Matt & Elya sure know how to treat a customer. My first contact with SL Ebike was on the phone, the fact that Matt could not contain his enthusiasm about my inquiring on a particular bike along with his knowledge and because the shop is open on Sundays prompted me to make the 250 mile drive to purchase an Ebike. Needless to say when I arrived at their shop, I was not disappointed. I also had a friend meet me there who seemed also surprise at the service. So I left the shop with a new EBike (Bulls) and I am extremely pleased. Seriously!!!! this is the place to go if you are considering purchasing or renting an Ebike. SSS Superb service and selection. Matt and Elya are amazing owner operators. SLC Ebike is the kind of place you can feel good about. I had done my research but had never ridden an Ebike. Matt & Elya were informative about all the different kinds of Ebikes and had me test-ride several to make sure I was comfortable with the type of drive and features etc. I ended up renting first and came back to buy my perfect ride.

My first time ever doing a Self guided bike tour in an unfamiliar place. I am happy to say that this was the best way to get around Salt Lake City. Matt the owner of the shop is a delightful, kind, and generous person. He will give a map, draw it out for you ,and say, "GO have fun and enjoy yourself!" That is exactly what my friend and I did. We drove our ebikes to ensign park and to the state capitol. I am an experienced mountain bike rider ,but my friend is not. However, the ebikes made the trip fun for both of us. Salt Lake Ebikes is an exciting way to see Salt Lake City!

Great bikes! Great staff! Great location! They have helmets, baskets. We did self guided tour ( for 2). Map and highlights given. Bike seat adjustment was easy and they are soooooo nice!!!! Go rent a bike and get out there!!!

It was so much fun! All the staff were so nice and helpful! They made sure we were comfortable on the bikes and had a good solid understanding of how they worked. I'm definitely going back!

My wife and I wanted to try out e-bikes for the first time and decided to do it while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The experience could not have been better! Staff was very helpful, answering our basic questions patiently. They made good suggestions about where we could go to comfortably explore. It was a blast! We ended up staying out for four hours. We felt like teenagers again. The bikes worked fine. Will definitely do it again.

We rented ebikes for the first time last week and had an amazing experience. Matt was busy but able to get us on our way in under five minutes. We loved our experience and are already planning our next ride. We hope to buy soon!!
