Knowing we wouldn't be going into the buildings and experiencing "encounters" changed the standard of excellence for me. For what it was it was excellently done. This is a very intriguing tour delving deep into the dark history amongst the city streets. The tour was delivered in an engaging nature by Etta-her enthusiasm and engaging personality Made this tour memorable- When the ghost detector came out, it definitely bought the Tour alive. I did this to solo and was made to feel welcomed and recommend this Tour for solo travellers as well as those travelling in pairs/ groups.

Took the tour with J and really enjoyed it! They made several stops at familiar landmarks in Midtown and shared stories about the interesting history of the spaces and the spooky happening. J was so fun and personable and a great storyteller. They had the whole group laughing and sharing our own spooky stories and supernatural experiences. I highly recommend the tour to anyone who enjoys learning about local legends and stories.

This tour was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable as well as witty. Walking through the Midtown Atlanta streets in the dusk/dark and listening to the stories of the locations was fascinating. Our guide was awesome at setting the stage for each narrative and even had full skeletal face paint that added to the experience. Highly recommend.

C was very unenthusiastic about his job and the overall vibe was rushed. He did not explain much about the city and the history as to where the spurts derived from. When asked how he gets all his information his reply was “ they gave me a script” which is a bit too honest and a bit of a slap in the face to people who want more than a story. To be completely honest I could have read a script and toured people with as much information as he didn’t give us and I could have been the one who got paid lol.
I would not recommend this tour to anyone as of right now, I believe the city’s history and tour have much more to offer than a general summary of everything and the stories that were provided to us yesterday.

Hostesses were super kind. We had a new lady running the tour. She was very honest about it when we started. I would say the issue I had was the stories were not "ghost stories" there was no history, no details, no research, no suspension.. the ghost host used a lot of movie references and over explained everything that was not Relevant. We learned a lot about her but nothing really about the hauntings. I hope the feedback is used to coach and allow her to grow. I also hope this feedback with allow someone to look into more about the hauntings and put together a thrilling ghost tour that will make someone's heart race.

Spooky… We went on with a little rain and it feels chillier than ever. I used my disposable camera and all the pictures I took were magnificent… really brought out a next-level creepy vibe. We had so much fun and our guide was great. He had great respect to the sites we visited and also for the dead. He told us a lot of stories about paranormal and history and even gave stories out of the script! I also got startled a few times when we were at the cemetery. I hope we could come inside the buildings when everything comes back to normal. Absolutely love the experience. I will return…

Such a fun tour! Etta was a great guide! I wasn't sure what to expect since Atlanta isn't known for being haunted but learned that the city definitely has some dark stories. It was perfect for spooky season :)

This was one of the worst tours I’ve been on in my life!! The guide seemed like she was high on weed or something. The stories were not at all interesting nor scary. She was not interactive at all, we just walked for the most part in silence. The whole thing felt so awkward. We literally left after 25 mins because of how terrible this was….total waste of money and the evening.

The tour was great! Enjoyed learning some Atlanta history while hearing the ghost stories. I can't remember the name of our tour guide (I think it may have been Etta) but she was great. We rented an EMF detector...it was cool seeing the activity on the meter, especially at the Fox Theater. If you enjoy ghost tours I definitely recommend this one!

Didn’t get to go. In order to get the full instructions you have to open the ticket and scroll all the way down. I did not see that so I was not aware that you are expected to be at the location 15 minutes before because it does not give those instructions in the body of the email or on the website. So we arrived at 8:05, five minutes after the start time and no one was there. We called and our guide had already gone home, so we were unable to go on our tour. I’m sure the tour is fine. Things to remember if you read this: arrive 15 minutes before and there is paid parking available.

I think it depends on the maturity of your children. I couldn’t see that they discussed anything that wasn’t reasonable for a mature child.
