour, which we did so we could move at our own pace, follow RJ, or join a guided tour. Al options would be perfect. We really enjoyed the USS Missouri. We were there for an hour and a half, and again could have easily spent another hour. The sights on the ship and the information is so interesting. We did not have time to read it all, but appreciated what we did. There was definitely time to tour the entire ship access and skim a majority of the information. Following this, we returned to our hotel drop-off at Waikiki.
Overall, the tour was 7 hours, went by very quickly, and is a highlight four our family of four (with a 17 and 15 year old) from our week in Honolulu. Remember to bring a water bottle and to NOT bring any bags as they are not allowed on the military bases.
Thank you, RJ! Your expertise, enthusiasm, and personality is what made this tour the five stars!

This is a city tour with a drop off at Pearl Harbor. The driver does a good job giving a bus city tour, telling you about various places and unique things in the Honolulu area. Then you get dropped off at Pearl Harbor and the driver leaves and you're left on your own. You have 1.5 to get everything you want to do done before your driver shows up again and drives off. There is zero tour of Pearl Harbor. Would be better off doing a cheaper city tour and taking the $3 bus to Pearl Harbor and having time to experience it without the worry your driver is going to leave without you an hour and a half later.

Mahalo for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the city tour and appreciated the driver’s insights about Honolulu! Due to NPS regulations, external tour guides are not permitted to lead tours on the Pearl Harbor National Memorial grounds, which is why guests explore the site independently, and we apologize if this was unclear.
Your feedback about the time constraints is valuable, and we will review our scheduling to ensure guests have a more relaxed experience. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, feel free to contact us at aloha@enoa.com. We appreciate your input and hope to provide a better experience in the future!

Do not use this tour company to visit Pearl Harbor.
First, the woman who answered the phone when I called about pickup place was flat out snotty. She told me I "kept interrupting" her when I just was confirming the name of of the hotel pickup.
Second, they give you almost no information about your pickup. Not what vehicle to look for, not a type of vehicle being used (this point becomes important), and there is zero identifying signage on the vehicle when it does arrive. It looks like all the other "trolleys".
The vehicle is a double decker open air conveyance. It's Hawaii, that's cool, right? Maybe to tool around town but NOT to go put to Pearl Harbor. It was raining and everyone on the outside was getting soaked and their little ponchos didn't help a bit. Fair enough you can't account for weather but even without the rain, the wind from speed of the bus was miserable. Add to that, the driver kept running into trees and several people on my upper side of the bus got smacked with tree branches.
They bill this tour as including other interesting sights and providing historical context. We barely stopped at the other sites and if there was anything interesting being said, you couldn't hear over the wind.
They provide you zero information on Pearl Harbor once you get there. They give you your tickets, walk you over and then you are supposed to come back to the drop off and take the "bus" back. We took an Uber back to Waikiki as there was no way we were getting back on that vehicle.
We enjoyed the visit to to USS Arizona but it had nothing to do with the services provided by this company. The Pearl Harbor visitor center is run by the US Parks Services and tickets are free. They are released at 8 weeks and the day before or you can take your chances in the same day, stand by line. Do not use this tour company for this!

I thought this was going to be a great tour, it looked like it guaranteed USS Arizona and included transportation. Win win, right? Wrong. The day before I got a text letting us know that due to unforeseen circumstances they could not guarantee us entry to USS Arizona but they would assist us with getting on standby when we arrived. Highly disappointed in that but there wasn’t much to do since it was next day. They offered to guarantee a ride back to the hotel if we missed our departure time from Pearl Harbor which was considerate.
Basically $150 for two just to be picked up at 11:30am, dropped off at 12:30pm at Pearl Harbor only to scan a QR code ourselves to get on standby then wait for text messages to get in line which took the entirety of the 3 hours we had til we had a 3:30pm departure. The only other thing we did was take the bus to Ford Island, get off to only look at the Missouri, then take the shuttle back so we didn’t miss our standby call. Oh and we didn’t even have time for lunch plus food options closed and there was only a little snack shop bc we were dealing with standby for so long.
The tour was a waste. You are better off taking an uber. Arriving early and setting time aside for standby if you didn’t manage to get a ticket, then enjoy lunch and leisurely walk around for the other museums and things to see. Lesson learned though. Stay away from tours like this and book USS Arizona as soon as you know you want to go.

