There were a couple of pleasant surprises with this tour. First, the tour operator, Shutter, provides tips on taking great pictures (hence the name), including a free online download of tips and suggestions. Second, the interesting content of the tour took us by surprise as we had very low expectations for a tour of a city with very limited offerings for tourists, besides Pike Place Market. Snoqualmie Falls was just a short ride from the city centre and, though not as spectacular as Niagara, had its own charm. Unfortunately we couldn’t get as close to the Fall as we would’ve liked. The city tour covered places that included a couple that I would not expect to see on a regular tour. Terry, our guide cum driver, was an excellent host, providing good information and perspective on the places we visited, while ensuring we arrived back safely.

Thank you for sharing your experience and providing valuable feedback. We're glad to hear that our tour had some pleasant surprises for you. We take pride in providing photography tips and suggestions to our guests, and we're thrilled that you found them useful. The free online download is just one of the ways we aim to enhance your photography skills and help you capture great pictures during the tour. We understand that Seattle may not have been your first choice for a tourist destination, but we're delighted to hear that the interesting content of our tour exceeded your expectations. We strive to showcase the city's hidden gems and unique attractions beyond the well-known Pike Place Market. It's fantastic to know that you enjoyed the visit to Snoqualmie Falls, even though it may not have been as grand as Niagara Falls. The falls indeed have their own charm. We apologize if the proximity to the falls was not as close as you had hoped, but we hope you still had a memorable experience. We're pleased that our city tour took you to places that you wouldn't expect to see on a regular tour. We aim to offer a unique and comprehensive exploration of the city, including lesser-known spots that provide a different perspective. Thank you for choosing our tour, and we appreciate your valuable feedback. If you have any further suggestions or if there's anything we can improve upon, please feel free to let us know. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on another tour in the future.

This was an awesome way to see the city's highlights! We had Terry as a tour guide, who is a Seattle native and had so much rich information about every part of the city we saw, as well as the ability to answer our questions. The group was lively and excited about each stop, and Terry is actually a professional photographer and was able to show us how to properly take photos that you'll be proud to show to friends and family members back home. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Seattle for the first time, or if you want to see the "tourist" spots that you haven't visited yet!

Great tour! The spots were perfect especially if you don't rent a car while in the city - with the tour you could really see all those places a bit further out! The guide Terry was lovely, he did a great job at explaining the history and funny little anecdotes and gave us tips on how to take great pictures of the sights. He also offered to take pictures, very nice. The 4h were perfect for a half day trip; minivan was airconditioned and there was free water. Definitely would recommend!!

One of the advantages of our tour is the ability to explore spots that are a bit further out, especially for those who don't rent a car while in the city. We're glad that our tour allowed you to see those perfect places that may have been challenging to reach otherwise. I'm happy you appreciate the history and sharing funny little anecdotes along the way. I believe that these insights truly enhance the overall tour experience. I'm happy you enjoyed the photo tips and it's always great to ensure our guests have a memorable time. We aim to provide convenient options for our guests, and we're pleased to hear that the 4-hour duration of the tour was perfect for your half-day trip. Had a fantastic trip with Terry, who gave an engaging and comprehensive tour that was a great way to start my trip to Seattle! I loved that he gave great narration on the tour bus while still allowing us chunks of unguided time to explore the major stops, including Snoqualmie Falls and the Ballard locks. He was really thoughtful in the way he always remembered your name and asked you about your trip, plus cheerfully answered questions and gave great photo advice!

Thank you for sharing your review of our tour! We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing experience and found it to be a fantastic way to explore Seattle beyond the downtown core. It's great to know that you appreciated his narration on the tour bus, which helps add depth and context to the places you visited. We believe that allowing chunks of unguided time at major stops provides flexibility and the opportunity for personalized exploration. Remembering your name and asking about your trip is a testament to my commitment to providing personalized and attentive service. Thank you for choosing our tour and for your kind words. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another amazing adventure in the future.

It was half a day well spent with Terry Divyak. He has vast knowledge of the places that he took us in Seattle. As we were going from one place to another, he kept us engaged by telling the history of each location and even at the stops we made at the lights. There was not a moment of boredom. He even gave us a few tips of how to take pictures with our phone cameras. I would strongly recommend him to be your guide in sightseeing Seattle - a beautiful and charming city. Terry rocks 👌👍😊

I’m so glad I found this tour. It was a perfect way to see a bit of the city and the natural beauty that lies to the east. Our guide was very knowledgeable on the city’s history and culture and shared all kinds of interesting facts and trivia as we traveled to each of the sites on the tour. His photography tips were so helpful, too! We never would have been able to see all of this on our own; I feel like we had such a unique first visit to Seattle because of this tour. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

We ended up being the only people on the tour and had a fantastic day with Terry. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning great information on our stops. He also pointed out places and landmarks along the way that we enjoyed as music fans. I highly recommend this tour as a great overview of the city and outer areas. The photography tips were greatly appreciated as well.
