Urban Hiking at Its Best
May 2021
Kudos to Bradly (and Jimbo) for an awesome, educational, fun, 6-mile (custom) tour for our MeetUp groups!! Infusing wit, charm, and a sense of humor as well. I highly recommend this tour company that covered the major areas of a really beautiful city. Ending at Anthony's Authentic Italian Restaurant in Federal Hill - and finally a chance to sit down, haha!! - for a delicious meal was a true highlight. I hope to return in the fall with two new groups! Thank you very much!!

Sunday Morning in Providence
Aug 2019
Abby, our knowledgeable guide, led us through downtown Providence streets bubbling with enthusiasm along the way. We headed from the Convention Center toward the State House, East Side and PPAC where she pointed out architectural features and significant historical importance of Providence landmarks. Our 1 1/2 hour tour continued through the city as she pointed out college settings, front row seats by WaterFire braziers, and we worked our way down Westminster Street--passing shops and restaurants along the way. The walk was pleasant and a great review of what makes Providence a great place to visit.

Bradley's enthusiasm for Providence is contagious! We learned so much from the tour, and had a really fun time doing it. He was smiling the entire time, and knew so much about the history, culture, and lifestyle in Providence. He made time for us off-season and tailored the tour to our specific areas of interest. Make sure to ask him about Buddy Cianci and the fire log :) Such a fun way to spend the morning!

High-Quality Walking Tour of Rhode Island's Capital
Mar 2019 • Couples
We had an awesome time on our walking tour of Providence. Bradly clearly has a genuine passion for this great mini city and overviews its story in a very casual and highly-engaging manner – he knows his stuff! The tour started exactly when/where it was supposed to and was filled with cool locations and a variety of information ranging from the city’s founding to its industrialization and into the present-day. The two hours flew by! I would DEFINITELY recommend Pinwheel Tourism/Bradly to anyone interested in visiting.

A Fabulous Overview in Under Two Hours!
Sep 2018 • Couples
My beautiful wife (she made me write that) and I set up a FREE tour with this company, and the value & information packed into the tour was very enjoyable! Many tours can often be stuffy & dry, but Bradley keeps it light & fun while still being informative! You get a great review of Providence's origins, its historical relevance, its challenges through the 20th century, and the renaissance the city has been undergoing since the late 80's. Throughout all that, you learn some of the important names that are otherwise inseparable from the character of Providence. As others have said, this tour may be free, but I would highly recommend a tip! It would be stealing if you were to take this tour at face value; the tip is well earned!

Awesome Walking tour of Providence!

This Pinwheel tour was just the right pace and full of interesting and fun historical facts from the days of Roger Williams up to modern times, Bradley is a great guide with a great love of the city and great enthusiasm for sharing its history. If you haven't toured Providence with Pinwheel I highly recommend you do! PS the tour is free but I really encourage a tip!

Fantastic tour!
Aug 2018 • Friends
This walking tour was started by and (until he expands?) is guided by a VERY knowledgable, friendly, enthusiastic Johnson & Wales graduate (a university that specializes in hospitality if you're not familiar) who REALLY knows the city, it's history, what to do, etc. And what a pretty, walkable, art-filled, fun city it is! This was a GREAT introduction to a place I'd never been, I will DEFINITELY be back, and much thanks to the friendly Bradley who clearly loves where he lives. Can't believe it's free too?! Making it accessible to all. If able, leave a nice tip, he certainly deserves it! We look forward to seeing him as mayor someday... :)