Aloha!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations and that the limited access to the USS Arizona caused such frustration. We understand how disappointing it must have been to spend much of your visit navigating standby and feeling rushed.
While we aim to provide a stress-free and enjoyable experience, we regret that unforeseen circumstances impacted your plans. We acknowledge that more proactive communication and flexibility could have improved your day, and your feedback will help us refine our tours and better support our guests moving forward.
We’re grateful you took the time to let us know how we can improve and appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything further you’d like to share or discuss, please reach out to us directly at aloha@enoa.com. Took a tour to pearl harbour. Was lead to believe you couldn't drive there which is not true. Discovered the overpriced tour only included a friendly bus driver cracking jokes driving us to and from Pearl harbour and an advance ticket to the USS Arizona Memorial. Entry is free to Pearl Harbour and the Advance ticket is $1. Tour cost $60 US each!!!! And no tour guiding done at Pearl Harbour.
Wish I had done more research into Pearl harbour before I booked this overpriced tour.
However it's absolutely worth taking the time to learn about the history of the harbour and see the memorial (built in 2014).

I had a great trip on the way to the USS Arizona. Enjoyed the tour very much what little I could understand, the bus sound system was rather garbled and the traffic noise was a small challenge. The driver knew his stuff. But when we were waned to be at the bus at a certain time, the bus was not there.
He came and we boarded, people were talking about their time there and making friendships, We couldn't understand half what RJ was saying but he became upset and told everybody to shut up, or he wasn't going to share anymore stories. I didn't realize we were back in elementary school. No one was really loud, but He was to be the star of the show. He drove a little carelessly it seemed after that and I thought for sure we were going to rear end a number of vehicles in front of us.
We all more or less became quiet, but still could not understand half of what he was saying. No need to be rude and upset at us.

“Juicy” was a great guide. He was very entertaining and also informational when it came to Pearl Harbor and Waikiki itself.
We were a bit misled when tickets were purchased as the USS Arizona was reportedly included in the package but we were told we would have to stand in a standby line for up to 2 hours to see it. We ended up opting out to avoid wasting our day waiting in line so that was a bit disappointing. The other areas at Pearl Harbor were nice but we did end up spending additional money to see the USS Bowfin.
Overall, would definitely ride with Juice and the trolley again!

Nani was our tour guide he was the best! Very smooth experience for our family traveling with a baby and a 5 year old. We enjoyed the double decker bus and learned a lot on our tour by Nani and at the museum. Very interesting. The bus picks you up at the trolley stops and it’s walking distance from our hotel (Hilton Hawaiian village) we made stops to pick up everyone and drop offs followed the same schedule. 10/10 also great tunes by Nani. Also fyi clear bags only or else you have to check your bag for a small fee.

Is there another pick up besides hotels? We are staying in a house on North shore so wondering what we can do to catch this tour?
Written June 14, 2022
Ask the office where the pickup points are before purchasing tickets.
The tour company bus has a pickup route before the tour starts. When the tour was over, the driver allowed me to disembark anywhere along their drop off route.
When I took the tour, the bus did not pick up from my hotel. Fortunately, one of their pickup points was at hotel only two blocks from where I was staying. I walked over to that other hotel and waited for the bus to arrive.

Hi Julie, sadly no the bus doesn’t have a rest room, but I’m sure that if need be the driver can find a convenience for you… as well a bulk of the day will be at Pearl Harbor, and of course there are facilities there!
I hope you enjoy Pearl Harbor
