      So Many Murals!
Wow! There is so much to see in downtown Tucson. Lorraine is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. She took us to many murals, pointed out other noteworthy places, and recommended restaurants along the way. This was a fun way to get acquainted with a new city.

      Awesome and interesting
Lorriane was an outstanding tour guide. She safely led us through the streets of Tucson, stopping at 30 murals and sharing interesting information about the art, the neighborhoods and the artists. It was a fun way to experience the city.

      Great Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed the mural bike tour. Lorraine was an excellent leader, constantly hand motioning to cover turns, slow down & potholes/obstacles on our path. Her knowledge about the murals was over the top & she did not overdo her explanations. She was also very receptive to our questions. And, oh yeah, the murals were awesome. Highly recommend!

Fascinating tour of street art in Tucson!
We enjoyed the tour--so many great murals to see! Lorraine was a super guide, and was able to tailor the tour to our group, since our family of 4 were the only folks on that excursion. We appreciated learning about the murals, the artists, and other interesting information about downtown Tucson. Just a few things kept it from being perfect--the meeting location is a little hard to find. There are a lot of starts and stops; if you like to just ride for a while, this is challenging. And as finances allow, the bike seats could be upgraded a bit (several of us found them uncomfortable). But on the whole, we really enjoyed the afternoon. Would recommend!

      Murals of tucson
What an amazing time! Ride tailored to my skill level. Great understanding of the area and the artists who did the murals.

A golden key to Tucson’s art and its many wonders
This tour is a MUST if you’re in or anywhere near Tucson. Our guide, Lorraine, was an easy-going and friendly expert who shared so much about the city’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and architecture that it was like getting several tours in one. The scale and beauty of these murals is ineffable, and driving by them in a car just doesn’t compare to standing beneath them and seeing them on a bike. There truly are too many to count and so many to see. As an out-of-towner from the east coast, I found the tour to be an incredible way to see the city and sense it’s many unique areas in a way only bicycling with a true local can provide. I feel like I now know Tucson in a way that would’ve been impossible without this tour, and Lorraine’s Mexican restaurant suggestion led me to a brilliant lunch after about 2.5 hours of cruising this beautiful city. Book today! You won’t be disappointed.

A colorful, fun tour of the artsy side of Tucson
We really enjoyed pedaling around central Tucson on the mural tour. Who knew there were so many fantastic artworks in hidden alleys and secret corners of the city. Lorraine was a great guide and the route was easy to follow with her. This is an excursion for all abilities—almost all flat riding in bike lanes and a couple sidewalks with short distances between murals. Everyone can do it!

      Would not recommend.
The tour took us through a lot of fairly heavy traffic. The taco venders were dumpy little places and the tacos were not good. The hot dog place was closed. Would not recommend. The guide was good but didn’t seem to have much to work with.

      So much fun
Great intro to Tucson. I did the mural tour with Lorraine. We saw lots of great art, visited a bunch of different neighborhoods, and I learned some local history along the way. Lorraine knows her stuff and she’s a lot of fun. The route is flat and the bikes are comfy/easy to ride. Would do this again in a heartbeat.

      Active art adventure
Recommend. Great ride on a comfy bike, stopping and enjoying the art of murals in downtown Tucson. I would do this ride again and I will probably do the taco ride!

      Lots of murals
There seem to be unlimited murals in Tucson. Your guide will be knowledgeable about all. It's a fun way to spend a couple hours!

More Biking than History Tour of Tucson
Enjoyed the many historical Tucson communities we biked through, but felt the tour lacked the immersion my husband and I would have enjoyed. It was a fast tour covering too much territory. For example, our guide added the UA campus which was of no interest to us and full of pedestrians. The bikes are old, and could use updating. They weren’t very comfortable for a tour. The tour guide’s voice competed with traffic and other urban noise making it hard to hear him. Perhaps it would better to look for quieter places to stop and share historical info with the group. We did receive a nice video of us biking through one of Tucson’s most historical communities.

      Informative, but…
Jim was very knowledgeable, but also seemed cranky about alley parking. I think he could listen more and feed his own feelings less. He warmed up along the way and I learned a lot. Jim could improve his people skills.

My husband and I really enjoyed the 2+ hour historic bike tour of Tucson. Our guide, Jimmy was very informative, accommodating and personable. He was a great resource sharing lots of historical facts, highlights and trends of the city. As he lead us around the city, he was very aware of the traffic, safety and pace. We learned a lot about Tucson, had some laughs and a great bike ride! And, to top it off, Jimmy is from Wisconsin! Highly recommended!!!

This was our best tour in Tucson. The tour owner/guide not only was knowledgeable about interesting Tucson historical facts and places to see on this 10 mile tour, he also demonstrated a “safety first” mentality which I appreciated, and an obvious love of his city. The bikes are well-maintained and easy to ride. We did a Sunday morning tour, which lent itself to quieter streets. Perfect.

Excellent time on the bike tour! I was the only person signed up for the afternoon tour, and usually the minimum is two people. Jimmy offered to take me anyway. He was very knowledgeable and it was an excellent way to get to know the city. Thanks so much!

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a good tour in the city. We got to know the local sites and restaurants that we wouldn’t have known if we didn’t take this tour. We recommend taking this tour on the first day of your itinerary so you can enjoy the rest of the stay in Tucson.

Awesome tour with Jimmy. Tucson is such a bikeable city and Jimmy has put together the perfect amount of historical sights and an opportunity to get a little bit of a workout in. His bikes were easy to ride and well maintained, I would recommend this tour to anyone that has a couple hours to see a lot of Tucson. His recommendation for lunch at the outdoor café at the Hotel Congress was bonus to a great adventure.

The bikes are in good shape, the terrain is flat and easy. Tour guide does a super job helping riders navigate the route, cross intersections, etc. I recommend this tour as a great 2 hours of scenic buildings, cool neighborhoods, and solid information.

Our guide, Jim, was very knowledgeable about local history and had planned the route to minimize conflicts with traffic. He was very responsive to a mechanical problem that we had with one of our bikes during the tour, allowing us to complete the tour with our group. Later during our stay in Tucson, we went back to some of the places that were part of the tour, to shop and dine, and they were terrific.

Bike tour was enjoyable and informative - also a great way to see the Univ of Arizona campus when formal tours aren't available. 16 and 10 year old sons soaked it up and were entertained the whole time. Thanks Jimmy!

I’m glad you enjoyed the ride across campus. I always try to work that in, but sometimes it’s not possible if the tour is running a bit slower than normal, so definitely tell me upfront if visiting the U is important to you.

I’m a recent transplant to Tucson and two of my friends were out visiting for a week - a bike tour seemed like a great way for all of us to familiarize ourselves with the city. It was perfect! Jimmy is incredibly knowledgeable and easygoing and is willing to take questions on whatever you’re interested in. We asked a bunch of questions about cacti and the flora of Arizona and Jimmy answered them all and followed our interests while still giving us an excellent historic tour. We went at 9 AM on a Sunday which was the best time - the city was quiet and we had the run of the roads and sights. I can’t recommend this tour enough, you have to go!

What a fun bike ride on a quiet day in Tucson. Jimmy kept things easy going and relaxed for my family of 6 on this tour; answering questions and sharing cool insights about the city and it's history. We had a blast and would highly recommend to those new visitors looking to get a lay of the land and learn a few cool facts along the way.
