- Tour323927058880 contributionsAmazing collection of classic carsA beautiful collection of cars , many British and Italian . All in incredible condition . Lots of other interesting artifacts dotted around . All located on 3 floors downstairs from a very unassuming street location. One of the best museums of its type I have visited anywhere . All exhibits are in concourse condition. Well worth a visit if you love old cars and are in Malta. The museum is well lit and spotlessly clean inside. They even have a library of old Haynes manuals which brought back memories of fixing my mini! Highly recommended!Written September 13, 2024
- bucketp10 contributionsBrilliant motor museumAbsolutely brilliant museum. Full off old cars bike scooters even fashion. Lots of old jukeboxes and other non automotive memorabilia. There was a really informative film showing while we were there about motor sport in Italy and beyond. I would definitely recommend this museum as a place to visit whilst in MaltaWritten September 3, 2024

We had a really enjoyable visit and were very impressed by the wonderful collection of vehicles and memorabilia that are housed here. - 36thoms0 contributionsGreat museumBigger than I expected. If you are walking through the museum you feel that vibe of old cars and old America which is greatt! The price for the entrance is even better for what you get! Love it!Written July 27, 2024
- E3986WUannad0 contributionsGreat vibe with amazing cars!Bigger than expected. Great vibe, love the music. Lots of different cars and other things. Love the formula one touch with Schumacher’s formula 3 car. Also like the idea of being able to do simracing yourself!Written July 27, 2024
- markandgayle0 contributionsGreat cars.Vast and amazing amount of cars and other memorabilia to look at. Also stuff you can buy which I did. They restore a lot of the classics themselves to a very high standard. Do not miss this if you like cars.Written July 24, 2024
- ronniewood0 contributionsWorth a visit.Nice collection of well preserved/restored cars and memorabilia. An odd entrance as the collection is below street level but don’t be put off by that.Written July 10, 2024
- Ronboy_EK0 contributionsA very enjoyable visit to a fascinating car museum.I visited the museum with my wife and her sister. We really enjoyed the visit. As well as the amazing cars and motor bikes there were other nostalgic items like old telephones, juke boxes and typewriters. The cars are well spaced out which allows room for decent photographs. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We also watched a film about a classic car rally in Italy which featured Stirling Moss reminiscing about the rally. All in all, a very enjoyable visit.Written July 3, 2024
- Flyinspanner0 contributionsGreat eclectic museumI visited some time ago, and this year visited again with a friend - What a little Gem! Great eclectic collection of cars/bikes/scooters/clothing/jukeboxes and automobilia. There is social commentary and dioramas which really evoke the eras. I highly recommend a visit.Written June 28, 2024
- sarfrazmd0 contributionsClassic cars, telephones, radios and typewriterWith temperatures reaching 38 degrees we decided to look for some indoor activities and decided to visit the malta classic car museum. 10 euros for adults and kids under 5 went in free. From the entrance you would not think it was a big place but we quickly came across the beautiful classic car collection in the basement. There were also classic telephones, typewriter, radios and tvs. The couple at the entrance were originally from the UK so we had a nice chat. They were very friendly and welcoming and took time out to talk about life in malta.Written June 20, 2024

Great opportunity to see some classic cars from across 1930-1980. All in fantastic condition cars and would have been the wanna haves by your grandad (and even generations later).
The museum is small but they've packed a lot in. No barriers to getting close to the vehicles and reminders to not touch which everyone respected.
Great music in the background to add to the ambiance. A good place to spend a couple of hours as each car is displayed with history about the manufacture and marque development.
Probably not suited for under fives.

this is a very good collection of some of the most iconic cars. it's not the largest collection but the collection is diverse and very interesting. the quality of the cars is of a high standard and there are some quite rare cars for us to enjoy. many of the cars had a 1 page story attached to them which was a nice touch. I easily spent a couple of hours there and next door there is a very good sicilian snack bar. I would definitely go again to enjoy seeing the cars a second time.

A hidden gem, that you could almost miss. If you like cars you need to visit.
It is a delight to view these accessible extremely well presented cars. The additional memorabilia is of interest to everyone. We even watched a film about Italian racing.

Fantastic way to spend a couple of hours either waiting for the day to heat up or to get out the sun! Went around here with my car enthusiast 4 year old and he was mesmerised by the old cars and old memorabilia. Everything from classic cars to type writers to old tvs! The model car collection is also fantastic!
We spent a while watching the programme in the cinema which my little one loved about a rally but it was a great way to spend a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately for me, we had been walking around town and were heading for Novi bar, when my wife decided it was just too hot.
She didn't fancy eating just then, so I suggested we pop into the museum, to get into the cool.. She agreed but it has to be said it was not her ideal attraction, and she wasn't going to leave me alone to wander around. So it was rather a quick visit- but very pleasant for me

A beautiful museum to see. It's always a pleasure to admire the cars that have gone through time. The vehicles are in perfect condition and we feel the work done on them. Also, we feel that it is a "passion" museum. A lot of personal elements, driving objects, small collectible cars like when we were children, models, there is life! It's quite fast as an activity, but it's to be done. However, my heart is attached to the sublime Subaru.

Great way to spend some hours. Some amazing cars in superb condition. If your of an age you can remember them being on the road, but unfortunately not being able to afford some of them. In fact there were a couple for sale, but wouldn,t fit in my case. Great to meet the guys running it. Hurrah for the CRE !

Really interesting museum worth finding if you're visiting Malta. A great selection of classic cars in a site much bigger than it looks from the outside. Also smaller selections of vintage clothes, juke boxes televisions and typewriters. Recommended.

As this venue was near our hotel, we visited early on in our holiday.
An interest venue for all ages. Mainly British & Italian cars, and other motoring artefacts. My two favourites were the Lotus Cortina & Escort RS2000. The e-type Jaguars were absolutely brilliant. Would recommend.
