Our guide was really knowledgable! We LOVED that we weren't expected to load or unload the boats. Seriously. I have done SO MANY kayak trips where we are expected to load unload, wipe out, etc. I have come to expect it.... so when I learned we could "help carry stuff to the water" but they would handle the boats and all that, I was overjoyed. Would def book with them again!

This trip was absolutely amazing and it exceeded our expectations! Gabe took us to all the nice spots and he shared so much information during the trip. He really made the difference for us. For people who want a bit more than the average Emerald Cave trip, this is a perfect next step (Emarald Cave is included too btw). Thank you for having us!

It all started out okay, but then after a lunch break, they would not allow a break or leisurely paddling. The guides claimed that we had to be back or we would miss the truck! Now I am being rushed and THEN told that I was going too slow. This was supposed to be fun, and got icky. One guide offered to tow me. I declined. The next guide tied my kayak on to his, against my will, saying we have to hurry to not miss the truck! How ridiculous and embarrassing to have to be tethered so this guy could prove how macho he was. I paddled non stop. Horrific. When we got to the truck, there were all kinds of people not back yet, and the truck did not leave for another hour! I could have paddled in leisurely for the last hour of a meet at 6:30am. It did not have to be a sprint at the end, as if it was a race with some kind of bet to come in first and check the time! Nope. My paddle adventure was ruined by this rushing when there was no reason to rush. Nope. Took the fun right out, as these guides had something to prove at my expense. July 10th, 2023.

We had an amazing day. Both my wife and I are novice kayakers and Luke made our day very enjoyable. His knowledge of the area, wildlife and river was amazing. We would recommend him and the rest of the Desert Adventures team to all levels of experience.

Highly recommend the trip from Hoover dam to willow beach! Did a double kayak with my 78 year old mom. Clear, emerald, beautiful water! Tour guide Antonio was genuine and thoughtful and enthusiastic. The whole team from pick up spot at hotel to customer service on the phone was fabulous. Highly recommend! Was highlight of my trip too and I don’t think I could have had this experience with any other company. I saw the competition while there and these guys are the best :)

Venture tours were amazing- nice job EJ ! 12miles of spectacular scenery, couple of waterfall hikes for 70+family were challenging, but the hot springs and views were worth the effort ! Expert friendly knowledge about the area made the trip one we will never forget!

It was an awesome trip kayaking and camping, on the Colorado River from the put in at the base of Hoover Dam to the take out at Willow Beach (2023 JUN 28 - 29). I've used Desert Adventures before and I would ABSOLUTELY use them again. Very professional and friendly. The guide, Sara and the guide in training, Holmes were wonderful!

Thank you for making this a great time. Antonio was informative, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. This really mad the adventure extra fun for my 76 year old mom. She really enjoyed kayaking.

My husband and I enjoyed the most amazing full-day kayak with Gabe last week and we haven't stopped talking about it! The scenery was incredible - big canyons walls, clear green water, natural hot springs and Bighorn sightings. Gabe was professional, respectful, patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He made our day extra special. We hope to come back and complete a 3-day tour in the future! We highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I got the couples package. The surroundings and activity itself were truly amazing! All our contact with any of the staff were good. But our guide Gabe, outstanding, he made this adventure even better. He went above and beyond. His knowledge and thoughtfulness made our day even better. I would highly recommend and definitely ask for Gabe!!

One word "WOW". I have a reasonable amount of experience with 30+ years exploring around the US and abroad. I did not expect a Chef hidden inside the knowledgeable and easy going guide. Gabriel (Gabe) exceeded my exceptions. Memories for every now. I recommended Gabe if you want a "me different" experience with great food when you need the most. Moreover, I can't think of anything he forgot to bring + spare. THANK YOU!

Wonderful Trip with our gifted guide Gianni to White Rock Canyon and the Hot Springs. Gianni made the trip interesting and memorable for us by his knowledge of the plants and animals of the area as well as the canyon. What a difference it was to have a guide like him to accent the natural wonders of the area. We basically had him to just my wife and myself and it was one of the best trips we've been on in the area. Great communication before the trip and at our pickup. Highly recommend it.

White Rock Canyon is a lengthy hike through breathtaking scenery. It is moderate difficulty - most people should be able to do it - but it is long and the last part to get to the hot springs is a little tricky with a few narrow, rocky and some times wet and slippery areas.. Best to bring water shoes to change into so your hiking shoes don't get wet. Plus the hot springs have a gravelly bottom that is painful to walk barefoot on. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The lunch was substantial and tasty.

I did the 3 day/2 night trip we me and my 2 teenaged kids. We has a blast! Beautiful scenery! Great scrambling! Amazing hot springs! Our guide Luke was awesome!

What a beautiful place to tour!! This is 100% proof of God's great design of nature! This trip was the highlight of our time in Las Vegas. . We thoroughly enjoyed rock scrambling and seeing all the petroglyphs. Our guides Neil and Jacob had so much great information to share about the Valley of Fire. The food provided was very delicious and fresh. We would definitely do this tour again!
