- koestlerk00Fun times! We did the zipline adventure with our kids, ages 15, 19, 21, and 21. Everyone had a great time. The training ahead of time was informative and helpful. There is a bit of a hike to the start of the course, and there are a number of ladders to go up or down throughout. That was the toughest part for me (mom, 47 with bad knees). The guides are super chill and very helpful and encouraging. I opted to be done after the 1st two of three courses and the rest of the family finished out. It was a great morning. Followed it up with a recommendation from staff for lunch, which was also a hit!
- Linda A00Zipping thru the treesWe did the zip line course. A lot less work than the adventure course but still exercise with a lot less sweating. Just a quick training and you are off. We still had a guide nearby but we were pretty much left alone, no hurry and we just enjoyed it. They have alot of lines, we did not count them but there are alot! They also give a great senior discount!
- kimberlye98300Youth group had a great time!We went with our teen church group of twenty. The youth caught in quickly with the zipline procedures to get from one point to another! It was pretty much self-paced and there were always guides nearby to help and instruct as needed. They weren’t over bearing and really patient. Our group had a great time and they were already asking to go again.
- stevensO2969WJ00Fun Up in the TreesThis was a great experience and highly recommended. The ziplines are a lot of fun and you get way up in the trees. It's not a quick experience either. There are 3 courses with ladders and ziplines and jumps and it takes several hours to complete. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went with my family and we all had a great time and got some awesome photos.
- traceyfI2558YW00Fun for the whole familyFun for whole family! Guides are wonderful and very helpful! We have done both the adventure course and ziplines and loved them both! Our group was all ages and everyone had a great time.
- Cole200700BEST TIME EVER!!!THE BEST Memories made are shared and our experience at Flagstaff Adventure Zipline was one of the best times we've had! You can clearly tell the staff love what they do, they represent the company well as a result and always identify safety first. After spending 8 days in Arizona with my teenage son (13 yrs), we looked back to reflect what our favorite 'adventure' was and this was it. We both share a fear of heights but it did not stop us from trying to overcome our fear having fun from the tree tops! Scenic views, rave reviews, encouragement from staff and other visitors and an exhilarating experience. We highly recommend Flagstaff Adventure Ziplines, a must do experience!
- sandymY5926ZC00Great experience, Just Do it!This was so much fun. My grandkids loved it and I even did it and I am 73 yrs old. Even though it rained some we had a great time and I Highly recommend this adventure. All staff were amazing, so helpful and polite.
- G4117QMnana00Best Playground in the Cool PinesTook my granddaughter and her friend on the kids course. They had a blast. The staff was so experienced and very patient when they had any struggles with the mechanics of the clipping attachments.. Looking forward to next year when they will be old enough for the adult adventure course. Highly recommended and lots of other outdoor activities available in the surrounding park. 6 thumbs up. P.S. I've taken my adult kids on both the zipline and the adult adventure courses. I have conquered my fear of heights (mostly) For those of you with acrophobia, you are totally secure so if you slip you'll lose your breath from fear but you just re-grab, refocus and persevere. Go at YOUR OWN PACE as there is no time limit (unless its closing time) and when you reach the end you will have an unexplainable emotional resolve. JUST GO FOR IT! P.P.S. Get the $3 water/gloves/carabiner package offered online during reservation cuz' gloves alone day of are $4.
- Maya531100Treetop fun that’ll test your limitsTried the zip line course here while driving to Phoenix. I have been to many tree top ropes courses and this is one of the best. It was super well organised. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked on the 11:00 zip line tour but arrived 30 minutes early and were able to get on the tour before. Getting geared up took no time at all. The safety briefing was thorough but took quite a while. The system they use is great and means it’s impossible to become unclipped from the safety cables. We were the only people doing the zip line course so we had to wait until everyone was through the training course before we could start. It’s a full on hike to the course so be prepared, the normal treetop course is far less of a walk. The zip course was super fun but still challenging. There are three parts and you have to hike between each. It’s a combination of zip lines, ladders and rope bridges. There’s also one final drop where you have to jump off the last platform and get lowered down. If you’re at all scared of highs this isn’t the activity for you. Our guide was lovely. He walked with us the whole way in case we got stuck or needed help. On the regular course there are guides walking under the course all the time. I did get stuck at one point as my ropes got tangled and he came right up and fixed it for me. It it took us just under two hours to almost complete the zip line course. With the change in altitude its harder on your body than doing it at a lower level. After the second part of the course we were too hot and tired to do the third. It’s a good idea to bring plenty of water so you don’t get dehydrated and wear sunscreen as it gets very hot. All in all I can’t recommend this place enough. Make sure to get an ice cream in the shop after to reward yourself!
