- ltray202300Great Civil Rights TourOur tour guide, Jeff, was fun, knowledgeable, accommodating, etc. We had fun while learning some new facts ! Will definitely recommend others.
- U6708SPnicoles00Don't Miss this!!!The tour was wonderful. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because something was going on with the air. It kind of stopped circulating when we moved slower which unfortunately, was most of the trip. Nisha was excellent. She was considerate of everyone on board and adjusted the trip accordingly. She even volunteered to take pictures. There is no way you can see all of the things from this tour on your own in one day. I have been to Atlanta in the past but never took the time to "see" Atlanta. Everyone should take this tour. You will not be disappointed!
- FellowTraveler70128000It was so much fun and a great way to spend the dayThe tour was fabulous. It hit so many interesting marks along the way. It was also very educational! I would highly recommend this tour. The tour guide was the best. She was very knowledgeable and very accommodating.
- alayshiah202300The Trip of KnowledgeThe tour guide was a great, she maybe the trip enjoyable... yes its a little long. well for me but you do learn so much about the Black History of Atlanta.
- robincodysmith00The Great ExpereinceThe tour guide was very knowledgeable. He made the tour most enjoyable. The Atlanta Black History/Civil Rights Tour was amazing. I would most definitely take other tours with this company!!!!!
- D6557DGcraigr00Black history tourThe knowledge that our guide possessed. She also provided us with water on a very hot day. We had a great experience.
- Nadeline F00Our tour guide was amazing! The best tour that I ever been on. She was very energetic, polite and knowledgeable. I will highlyI will give her 10 star rating! I learned so much about Black History in Atlanta. I learned about so many other individuals who contributed to the struggle of African-Americans and Atlanta and the world.
- Kwinwright00Fantastic tour!Fantastic experience! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! She had a screen in her van so we could see historic, explanatory pictures! Loved the stops and now I know so much about Atlanta, past and present!
- jenniferaQ4651XE00Our guide was very knowledgeable, very prompt and professional. I learned valuable history, every American should know.I liked that we could jump off the bus spend 30-mins to explore MLK's eternal flame, the original Ebenezer Baptist Church and more.
- L5749NSmichaell00Well worth itLearned a lot and saw many historical places that were very moving. Tour guide knew the area and shitory well and the vehicle was comfortable.
- StephanySWalls00Antioch Ushers Ministry FellowshipThe Antioch Ushers Ministry was extremely thankful and appreciative of the excellent customer service, professionalism, and care provided during our summer fellowship event. You contributed to our event being very successful. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, which was the purpose of our event. A special shout out is sent to Omar, Jeff, and Nisha! Thank you all for your dedication!
- 374chardonnayb00Nice TourI have been to Atlanta about 50 times and have never visited Stone Mountain Park. This was a really nice tour. Our driver Omar was great, full of information and funny. The park is very nice & very well-maintained. My favorite part was taking the sky train up to the top of the mountain, it is to be noted that is not included in the price of your ticket that is a separate price, it is $20 round-trip. The views at the too were beautiful. I would suggest this tour if you were in town visiting or even as a local.
- janicew19500Fantastic Tour!Jeff was a phenomenal tour guide. Our tour was the perfect blend of history and culture and a great way to see so much of Atlanta. Jeff kept us laughing and engaged. He was so thoughtful, prepared, and enthusiastic!! Thank you for a great afternoon!!

We (me, wife and 21 year old daughter) spent a few hours with our tour guide, Omar, and both he and the tour were outstanding. As we drove around, Omar not only provided information about the Atlanta environs but also gave lots of little insider tidbits about different areas. Omar kept the tour lively and fun and we all came away with a much greater appreciation for Atlanta and all of the things the city has to offer.

Our tour guide Omar was a whole vibe!! He really set the tone for the entire tour he was extremely knowledgeable of the city of Atlanta. He keep everyone entertained and informed the entire tour. He provided us with a restaurant list and we were able to try 2 places and both were amazing. I would highly recommend you do this tour on your first day/night so that you this great overview of the city and get that restaurant list! I loved the music, the atmosphere and the beautiful rose garden at the MLK civil rights center. Omar even helped us celebrate our anniversary and another lady who celebrated her birthday. I could go on and on...just book the tour and you will not be disappointed!

This tied for my favorite thing I did in Atlanta. (The Sea Lion Encounter at the Georgia Aquarium is the other.) So many reviews mention Omar, and well they should! A tour guide can make or break the tour, and Omar definitely made this tour! He was funny and kind and thoughtful to the tour members, providing us with drinks and snacks, and he gave us great information on the city he obviously loves. At the Jackson Street Bridge, he told us he didn't want "boring tourist picutres" and took a photo of us doing something silly or goofy.
We went to so many amazing places- the Martin Luther King Jr. Park was a highlight. We got to stop and visit his and Coretta Scott King's graves and the eternal flame, and we got to see the historic Ebenezer Church. We got to see Atlanta lit up at night, and heard many interesting tales of the city.
Take this tour, you will not regret it.

We had a wonderful time spending time with Omar and him taking us around Atlanta. He took us all around to different neighborhoods. It was great to hear about current events and history of Atlanta and quite a few important historical events that happened in Atlanta. It was great to more about MLK Jr. And the civil rights movement which had its roots in Atlanta. It was great to see the MLK center and Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Unfortunately, it rained on our tour. However, the tour ambassador was fantastic and we even sang happy birthday to someone who had an upcoming birthday.
Overall a great tour and a great way to see the sights of Atlanta.
One thing for future: A larger vehicle would be better. My legs were cramped in the back seat area.

our driver, Omar, was very entertaining. The sites were okay but honestly it would be better to see them during the day. there was nothing really added to the tour by having it at night. The big problem is that the van is simply too small. like being in a cheap cheap airline jet and the cheapest seats small. and it's a two and a half hour tour. I am 5'10 and 200 lb and I was physically uncomfortable the entire time. The company should get bigger vans that are more comfortable to sit in. because I wouldn't do it again.

A delightful, fun filled tour of many of downtown Atlanta attractions....infused with Omar’s knowledgeable insights of Atlanta’s entertainers and movie industry connections. But, best of all was Omar’s wonderful drive by tour of the HBCU campuses and the history and significance of those establishments and the people connected with them. The history of the rise of the black business enterprises and the Civil Rights movement was spellbinding. Thank you, Omar!!

I recommend this experience to get a quick view of important places to visit in Atlanta. The tour was entertaining and engaging. Most of the tour is inside the car but we did two stops for picture opportunities. At the end of the tour we got a foods list which was a plus. We also stopped to get some delicious ice cream that I’m not sure we would have found on our own.
