Very hands on, well instructed, 10 max per class. The champagne and wine are free flowing (and they will put out a new bottle if you finish one). Book early, the classes fill up. Cute store front entrance that sells all of the special seasonings you will be using in the class. Honestly, the highlight of our trip.
