I wrote to the company on August 22nd and never got a response. So I am posting here. Here is what I wrote: "I felt compelled to write you about an uncomfortable experience I had on Speedi Shuttle from HNL to the Moana Surfrider. Your driver was very helpful and had lots of good insight. However, when we passed protesters on the side of the road protesting the Gaza/Israeli conflict, he felt the need to comment. And not in a good way. In a way that was almost racist. He claimed they didn’t know anything about what they were protesting. He claimed they were bussed in to Honolulu. The other passengers seemed to agree. One passenger made a blatantly racist comment to the effect about their counting chant: “oh at least they can count to 3! I’m surprised!” Your driver thought that was hilariously funny. I kept my mouth shut because I wanted to enjoy my trip but it made me really angry. No matter which side of the political spectrum you fall on, it is our right as citizens to protest for our beliefs. I really don’t see why your drivers need to be talking politics while driving. They have no idea who could be in the car with them. They should really stick to giving helpful tips about Honolulu, not getting geopolitical."

Beautiful lei’s! We were met at the baggage claim by Uncle George who made us feel very welcomed. Would use this service again.

The Lei was absolutely beautiful. The delivery guy was not so welcoming. No smile or no aloha. He did offer to take our picture and did a great job with that. Maybe he was having a bad day. We just laughed it off and went on our way.

Do not use this company Booked an early morning prepaid transfer from airport to hotel with Speedishuttle. No transfer turned up and the contact phone number they gave me was not staffed until 8 am (the pickup was booked for 6.20 am). Kind staff at airport managed to contact a Speedishuttle staff member at their home who promised that a pickup would be there in 15-20 mins. Waited over an hour in total and neither transfer turned up. Ended up catching a taxi to our hotel.

We recently used Speedi Shuttle Services in Hawaii and had a mixed experience. Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted by a lady who was on the phone as she led us and another family to the pickup area. She then informed us to wait for Paul and left abruptly, which left us confused since we had booked a private service for our group. When Paul arrived, both families walked to the shuttle, but Paul clarified that he was only there for our family. He kindly called to check on the other family's driver and reassured them of their pickup time. Despite the initial confusion, Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. He engaged with us, providing valuable information about Waikiki and Honolulu, and answered all our questions with a smile. Paul's professionalism and kindness turned our experience around, making our first time in Hawaii start off on a positive note. He even wished us a wonderful trip, which was much appreciated after our long flight. Thank you, Paul, for your excellent service and for ensuring our arrival in Hawaii was smooth and enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

We used this service to/from the Lihue Airport to our hotel. Both drivers were excellent. We paid for a shared ride, but ended being the only passengers on the van. For one of the legs we wanted to do a last minute change in the time of pick up and they accommodated our request. I will definitely use this service again when going to Kauai.

Terrible service! We arrived at the Waikiki airport and the email that they had sent us said to go to their information desk. They don't even have one! So tried calling them but they never answered. After about 20 minutes of trying to find it we managed to find and lovely police officer that told us they pick-up from gate 3! Which was never stated in the email! When we finally got on, it had been almost an hour since we got out of the gates and ever other taxi, rental car, shuttle and bus had already gone! DO NOT USE!

I should have read the reviews. A service like this shouldn't have so many negatives. My flight was delayed and when I arrived into domestic there was no driver waiting. No one could be reached at their office and the information desk called around to other terminals. I was forced to take rideshare, which in the end was faster and easier for only a few dollars more. Booking in advance was a complete waste of money. When I reached out for a refund they refused. Apparently a text was sent to my Canadian number saying to do the opposite of all their instructions an leave the terminal to find the van. From Speedi website: "All Airlines EXCEPT International arrivals should remain in the baggage claim area where you will be met by a SpeediShuttle greeter in a Polynesian red with natural fern aloha attire holding a SPEEDISHUTTLE sign. DO NOT EXIT TO THE STREET." If anyone from the company responds to this, I don't want an apology or reiteration, I want my refund.

Speedishuttle is highly recommended from LIH. I took it from Lihue to Princeville and the drivers gave great info about Kauai on the way. Also a good rate compared to other options.

Staff met us at baggage claim at airport (our name on sign), waited with us for our luggage and assisted with getting it to transport vehicle, and then at hotel as well. Very efficient and friendly staff, and the shuttle driver was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent experience!

We used Speedishuttle for shared transportation from/to the airport. We also did the USS Arizona Memorial tour with them (IMI Tours). The drivers were all native Hawaiians and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. The drivers offered recommendations on where to eat and how to save on money during our stay. Speed Shuttle was faster than a ride share! The shuttle was available the moment I landed and it was a short 30 seconds walk to the van once my luggage arrived. Sometimes a business steps up when something goes wrong. For me I left my iPhone in the van and the driver promptly returned it to my hotel. I highly recommend Speedi Shuttle!

OMG This is the ultimate shuttle system. The vans are clean and comfortable. The drivers are courteous and friendly and even take the time to converse with the passengers. I am so glad someone on my tour bus gave me their card. We used them as a pick up at the port after our cruise with a drop off in Honolulu and then a pick up to the airport. The price was reasonable for the exceptional level of service we received. Would use them again in a minute.

Our driver, Mei, was a treasure and absolute delight! She adjusted to meet our rescheduled flights and was waiting for us and was even early to pick us up for the return flight.

I booked directly from their site a roundtrip service and everything went slowly. My flight had changed and upon arrival to Hawaii we arrived about 1 1/2 hrs earlier than anticipated. I called their number and after talking to their dispatcher they had someone picking us up not even 5 minutes later. For departure I liked the call a day before to confirm pickup time and location and again had no issues. If you are staying on Waikiki Beach and doing tours, this is such a great and affordable option versus trying to rent.