- RobinenRoute00A playground in the trees! Our family had a great time on the Zip course. The people working there are efficient, and helpful, and really make it so you have a great experience. If heights scare you, this may not be for you, but you're always securely locked in and feel safe.
- J-Kelly201000So Glad I Did It...I am a *Grammama* (pushing 60) who has already lived more than half of her life with many regrets. I have had an intense fear of heights as well as falling, ever since I can remember. I have always wanted to do a zipline but, never did because my fear of heights and falling were so intense. My guide Clay, was *extremely* supportive (without being pushy), *very* understanding and had the patience of a saint. If it wasn't for his encouragement, I most likely would not have gotten past the very first zipline. I can not say enough positive things about him. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me accomplish my goal. I am forever grateful to him. Clay... WoW...WoW...WoW... Where do I even begin? If by chance you just happen to see my review...I sincerely thank you from the very bottom of my heart for believing in me when I didn't even believe in myself. Thank you for all of your encouraging words and being so very patient with me. Thank you for all of your kind words, understanding and patience when my heart was telling me one thing but my feet felt like they were stuck in cement and wouldn't step off the platform for the "Leap of Faith" portion of the course. I couldn't have done it without you. I appreciate all of the support you gave me when I needed it most. Thank you for not letting me quit when my lifetime fear of heights had overtaken me. Thank you for helping me to achieve my goal and check an item (a very important one at that) off of my bucket list. Thank you for making this an experience of a lifetime that I will never forget. I guess that hummingbird really was a sign afterall... Thank you...Thank you...Thank you...We hope to see you again in the near future. ~Cookie (Jessica) With Clay encouraging me up there in the trees (never feeling any pressure), my grandson cheerleading from below (shouting, "Grammamas don't do this...only *you* Grammama...I love you..."), I was able to complete the "Leap of Faith." Overall, we (my grandson, my daughter and myself) had a wonderful and rewarding experience at Flagstaff Extreme on Thursday, May 26, 2022. The weather was perfect...not too hot nor too cold. Every guide that we came across were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It really shows when the staff enjoy what they do. We met another guide that was extra helpful but, I'm sorry to say, I didn't think to ask his name. I think we did 25 ziplines in total...which is unbelievable to me because I was ready to give in at the very first zipline. My fear is very real and paralyzing at times. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the Kid's Obstacle Course. He is happy to report that it was, "Uh-Mazing! A 10/10!" and can't wait to go back when we have more time. We are excited and can't wait to revisit the ziplines and next time attempt the Adult Obstacle Course at Flagstaff Extreme.
- DazFamTravels00A great time for all!Our family of 6 (from 12 to 44) took on the Adventure Zipline Course - our first time doing a multi-zipline course, though we all have done standalone ziplines in the past. We thoroughly enjoyed it: professionally run, beautiful views, some interesting obstacles in addition to the ziplines, and Lexi and Ryan were great guides! Our family took about 3 hours.
- garyc68600Ziplines were awesome31 ziplines..1st time doing it by myself. Was awesome and would do it again. The guide was great but forgot his name. Good times
- michaelbF8465IY00Awesome family fun!Amazing experience, we had a fantastic time as a family. Definitely allow for around 3 hours to complete the zip line course. Highly recommend purchasing the gloves. Excellent staff, lots of fun!
- TravelingAmos00Great but maybe not for first-timersThis was our third time ziplining and out first time doing a self-guided tour. For those who have no idea what that means, it means that you are responsible for clipping yourself into the lines and securing yourself before using each zipline. For some this may be no big deal. For others who have a fear of heights, it may be a lot to ask. On a guided zip-line tour, there are guides at each platform to clip you in. All you have to do is go down the zipline when they tell you to. It is a lot of fun. On our previous two experiences (both outside the US), I didn't really pay attention to how the securing works. It turns out that there are two clips for each person, and there's a safety feature to make sure that at least one clip is closed. How this works is explained at the beginning of the self-guided tour. They also have you go through a small demo on the ground before getting on any high platforms. The zipline tour consists of three courses and over 30 total ziplines. The guides do follow you around and monitor from the ground. They also help you ascend the ladders at the beginning of each course. It took us about two hours. While there was some mental and physical stress at the beginning, we got pretty good with the clips about midway through. By the end of it, I felt that I could probably be a zipline tour guide!

