This is my 4 th and last trip to Pearl Harbor and never anywhere again with this operator. 30 minutes late at pickup. Said no bags but failed to say a zippered 1 inch clutch or clear bag would be ok. It was 2 hours from pick up (last stop) to the site, then the driver disappeared and I had to call the office to find out what time to be back on the bus - there were 13 of us that didn’t know. Apparently 8 people were added to this tour that the driver didn’t know. When I called the office found out there are multiple reservations under my last name. But not by me there’s not. Pearl Harbor itself has gotten seedy, faded outdoor plaques and the grounds overgrown. WOWWritten October 2, 2024

While we were glad we took the Majestic Circle Island Tour from Waikiki, we were equally happy when it was over. It was a long day. While the tour was scheduled for ten hours, our door to door time was closer to eleven and we were some of the first people dropped off. Our driver said traffic was unusually bad. Based on other reviews, we may have been unlucky, but can only describe our experience. We spent much of the day behind schedule and were allotted less time at several of the stops than expected.
This would appear to be an effective way to see a good part of the island in a short amount of time, and I cannot think that with the road conditions as they were, and the extremely limited parking available at many of the locations, we could have done better in our own vehicle. We would not, however, have had to wait on multiple occasions for people who did not return to the bus until well after the designated time and would undoubtedly have dropped at least one of the later stops.
Our driver was more skilled as a driver than as a guide. While he offered a lot of information, much of which was interesting, it was not well coordinated, and he rarely gave more than a brief response to questions before returning to what appeared to be his basic script.

I completed this tour around the island with Humu as the group’s tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the rich history of Hawaii and also made sure that the group stayed on the itinerary and was on time. He made the tour enjoyable with music and with keeping all the guests engaged throughout the drive. I would highly recommend this tour if you have a chance to come to Hawaii and Waikiki.

Best trip we had for the Majestic Circle Island tour from Waiki. Picked up on time, the Fumi stop for lunch was great, loved the spicy garlic shrimp with rice, the best of all is the dirver/tour guide Juicy (his nickname, his name is something like Chauntcey), he is funny, knowledgeable on all the areas where the tour made stops, and they stopped in all the major places you wanted to see when you visit Oahu. Also, Juicy is one of those who can drive and explain all the highlights in areas we passed by without having any accident. He knows the road, his timing was great, he seems to know the traffic patterns on the areas. Juicy is the type that would bend backward to please his customers, we all had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.

What a fun, interesting, beautiful excursion. Ciso was upbeat from start to finish. He was informative, interesting, comedic, and by the end o'hana. He was very conscientious and while subtle, I appreciate him checking on me.
I liked seeing a little bit about a lot so I can decide what I want to go back to and spend some real-time exploring. While we did stop at a couple of "commercial" sites, with the exception of Dole, they are family-owned businesses and I think it is great that E'Noa supports them.
I am older and not in great shape, yet I found the whole tour very easy to maneuver. Waimea Falls actually has a"shuttle" (for a small price) that will take you up to the falls. I took it up and walked back down.
Overall, the day was great!

Our tour was on a rainy day which was actually a great day to do it! We didn’t get to do everything at each location because of the weather, but I think we still experienced enough at each site, and our guide’s extra touches made it event better. Chelsie was super informative & funny! She made sure we knew exactly where to go and what we needed to be prepared for a great tour. She provided ponchos, water, visuals (maps and menus) etc. She had plenty of information and funny stories to keep us engaged on the ride between stops. We had just enough time at each stop and she was super kind and graceful when we ran a few mins late. We had a 5 year old with us and I do recommend bringing something for them to do on the ride between stops but otherwise I highly recommend this tour for families!

My favorite part of the tour was the Waimea Waterfalls tour where tourist were given time to take a swim in the water. There is a trolley to can take you to the waterfalls if you cannot take the long walk for a fee. Also our tour guide Chelsie was a lively, entertaining, and informative. She provided laminated visual aide during the tour making learning wonderful. She also demonstrated how to easily cut and slice a pineapple fruit. My friends and I had a great adventure.

