It was a good lunch for an average day. The seating outside was really nice and the service was good.

Great location on the riverwalk and the service was great. They were running a limited menu due to COVID but what they offered was delicious!

Very limited menu, hamburger, chicken strips and fries and salads. Super expensive for just fast food type menu and not very fast. Took almost an hr to get food! Food just average.

Being a Hard Rock fan for many years, I finally had the opportunity to go to San Antonio for a visit and knew one stop would be HRC. The San Antonio HRC has its own flair and style keeping the heart of rock and roll in plain view in all corners of the restaurant. First stop as always is the Hard Rock Shop where I buy pins and presents. I purchased three pins and will come back on a second visit to buy a shirt. Second is of course a the restaurant to have lunch. With a choice to eat outdoors and inside, I opted for inside in the AC. Great hostess seated me in about 30 seconds of being greeted and the servers were very awesome getting my order. I had a Hard choice between the impossible burger and the Guinness burger. Being a non-complicated type of customer, I had the Guinness burger with fry’s and a raspberry ice tea. Spoiler alert, the burger was very delicious between the cheese sauce and jam, meat and veggies I recommend this to try at least once. Fries were a little dry but with ketchup and mayonnaise on the side to dip, they were good to go. Well being near the Alamo, I had one last stand or order before leaving. The Cobbler desert. The visual may not be interesting but the size and taste will take your tastes to another level. To balance the cobbler, the scoop of vanilla ice cream keeps the dish just right. ( note: I tried as best as I could to finish but after the main course, I ate 2/3 of the cobbler) Great food, great service, make the stop and relax.

Great margaritas and the flatbread was perfect. The service could be better and the bathrooms much cleaner.

Its very low dim on lights very refreshing after walking so much in the sun by the river walk. Food was good. The sizzling fajitas was great nice tortillas and sauces. Very fresh

Good location near the Alamo Plaza Downtown and accessible off the River Walk. We ate at the Restaurant and visited the shop, as usual. Plenty of stock here. I bagged a branded rucksack on this occasion.

Visited River Walk, decided to eat at the Hard Rock, it had been several years since we patronized a Hard Rock. Broke my nutrition rules and had their big cheese burger. It was outstanding, forgot what I'd been missing. Service was excellent. A great choice for dinner.

Walked in from the Riverwalk. Outside seating was taken so we ate inside. The was good and we asked the waiter to take a pic at our table. He had a suggestion for us. Upstairs they had a stage that had the "Hard Rock San Antonio" sign and suggested he take our picture there. Worked out great. We were there fairly early (5pm) and they were going to have some live music and they were setting up when we left. Very small Hard Rock gift shop attached to the restaurant.

The legend burger was tasty and the fries were good. The salad “south grill chicken” was also a good choice. Nice place and decoration. It is located on the river. It was a good choice and the prices were very logical.

Took quite a wait to get a server. Then...wait a nasty attitude. Hold the sarcasm , might improve your tips.

We stopped in for a beer during happy hour and sat at the bar and after seeing the half price appetisers decided to stay for some food. The food especially the nachos were really good and the music and atmosphere in the bar area made it a very enjoyable experience. Great location as well, Just off the Riverwalk

We had reservations, so we were seated right away. I was glad we were upstairs, because the volume level downstairs was high. The waiter was attentive, but the food was really just marginal. I had the Mac & Cheese with Chicken, and the chicken was rubbery and bland, while the mac & cheese was dry, not creamy. My date's steak was requested medium well, and it was very red inside. Not up to par for the price.

Quick service, Nice hot meal, kids got free crayons and a coloring book. Live guitar and singer was very good and loud. On the riverwalk, harder to find at streetlevel.

I can't comment on the food as we couldn't agree on a table. The one we were offered was squeezed right by the main door, essentially in a corridor, not a good place to enjoy a meal. When asked if we could have a different, albeit similar table, just a couple of feet away we were told we couldn't. The restaurant had plenty of spaces so I was baffled by the waitresses refusal to let us have the table we wanted... So we left. A real shame as, having been to many hard rock cafe's around the world I had been looking forwards to checking this one out. I guess I could have stuck it out but the attitude of the person was so wrong we went to another restaurant in the same area.
