First off - Jake was fantastic! Full of information and delivered in a way that kept my 14 year old interested and off of her phone! This tour included two stops where we actually got out of the van and discussed what had happened in the area. One stop was particularly impactful on both my daughter and me. We highly recommend this tour for those looking for some history on Seattle’s haunted side!

This tour was amazing!! Jake picked us up from our hotel right on time and the tour began 👏🏽 It was just me and my husband that day so we were able to ask all the questions we had. Jake was the best tour guide ever, she took her time to explain everything in details & I loved it!! She definitely know where the bodies are buried😼 Book this tour you won’t regret it!

This was a really fun way to tour Seattle. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. You will be taken to some Beauty look outs all the while learning of the historical underbelly of the city.

As a true crime buff, this tour exceeded my expectations! As it was a Thursday outside of peak season, my partner and I were the only 2 people on the tour. Jake turned out to have a unique insider's perspective on some of the most famous crimes in Seattles history, in addition to some awesome pop cultural history, including Jimmy Hendrix, Bruce Lee and Kurt Cobain. Jake also had some fantastic little known local history that a visitor would never know about. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone who is a true crime/local history buffs.

We decided to play tourist and go on a ghost tour. Jake was so informative and gave us the low down on many spooky happenings related to Seattle's past. At one of the cemeteries I had a very creepy encounter that I won't ever forget. We got our money's worth and it was a great time!

I can't give enough praise for how amazing this tour was! First we were lucky to be the only ones [cold night] on this tour! Felt like a private tour! Our host Jake was so knowledgeable in the history of Seattle! We went to places I never existed! We were told about creepy stories and history we had no idea about! We even got to explore a unknown cemetery at night! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves a good ghost story and hidden history. You will walk away amazed! My husband and I took this tour before a night out to dinner, So we were a little dressed up for the occasion and Jake always made sure we were comfortable and warm the entire time! I was the only person on this tour, so I got a great experience catered to me. We went all around Seattle, to crime scenes and it was spooky and informative. An awesome way to see Seattle, and Jake had lots of knowledge about the areas we visited. We went by Kurt Cobain's Seattle home, which I got a kick out of being a 90s teen. I was watching Forensic Files recently and saw an episode that covered one of the murder sites we went to, also, so that was cool. I highly recommend this tour.

Took the True Crime Queen Anne tour with Jake and really learned so much (not just about fascinating crimes/criminals in Seattle) but also about the history of the city and distinguishing features of architecture)! Jake shares a wealth of knowledge from her "Private Eye" point of view which made for a fun, informative tour. Would highly recommend this to all. Looking forward to future ghost and true crime tours with Private Eye!

My husband and i took the tour on a cold and rainey night, which was perfect. Plus we were the only 2 on the tour. Ya! Jake was awesome, she knew so much history of the area. We have a new SLS camera, for the ghost hunters they will know what that is. We got little baby ghosts on our camera in the cemetery that has quite a few babies buried there. So sad but cool. We had the best time.

Unfortunately we booked the wrong date and didn't get to go on the tour. However, we are giving them five stars because they gladly refunded our money, no questions asked, even though it was our mistake. The person was nice and good customer service. Hope to actually get to do the tour some day

Great way to see some highlights (& lowlights) of Seattle. If you like crime thrillers & going off the beaten path, don't miss this tour. Jake is very informative & I suspect even many locals don't know many of the true crime stories presented. Interesting and fun!

We took the Haunted Happenings Seattle Ghost Tour - Evening Tour which was about 3 hours long. We went on a Monday evening and had the tour all to ourselves because Mondays are the slowest night. It was wonderful to tour around many of the places in Seattle where documented hauntings had occurred. Our tour guide was very informative and she gave us a lot of interesting background on all of the various spots we visited and the historical impact they represented. There are many options for this driving tour, but we wanted to try one with a paranormal aspect. When we get to Seattle again, we will try one of the others as well. Very worthwhile and effortless way to see the city.