Our tour guide Ciso was informative, knowledgeable , amazing and his interaction with his guest was top rated.
Ciso definitely an asset to your business.
The sites visited was enjoyable and the meal selection was great and the delicious food was fresh and good quality.
I recommend anyone who visit Oahu must take this tour and it has hidden gems spots of the beaten path that is breath taken. Example the Temple and beautiful walk to the Waimea Falls.

This tour is AWESOME with our driver/guide JUICE! It is so nice that everything is already taken of and the bus has comfy seats and good air conditioning. The best destination IMO was the waterfall! It was beautiful and so cool to get to swim at it and the entire park is gorgeous nature! We went in February and the weather was perfect but heads up, that water is COLD and the rocks are super slippery so be prepared with water shoes with grip. There aren't many changing rooms so I highly recommend doing the first part of the tour in swim clothes if possible, so that you only have to change once because there aren't many changing stations. The nut farm was great too, if the coconut guy is there it's definitely worth it for some coconut juice! I normally do NOT even like coconut but really enjoyed this super fresh one. Our driver and guide was Chauncey AKA Juice, and he was one of the best parts of the day. He is lively and funny, and he is really knowledgeable with lots of cool facts and showing out the sights as we drove by. He made the day fun and easy! 10/10 would do again, as long as Juice is the guide. Request him if you can!!!

This tour is well worth the money, as you really see the main sites in one day leaving you more days to spend having some downtime. We took the 9 hour tour with Chelsie who really turned a tour to a majestic experience. I loved that she not only gave facts, but she was very relatable, pointed out anything she felt was worth doing and seeing as we drove around which was not on the tour route and tailored her storytelling and conversations to appropriate points on our journey. An example of how thoughtful she is, is that she knew most people finishing the tour at 5/6pm would most likely going to be looking for dinner, and on the way back to our respective hotels she passed around a list of her favourite restaurants offering local cuisine, and a little guide on names of local foods, what they are and what they kind of taste like. Although im vegetarian and dont eat seafood so there was limited choice for me, i just found this a really touching addition to her tour. If im honest by the end of the whole day, i felt like id made a friend on the journey around the island and i was sad to say goodbye. She even gave me some hints and tricks for some off topic questions i asked her but she was beyond helpful in any way she could be.
I highly recommend this tour, and if youre able to ask for chelsie or find a tour of hers id defo recommend

This was by far the best tour I’ve ever been on, very informative, entertaining and fun. From the start Juicy was super optimistic and funny, everyone was smiling and laughing the entire trip. He made sure to go above and beyond for us and even participated in the waterfall hike with us. I believe his tour days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I would recommend booking on the weekends because there is less traffic. I 100% recommend this tour and 100% would recommend him as a guide.

On your listing for Majestic Circle Island Ko Olina, it lists times at each stop. Does this tour from Waikiki also include 1 hour at Nu'uanu Pali, 1 hour at Byodo Temple, 2 hours at Waimea Falls/Botanical Gardens, & 2 hours at Dole Plantation? Also, where does it stop for lunch? Thank you!

Now that I've taken the tour, I'll answer my own question for anyone else who wants to know... there are no "set times" as far as how long you stay anywhere due to traffic, etc. but the driver does his best to make sure you have enough time at eat spot... some are longer than others, and some are basically just "quick snapshot stops", but that's really all the time you need anyway. Great tour overall!!

Call their 1 800 number ... they can tell you which hotels they offer pickup. I understand that if your hotel is in the Waikiki area, you're good to go.

No, there is a 20 min one way easy walk to a waterfall but there is a buggy available at your cost if you don’t feel up to walking.

It depends on traffic etc. Your tour guide tells you when you stop. Our longest stop was about 1.5 hours at the falls. On the 2 island tours I have been on I never felt rushed and had plenty of time to look around and take photos.
