In order to limit guide exposure, this tour will be out-and-back rather than point-to-point for Summer 2021. We still bike in Kincaid Park, enjoy Cook Inlet views at Point Woronof, and visit Earthquake Park. This also doubles our chance to see moose! You can also choose to meet at the trailhead.

Anchorage coastal biking tour
Oct 2020 • Friends
This was a must do adventure for anyone visiting Anchorage....went for a Fall tour with girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. Our tour guide,Elly, was very knowledgeable about Anchorage and the terrain. We did a nine mile tour, we are in our late 60s with limited experience biking. We had no problems at all -it was so much fun.

Amazing tour with moose viewing, eagles, and beautiful scenery.
Sep 2020
Went this morning with guide Elly who also happens to be an owner of this company. Had an outstanding time. She was well knowlegable about Anchorage history and Alaska in general. We saw two eagles and three Moose, baby, mamma, and a male bull. It was awesome. Today's date is 9/21/2020. A bit chilly but it was do able. Due to Covid and the time of year, it was just me and she didnt cancel. She gave me the full tour experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone.

Best day ever! Would do again!
We have two teenagers one with Down syndrome. We were all able to enjoy this trail ride. The trail is paved (absolutely no traffic it’s paved through woods) and flat and goes a long way (we did not get through half of it) You ride as far as you like and then head back. We saw a moose and a mooseling too. Guides handle all bikes and equipment so it was easy and very doable for any level of biker!! Huge thanks to Frankie and Elie for making this happen for our family!

Perfect way to begin my trip in Anchorage! I was so impressed by my guide’s knowledge...about everything. I learned about plants, wildlife, geological events — but also great tips and recommendations for where to eat, hike, and watch the bore tide. We narrowly missed seeing a moose. When I come back with my family, this will be our first event.

Relaxing
Aug 2019
I highly recommend taking this tour. Ellie was a terrific guide and a very nice and genuine person. The tour was great fun, and relaxing biking through Kincaid Park with the beautiful scenery and the weather was perfect. We made multiple stops throughout the course and Ellie told us stuff about the area. We also got to stop and see a mama moose with her two babies - such a beautiful sight. If you are worried the biking may be too strenuous - don't - it was mostly downhill or flat land. There is only one hill really and you can walk the bike up if you choose. I will definitely do this tour again if i find myself in Anchorage, AK again!!

Fun and informative!
Aug 2019
Derrick was a knowledgeable guide who took great care of us. He and the van driver, Ellie, made sure that our bikes and helmets fit, had water bottles, and that we knew how to change gears etc. before we took off. The trails were immaculate, safe, and easy to ride (only one somewhat challenging climb). Derrick made sure we were all good with the speed. There were 10 in our group from wide age range. When we saw a smallish black bear on the trail (doesn’t happen often they said), Derrick had us dismount, remain quiet, put the bike between us and the bear, and then he retrieved his bear spray and was ready to use it. He didn’t need to. The bear calmly meandered over the ridge. Besides that excitement, Derrick stopped frequently to explain about the history, geography, flora and fauna of the area. At the end, after about 9.5 miles, Ellie was there with the van, a snack, and more water. Great ride in a beautiful setting!

Scenic Bike tour
This tour was excellent. I highly recommend it when in Anchorage. Elly and Frankie were great. They picked us up right next to the Anchorage visitors center and took us to the park. It was a group of 6. My family of 4 and 2 other ladies. The bikes were very nice comfort bikes. The trail was beautiful. We saw 2 moose and 2 bears. Elly led the tour and the pace was casual. Most of the trip is downhill. We stopped several times to see things along the trail. Elly was knowledgeable and friendly. My wife has not ridden a bike much in the past several years and had no problems. Overall a great tour.

Best thing we did in Anchorage. Ellie is a wonderful tour guide; she provided just the right amount of info to inform us but not overwhelm us. Also enjoyed Sage, the van driver. Professional; easy to meet up with the tour/van at the Anchorage Visitor's Center. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Morning Bike Tour
Jul 2019 • Friends
Highly recommend this 11 mile bike tour on mostly flat trail (only one short hill). Good views of the waterways. Partial peek at Denali on this clear day. Ellie is the best tour guide - knowledgeable about plants and trees we observed, animal life and behavior - and was able to answer all our questions. Fun to ride with her! We even saw a moose! Great morning!

Thank you so much for the kind words and trail description. It really helps tell people what to expect and whether they can do it or not. I'm thrilled you got to see Denali and a moose, and I'll certainly pass along the high praise to Elly. Come back and see us on your next Alaska Adventure! Cheers, Frankie