My 15 yr old grand daughters had a great time and made lots of memories on the adult adventure course. We were the only ones on the course early Monday morning. The zip lines were a nice break between the obstacles (about 55). Some of the obstacles were serious challenges and required upper body stamina to complete. The 15 year olds stopped about 3/4 of the course. It was hot that day. The staff helped them get down safely from the 20Ft platform. I finished the course in 2 hours, but had sore core and arm muscles the next two days. I should have taken water with me on the course. At the final platform, the staff told me to hook onto the rope, then jump. My grand daughters said “Jump Gramps”. It is difficult to jump off a 20 foot platform with only a rope hook up (counterweighted I found out later) and “Jump Gramps” from people safely on the ground.
The staff were very patient with us and constantly encouraged and guided us thru the easiest ways to complete an obstacle.
We will do the adventure course again next year!

The five level course with so much fun! It was well organized, and we felt safe the whole time. Our Ground guide, Wyatt, was incredibly helpful, and patient with us. We recommend this as a very fun adult activity in the Flagstaff area!

It was a great adventure. Harder than what I thought it would be. The staff on the ground was super friendly. And by the time we were at Red/Black transition we were all thirsty. A staff climbed up to provided us water from our family watching us from down low. He then gave some amazing pointers how to cross the feature easier which at the time was well needed. The three family members who started did finish the entire course, bought ourselves the black course finisher t shirt and were pretty sore the next day. Now our S.O.s want to give it a try so we will all be back soon!

I took my 13 and 15 yo old kids- we all did the adventure course. The kids got through it no problem- I wasn’t sure if I would but was so proud of myself for finishing! The area and weather is beautiful, and it was a nice bonding experience with my teenaged kids :)

I really liked it, my first time in this type of park. Congratulations a very good fun time.
The well-planned steps to be taken and the demand gradually increases and the advantage of having time and not feeling pressured helps to enjoy more.

I felt like a badass when I finished the final 5th course! It was so fun and the staff was great. Definitely worth the trip! I've been back to try the zipline which is easier but still has ladders and bridges.

My family and I came up from the east valley for a few days into the flagstaff Williams area and I was looking for fun things to do. I bumped into FLG X adventure course online and decided it was going to be an awesome experience for us. The booking experience was super easy and when we got there we handed in our waivers and were set up rather quickly. My youngest, who is 12, and I were a bit nervous because neither of us love heights, but an adventure is and adventure. After learning how to use to equipment, you are put on a practice course where you make sure you are comfortable with your equipment before you go on your merry way.
We did the zip line course which has three different sections. It was challenging to get up and down the ladders but super easy to use the equipment and feel safe up in the trees. There were a few times I was uneasy about how high up we were however the clip system gives a lot of reassurance about your safety while you are up there.
It was a lot of fun and our guide was amazing and really knowledgeable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to zipline and get into nature. The other nice thing I should point out is that since we were on our own with our guide at the ground, we did not feel rushed or pressured to go faster by a group behind us. It was a completely enjoyable experience for sure. Wish we took more photos but we will be back for the ropes courses next time

It’s a great course that progressively gets more difficult so it has something fir everyone. The safety system is really good and there is a staff member posted throughout the course so someone is always watching. If you are visiting the Grand Canyon then it’s worth the hour drive to do this!
