Daniel was our tour guide and he was amazing! Gave us great information and insights, helped with taking photos, and drove us to different wineries and introduced us to the staff. I highly recommend this tour!

It was great to have Vlad as our driver/guide. His knowledge of the area was helpful and he has an incredible play list that he played while driving between locations. He was very accommodating to all of us. (and he takes great pictures!)

We had an awesome time on our trip to Leavenworth, WA, from Seattle. Our tour guide, Daniel, was able to shuffle things around and accommodate myself and my two sons at the last minute. (Literally. It was late the evening before we were hoping to go…) He picked us up promptly at our hotel and made us feel comfortable right from the start. My boys are 10 and 13, so of course they were THRILLED with the snack bags he offered them at the start of the day. He even added some extra snacks and water as the day progressed. He let my kids choose music to which to listen, and he talked much more to them than he did to me, which I loved. My older son does not always like being social, so I couldn’t believe how comfortable he was sitting up front and talking to Daniel about the landmarks and the places where we stopped. While I realize the tour was probably fairly standard for Daniel, he made it feel very personal and very unique. If you decide to use their their tour services, I hope you are as happy with them as we were!

Unfortunately this is another one of those companies with shady policies and communications. I booked a tour and they confirmed the booking and was extremely responsive to take the business. Then I queried more detailed policies around how much notice they would give me if they cancelled on me for whatever reason, including what the guaranteed departure minimum numbers are, and they never replied even though I sent many follow-up emails. I know they read it, but they don't want to address the questions. I read a number of reviews online saying that they cancel on you with very little notice if they don't get the required numbers and I wanted to verify if this was true by asking. Silence is not a good sign. Wasted my time researching, booking and querying. The last thing I want is a company not disclosing their policies upfront and become shady and silent when asked. These are big red flags. Having travelled for 15 years, I know when to "run for it" before the expletive hits the fan. Lucky I booked through Viator and could cancel for free, which I did. I went to purchase a private tour instead for $250 more but I am happy to pay this additional fee for service from a transparent and honest company who disclosed to me their change/cancellation policies upfront, and who of course has guaranteed a tour since it is private. Avoid this company. I know they won't like this review and will come here and probably make accusations of what a terrible customer I am and tell false stories and lies (this happened before when I tried to expose another company in Auckland NZ - "Auckland Scenic Tours" - please see my reviews), and they then responded with a series of untruths and lies to cover their backside. I won't be surprised if this happens here but it is my duty as a traveller and TripAdvisor reviewer to provide both great and bad reviews to protect other consumers and travellers. Please message me if you want details about the "honest" company I have booked with instead.

I am so glad that we booked this trip during our short visit to Seattle. The Falls were beautiful and we enjoyed the short walk down to the bottom of the Falls. Daniel was an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this.

This by far was 5+ star tour. James the driver with Customized Tours was informative, funny and made the day really special for our group of six. James our driver you could tell loved his job and made it interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this tour and if your lucky enough to get James your assured a great day.

There was some initial confusion about the pick up place and time so it was a rough start. However, once we connected with our driver, Mehrdad, it was a great day. Our driver was very professional. He played good music, pointed out local attractions along the way and was very attentive to our group. We enjoyed the chocolate factory, the falls, and the winery. It was a lovely way to spend the day and it was nice to get out of the city for awhile.

First and foremost, Daniel was the absolute best guide and host of our tour. He picked us up at our hotel downtown, immediately provided water and snacks, and ensured our comfort during the drive to the falls. We were provided (and immediately accepted) the option of briefly stopping at the Starbucks Reserve SODO location on the ground floor of the Starbucks global headquarters in Seattle. We wouldn’t have thought to visit Starbucks corporate HQ over the original Starbucks location downtown, but it was a great idea to start the drive with premium coffee drinks at hand. Along the way, and at each stop, Daniel provided details about our surroundings - businesses, landmarks, history, culture, and helpful tips. A huge advantage to taking this tour was having Daniel drop us off at the top of the falls (he walked with us a bit and helped by taking some photos of us in front of the falls), and then meet us at the end of the hiking trail at the bottom of the falls. If we had visited the falls on our own we would have had to hike up the trail in at least one direction to get back to our vehicle - and I’m glad we didn’t have to! Next, before we visited the wineries, Daniel gave us the option of an extra special treat. As long as we were willing to leave the wineries in Woodinville by a set time, we could make it to Boehm’s Candies & Chocolates before they closed for the day. It was a great last stop on the tour, just don’t forget to buy some delicious chocolates to take with you. Daniel clearly tailored our tour to what we wanted to do and what we cared most about. One last thing about Daniel’s exceptional character and dedication to service - I accidentally left my sunglasses in his van, but he found them and texted me to ask if they were mine, along with arranging a time to drop them off the next day! Thank you Daniel!

Snoqualmie is about 30 min drive from Seattle. The waterfall is picturesque. There is an easy trail for walking that leads to different viewpoints. (upper, middle and lower viewpoints)

What a great tour. Daniel pick us us at our Hotel and was totally focused on ensuring we had a memorable visit. This tour was for Snoqualmie falls and wineries in the Woodinville area. He surprised us with a stop at the Boehm Chocolate factory (with tour). What a treat. There was wonderful care for us at the falls with many photo opportunities. His winery, distillery and food recommendations were spot on. Daniel ended the day taking us through Seattle- seeing many sites (including a Troll). Go on this tour with Oktaytour. It was fun and customizable to meet your interests.

Our tour guide Simon could not speak or understand English. When we got to the chocolate factory no one was prepared to give us a tour. When we got to the falls we were very confused about where we were supposed to walk, etc, because Simon was unable to communicate effectively with us. Lastly, at Chateau St. Michele, we were very fortunate to get a tasting, because you must have reservations when it is busy and the tour doesn't include reservations. Really, very disappointed with this tour. The tour guide needs to be able to understand and speak English to conduct an effective tour.

Hi All! Just wanted to share a quick note for this hidden gem here! I chose Seattle as my first solo trip and first experience in the West Coast and it did not disappoint. I booked the tour to Snoqualmie Falls SUPER last minute (less than 24 hrs) in the hopes I could tag along since I was staying right in the middle of downtown and didn't rent a car. OktayTour did me such a huge favor accepting my last minute reservation AND still made it happen even though they were short the minimum requirement. Because of their hospitality and generosity, I was able to see the Falls, enjoy the scenic hike to the lower deck, and spend a nice afternoon at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery! Daniel (my tour guide) was very kind, didn't hover or rush, and made me feel completely at ease to take as little or as much time as I wanted in each location. If you have the chance, definitely give them a ring if you're in the Seattle area! P.S. Two more things: (in my opinion) 1 - This was also 30-40% cheaper than some other tours on Viator or TripAdvisor. Others were like $150-$250+ per person. As a solo traveler, Oktaytours was an absolute blessing to my budget. (BUT make sure you bring card (they're currently cashless due to COVID) because you're free to purchase wine at the winery and it is not paid for by the tour) 2 - If you're looking for a tour for someone to talk to you the entire time, make sure you make that clear in the beginning (or choose another tour). What I really wanted on my tour was to actually enjoy the peace and serenity of Seattle and the Falls. My tour guide was amazing at not trying to constantly fill the air with meaningless conversation or information I didn't want to hear. I got to pick my own style of music on the entire right, walk around anywhere I wanted, take pictures, and be on my own time without feeling rushed.
