Let me start off by saying that I have used Speedishuttle before and found them A1 but had a problem on my return trip from Wakiki Beach to the airport last week. We had a 9:10 international flight from Honolulu airport to Toronto. Our speedishuttle reservation was 5:45. The day before our pickup we received an email stating that our new time was for 5:30. On the day of pickup we went to the front of the hotel at 5:25. At 5:45 there was no shuttle so I went to the hotel concierge and phoned speedishuttle. They told me that pickup time was 5:45 and I told them that they emailed me a new 5:30 pickup. I was told that they were picking up other people in the area and would be arriving immediately.
I then waited until 6:10 with no driver so I went to the concierge desk to use the phone again but concierge was busy with check ins and being that my international flight was under three hours I then turned on the roaming on my phone and then waited seven minutes on hold. Finally at 6:17 the driver came with an empty van, so I presumed that they had forgot about me. I reached out to speedishuttle customer service asking if they would pay for the cell phone charges. She replied that my pickup time was 5:45, that I should expect a 15 minute delay and that I should have used the hotels front desk service
I sent the 5:30 confirmation email to Speedishuttles customer service (Darilyn) and again expressed my concern about a 45 minute late pickup etc but received no reply. Obviously customer service concerns do not apply to her or Speedishuttle. As I had stated before, they have always been excellent but this time not so much

On arrival at Honolulu, our greeter was easy to spot at the baggage claim carousel. She led us to our shuttle, which had about 6 other guests who had arrived on an earlier flight. Our return shuttle had to be rescheduled as our flight time had changed - we negotiated this with Speedishuttle via email the day before and they were able to accommodate us on an earlier shuttle, which ended up being a private shuttle. When booking make sure you provide a contact number, and make sure you are ready and waiting at your hotel ahead of time. If the driver can’t find you and can’t contact you, they will leave so other customers aren’t impacted.

Overall good experience except arrival agent. Upon arrival we received a phone call checking to see if we had collected our luggage at baggage claim. At this time the female agent gave instructions to go to "31." The problem is that she was not clear as to whether this was the numbered pillars that went one direction or the baggage claim area that went the other way. When I asked for clarification, the agent responded in frustration, " Oh My God!" After figuring out that 31 meant baggage claim area, we walked to find no Speedi Shuttle agent, so we had to ask 2 competing shuttle companies where to go and were directed to exit the building around the corner and finally found the agents.
The day before our trip back we received an email confirmation the day before, the shuttle arrived early and the trip to the airport was uneventful.
I have 4 stars not wanting to judge the whole service on the actions of one employee.

We booked SpeediShuttle for a ride from HNL to the hotel. Their confirmation stated that one of their agents would meet us at the bag claim but no one was there. There was no information about where to locate them at the airport. Repeated calls to their telelphone number went straight to a recording to "hold" and no one answered. After we found where their buses arrive, we had to wait another hour and twenty minutes for a shuttle. In comparison, the taxis have a flat rate to most hotels in Honolulu which is the same or less than the SpeediShuttle fee.

We arrived At The Honolulu airport on 9/29/21 at around 9:35. When we got to baggage claims there was no one to greet us. We waited almost an hour. We tried calling with no answer. We had been left high and rey.
Airport staff tried to locate the Speedishutle driver . He or she was nowhere to be found. Finally had to take a taxi which cost us nearly $40.
I called the company the next day to get a refund. I was told they would investigate it and call me back. They never called.
We had booked round trip service, so I called the day before we left to make sure we would be picked up. I was given a pickup time and told I would have to go thru SW vacations to see about getting a refund. They never explained what happened.
I will never use them again , they are unreliable and they just pass the buck when they screw up.
This was our first trip to Hawaii. We are planning on returning. I seriously doubt I will use Speedishuttle again.

Honestly, I do not think I would book again. The driver was extremely sweet and it is nothing against him. However, it was just disorganized and I was picked up an hour after I was scheduled to be. Flying 13 hours and still having to wait an hour to be able to relax just was not idea for me.

BEWARE! These people are unreliable. We arrived in Honolulu, got our luggage and was contacted by phone from their "representative" all very timely. We had a 1:20 shuttle to our hotel reserved in advance and paid for. The representative was trying to find another party who was also reserved on our shuttle but couldn't find them after 25 more minutes. Then she comes over to us and says it will be another hour before the shuttle picks us up! The other man waiting said no way, he wanted a refund. I said to tell dispatch we were all leaving if they didn't get the shuttle there immediately and she just shrugged. The three of us shared a more expensive uber. We then cancelled our return trip with them, having no confidence they would get us to the airport for a timely departure.

We were very disappointed when we were told that we were NOT LISTED on the manifest & so we were left STRANDED at the airport and also, we did NOT get leis that we paid for! I had to call SpeediShuttle & was put on hold for quite awhile But had no choice but wait for a human voice. We were told where to catch an available shuttle and then waited for other passengers for almost an hour. We were very tired & hungry but had no choice! Horrible experience!

We are fortunate that this was our fourth trip to this island paradise and on each occasion we have used the services provided by SpeediShuttle. We find the service is excellent, the drivers are friendly, courteous and most importantly always on time and we feel comfortable and safe in their hands. I have no hesitation in recommending SpeediShuttle who are our first choice airport/hotel shuttle service.
