My husbands flight was cancelled because of weather and I got in early and they were so kind and lovely to deliver to our hotel for no extra fee and the leis are stunning and so fragrant!!!

The drivers were prompt, courteous and full of knowledge. Great experience would definitely use Speedishuttle again

The Lei was beautiful! The staff was ready to greet me at Baggage claim and was very friendly and helpful. They made it so convenient to pick up the Lei.

Booked in advance and prepaid for pick up from the airport from an early morning flight. No driver turned up. Tried to call their assistance line, but this is answered before 8am. Ended up taking a taxi, and still no response to request for refund.

We were very happy with our shared ride. We received a call wanting to know if we had picked up our luggage and told them we had just gotten off our plane and headed that direction. Of course our carousel was at the opposite end of the airport and we were pushing a wheelchair. I called to let them know we were ready. And was greeted with beautiful Lei's. Our driver was friendly and welcomed us. As she dropped each passenger off at their hotels. She talked about places to see and visit. As a ride share, I was not disappointed and would recommend.

We used Speedishuttle on our recent tour as they were booked for us by our travel agent Trailfinders and I have to say they were top notch ! Having travelled from the UK and spent 17 hours on planes what you really want to see is a friendly face and someone ready to give you a lift to your hotel - and Speedishuttle did that and some. Our driver was waiting for us with welcoming Lei's (I think that's the name of the flower necklace) a fab car and above all else he cared we were OK. Our flight on the return leg was changed and Maui could not have been more helpful, a real superstar !! So overall a great experience and we would certainly recommend them to fellow travellers !!

Do not book these people. They are scammers & don’t rock up or answer their phone. They take your money and run! Still waiting for them to respond.

Our driver, Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, patient…also had a great personality! His driving was excellent. He also gave us great suggestions for where the locals eat and hang out. The driver that picked us up on our return to the airport was also great. She has the same qualities as Mike. She was wonderful and gave us info on other cool places to visit when we come back to Hawaii. Would highly recommend SpeediShuttle.

I wrote to the company on August 22nd and never got a response. So I am posting here. Here is what I wrote: "I felt compelled to write you about an uncomfortable experience I had on Speedi Shuttle from HNL to the Moana Surfrider. Your driver was very helpful and had lots of good insight. However, when we passed protesters on the side of the road protesting the Gaza/Israeli conflict, he felt the need to comment. And not in a good way. In a way that was almost racist. He claimed they didn’t know anything about what they were protesting. He claimed they were bussed in to Honolulu. The other passengers seemed to agree. One passenger made a blatantly racist comment to the effect about their counting chant: “oh at least they can count to 3! I’m surprised!” Your driver thought that was hilariously funny. I kept my mouth shut because I wanted to enjoy my trip but it made me really angry. No matter which side of the political spectrum you fall on, it is our right as citizens to protest for our beliefs. I really don’t see why your drivers need to be talking politics while driving. They have no idea who could be in the car with them. They should really stick to giving helpful tips about Honolulu, not getting geopolitical."

Beautiful lei’s! We were met at the baggage claim by Uncle George who made us feel very welcomed. Would use this service again.

The Lei was absolutely beautiful. The delivery guy was not so welcoming. No smile or no aloha. He did offer to take our picture and did a great job with that. Maybe he was having a bad day. We just laughed it off and went on our way.

Do not use this company Booked an early morning prepaid transfer from airport to hotel with Speedishuttle. No transfer turned up and the contact phone number they gave me was not staffed until 8 am (the pickup was booked for 6.20 am). Kind staff at airport managed to contact a Speedishuttle staff member at their home who promised that a pickup would be there in 15-20 mins. Waited over an hour in total and neither transfer turned up. Ended up catching a taxi to our hotel.
