Booked the evening paranormal tour. Coty was great. Highly recommend. Ask questions; he knows the answers..........

I had the privilege to be on an amazing Drunken Ghost and Vampire tour of the French Quarter. The Tour Guide( Coty )was absolutely amazing and very detailed. I was absolutely blowed away. So if your looking for a tour of the French Quarter on spooks and Vampires these are definitely the ones!

Tour was canceled.:( The guide did offer to refund, haven't seen that yet. Car trouble was the reason. Guide did offer 9 pm tour but we were unable.

Although , our guide was Very nice. This basically turned out to just be a history tour. It’s very deceptive from the selling photograph.

Coty was the most amazing tour guide!!! He was so knowledgeable of the history of NOLA. We will be back and take another Coty tour

We eagerly anticipated a tour a friend recommended, with our two children in tow. Despite arriving punctually, the tour guide failed to appear. We waited expectantly on a street corner outside a bar for 30 minutes. Attempts to contact the provided number were futile as it was disconnected. After asking around, we reached Trip Advisor, who assured us of a callback from the tour organizers. However, no one contacted us. Eventually, we called the tour number provided by Trip Advisor and learned that the tour had been canceled. The lack of communication regarding the cancellation was incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

This tour made our trip to New a Orleans absolutely amazing. We laughed so much and had so much fun and learned a lot during the tour. It lasted for around 2 hours and there was not a moment of boredom. I spoke with Ashli the lady who owns the company and she’s a riot! She helped us plan our trip down to the parking spot and checked in on us. The guide Coty was awesome. He was attentive with a great personality full of enthusiasm and information regarding the city. This tour cannot be missed out on. I knew it was going to be fun but I couldn’t have anticipated just how great it was. Thanks guys!! We look forward to seeing yall again.

Great Experience!! We had so much fun and learned a lot of information about the city. We drank we laughed we had fun! It was definitely worth every penny and more! Looking forward to our next tour with y’all! The tour had the perfect mix of everything Nola and the drink stops which was the cherry on top for our group. The guide was professional and he made sure we went at a good pace for us who were a little tipsy! The only problem I had was when I was walking out from the bar after getting a drink and a woman near the meeting spot was confusing me asking me if I was there for a tour when I told her what tour I was attending she said that’s not here but thankfully our tour guide noticed what was happening and directed us on over to our group! Come to find out it was another tour company that was trying to get me to believe that my guide wasn’t coming I guess they wanted my business! Don’t be fooled by that woman she’s shady!

No one showed up. No information no refund. It was a scam. And the contact information was bogus

Guide never showed up and the we go the run around when we called the number. There was a group of 5 total waiting on this guy. One of the girls got a text saying it was canceled. I received no communication.

We arrived at 645 at the address and there was no sign or any way to tell where the tour was going to be so I asked the bartender and they said they had no affiliation with the tours. We waited until about 5 till and I started calling the numbers and no one answered as a matter of fact the phone was off. I walked around looking for a tour and I did see this guy and he looked right at me and didn’t say a word and I didn’t want to ask a random guy if he was a tour guide. He sis not look happy or inviting either. Long story but the person with the phone number turned their phone on at 715 and started sending me all these pictures and fake text messages say I wasn’t there. I want my money back so now I will have to jump through hoops!!

Coty was an awesome guide. He’s a local and is plugged in to the scene. I visit New Orleans often and he confirmed much of the stories I’ve heard and also gave lots of new info (even if he says it’s useless lol). He has good sense of humor and showed me and my acquaintances some very cool haunts and good spots to grab a bite. The EMF set this tour apart…I’m a paranormal enthusiast and that thing was going off! Def recommend this tour for anyone looking for spooky and informative fun. Thanks Coty!

Booked same-day, which seemed like it wouldn't be a problem, but when we showed up at the meeting spot, the tour guide wasn't there. Called the support line provided, and it took us to Viator support. I initially called around 4:05 after waiting for a 4 o'clock tour for about fifteen minutes. Viator support told me that they'd have to get acknowledgement from the tour provider that they hadn't shown up in order to get a refund. I have now called Viator twice, and after two very frustrating conversations, I'm still out for a tour that didn't happen because the guide never showed up.
